Bad experience when I purchase mocha coffee through drive through. I do not recommend buying coffee from this store. Also i made a complaint to the worker there but he told me he press the right button and he is sure he is serving me mocha. They need to look at there machine and understand the customer needs

Your fries cannot be eaten, too much salt, and this guy on drive thru in the 7am shift moves slower than a turtle.. sorry but this should not be like that specially on customers just starting their day

Sad to know that there is no English price board and can't order in drive through if you can't read Arabic. Staffs ain't cooperative either to extend their support to order for people who can't order from Arabic price board. Worst experience from an international brand.

legends must b chk their ice cream taste 3 class taste.even normal shop ice cream batter then this. I don't know why they standard day by day low. Even no one chk this ice cream quality. 3rd class management. And 0 level ice cream. All management rude and non educated.

The points system is good, you could have a meal without paying cash. A good place to dine at. Friendly and very accommodating staffs.

the crew says they will open at 8 am so i waited outside in my car..to make sure that they are open i come back 10 minutes after 8 am stil they are close. i decided to move to another store.

Really disappointed with the behavior of their manager Mr. Surendar. Ordered chocoloate milk for kids and they didnt have it. Instead he is giving me replacement option of normal which my kids dont like. Thus offering cola, sprite etc. for kids. When asked for apple juice options, he wants to pay additional. We had similiar situations in other mc do nalds all over the world, but never faced such humiliation from the manager.

This is one of my favorite places to chill out with my children, especially during morning time where we all enjoy breakfast there. The food quality is excellent, obviously the ingredients are fresh, hence, it tastes delicious. 5/5 The food preparation is average, the sandwich wasn't tender enough and it was little bit dry. 3/5 The service is below average, and this continously happening whenever I go to family section, I have to wait for long time till someone will be kind enough to respond to me! The order was short (they missed one sandwich). 2/5 The atmosphere was nice, it was calm and place was neat, some tables were not clean enough though, in general it was suitable for morning mood. 3.5/5 Final rate: 3.5/5

Be a reader of the hungerstation I received your delivery I am waiting here for fifty minutes But he would not listen to me and would not give me orders Then I spoke to the manager and he treated me very badly And told the entire staff not to prepare his order Later I told the company and I canceled the delivery That's not how things work

One of the worst McDonalds i have ever been to in Saudi. And I have been to a lot! First of all the drive through is designed sooo poorly that its difficult to get inside . Second the staffs are soo lazy that they dont bother to deliver to the table even though table service is provided by McD. Also note , it was not even during rush hours. Overall , choose other McDonalds branches if you have to. Even though the food is good and the atmosphere is good , the staffs kills the happy McDonalds vibe in this branch.

The best food as we all know but the service can be a bit too slow at times.

They do not have enough serving staff for dine in facilty.. one of the staff members came after a long time to serve half of the meal and asked to collect remaining from counter. Happy meal for kids is a scam, making us fool by giving some nonsense toys.

It's an amazing place where you eat healthy foods and children can play healthy indoor games with safety.

No one can beat Macdonald for there burger and other snacks. This Macdonald branch is not so big like other branches. Service is also quick but so crowded and noicy place. Cleaning man is hard working person who is quick in his job. But the person who is taking order here have weird behaviour towards customers that's why gave them 4 stars. No other problem fine place.kids play area is big and safe.
