I had a similar kind of experience the application and real time scenario were different , The application shows pizza is being prepared where my pizza was already ready and was given cold. The gentleman once delivered pizza to my car without the invoice I had to walk back till the counter for the invoice.

Did online order to pick up my order when it was ready.When it was said on the app that my order was ready, I went to pick it up but they asked me what my order was and told me to wait extra 15 mins though on the app it was my order was ready. Wasted my time.
