Worst Service and staff. All the team sitting on the front office doesn’t value the customer and the services is so poor. Majority of the customers who leaves are annoyed and disturbed. Dear Aramex Team, Please either replace these staffs or give them proper training how to welcome the customers and serve them rather than making them wait for long time and still get negative responses. Kindly take this matter seriously and do the needful.

I would explain the 4 stars rating as: 1- Aramex employees are really nice and professional people. 2- The company is well organized and never lost a shipment (I’m talking about my self). 3- They have various locations. 4- No waiting waste time, as they provide you with the shipment quickly and never needed to wait for long time. The last star was not given because delivering the shipment from its shipping destination will take a big round and long one to reach and this is a serious issue. But, still I will use them as they still good at least for myself. فقط للتوضيح، يعجبني فيهم جدا تعامل الموظفين وهذا شيء مره مهم بالنسبه لي كشركة شحن تحتاج تواصل فعال مع الموظفين.

Terrible experience with their driver .. they don't reply on any call.. nor reply on whatsapp msgs. They asked for the location since early morning and its 9 pm till now no delivery .. after calling 10 times he picked up the phone and didn't agree to give an exact time of arrival . People who has morning jobs needs to sleep aramex ..

Worst service what ever send with Aramex U will not get it on time and you have to go and get your parcel after waiting long time 😖

Went there to pick up a shipment. Wasn't crowded at all. Filled the shipment no on the electronic check in machine and 2 minutes later got my shipment. Location is easy accessible and they have plenty of parkings spot outside. Impressive overall.

Loads of people waiting and only 2 from Aramex to serve them , wait time to receive your passport takes an hour , I don’t know how US embassy is accepting such vendor
