One of the few hospitals available in Dammam. Includes two buildings, the old ugly one, and the new good one. The doctors vary from too bad, to too good. It depends on you to pick the suitable experienced doctor to receive good treatment. The hospital is considered cheap. They have a huge problem with appointments, it's like they have never heard the term before!

They have one Filipino guy in the reception of emergency, this guy is very rude and has very bad attitude. This guy has no respect to the hospital code of ethics nor to his boss. I had a very hard time this week when I brought my daughter to take her medication in the emergency section and had a very toxic altercation with this rude guy who was about to fierce fight with me in front of his boss, the medical manager, the security man and the severance cameras On the corridor. Of course I was very concerned about my daughter heath condition so I took my daughter and to take her medication and file a report against him. Also the insurance staffs at the pharmacy side are not cooperative at all

Very much money oriented hospital...my wife was consulting dr.Shaima for pregnancy..she informed every checkup that she will deliver normal and at the day of delivery she asked to get admitted and promised us that she won't induce artificial pains..but after my wife was admitted,she was induced through I.V. and after 3 hrs she was rushed for c-section...now when we ask any other gynec about this situation,they said she could have delivered normal...

My father died due to lung cancer and he has regular check up in this hospital. He consulted the pulmonologist in this hospital from December 2022 because every time he eats he started coughing for 5 to 10 minutes. The doctor diagnosis was allergies, asthma etc. My father cought did not subside from December to March and he started losing weight, 49 years old with history of smoking and this stupid pulmonologist did not consider screening for lung cancer. This hospital doctors are for animals not for humans. If he diagnosis my father correctly maybe he's still alive today.

A lady doctor probably from peads came after gone up and down, very rude very aggressive and to my surprise the comment was take your child away if you cannot wait. Very unprofessional and unpleasant visit.

If there was below one star it would properly explain how unprofessional the staff are. The nurse literally slammed the door on my face after I told her that I’ve been waiting for more than one hour. The receptionist had literally three different queues and randomly choose people even if they weren’t in line. First time and will never come back again. If you come feeling sick to this hospital you will feel sicker after you leave because of the poor service.

The pedia dentist Dr.Yahia is totally a fake doctor here..My son came here to take teeth and was scared and the doctor refused to take teeth ..: he told me he can’t take teeth I don’t know why the hospital has kept him as pediatrician dentist..He told he can take teeth only giving General anesthesia…. And when I asked him why.. He told me this is not India to make kids cry and take teeth…What right does he have to speak of another country like that…Does he even know the achievements India has made in Medicine… Such kind of racist people we have who spoil the name

Arrawdha General hospital one of the great hospital. It is very clean and well organized. The staff are very professionals and helpful. The nursing staffs are not rude, supportive and will take care of everything for in-patients.

Few days back delivered baby in this hospital... Had a great experience all doctors and nurses were very cooperative and friendly... They took good care of me and my baby.. Dr Amal and Shaima were very sweet and cooperative.. Worth going there.. Everything was perfect .. Alhamdulillah... keep up the good work team Arrawdha 👍

Doctor Hassan Ratib is highly unprofessional and somewhat liar doctor. Five days my daughter came to him only for simple seasonal flu and he wasn't able to cure her. Why liar, because we had nebulizer machine at home but he told us that its medicines are not available so come to the hospital we believed his words, we came three days morning evening from Khobar to Dammam and when i checked in the dawa and nahdi all the medicines were available. I don't know why he lied. Secondly i asked him to prescribe some other medicine as now 5 days gone my daughter bad cough still not gone but he refused. What is this, are you some kind of animal that you wait for the disease to heal itself. Doctor duty is to heal his patient as soon as possible. I highly not recommend this doctor as he forces to do nebulizer and that from the hospital and when you visit him he takes the case very lightly with no interest or sympathy towards patient or parents.

Dr. Nadia - Nephrologist - ( New Building - 2nd Floo , below Dialysis Lab ) Diagnosed acute kidney failure and ensured consecutive dialysis to ensure complete anf timely wellbeing of the patient. Dr. Nidal - Urologist Consultant ( 3rd Floor) that performed the Prostrate examination and correction surgery. Dr. Mahmoud - Head of Insurance (2nd Floor) for continuous updates and assistance for claims approval. Medical Director for multiple support . Brother David and team from the cathlab. Allied Staff at ER, ICU and the kind nurses. Ofocurse it isnt possible for all to leave a review but its the informed and human approach and patients will woth prayers from all that help the patient recover. Not all our experiences may be favourable, but hope this review simplifies for fellow patients and their families to navigate and refer.

The worst EMERGENCY services they are providing... Doctor requested an hour ago to do an ultrasound on an emergency basis, I don't know what they understand about the word EMERGENCY. A written request has been sent to ultrasound dept from Doctor. The nurse is shivering upon asking after 1 hour that I didn't asked in last 1 hour bcoz he is busy in writing the reports. The MD of this hospital should provide the definition of EMERGENCY or teach your doctor's how to take the Emergency cases. Dr. Requested emergency ultrasound at 8.15pm right now it's 9.20pm no response.

She removed all my tooth cavities in a really appropriate manner - I had severe anxiety going into the dental office but she made all the tooth filling procedures absolutely PAINLESS - I had a bad experience with another doctor before but Dr Manar and her Assistant Malika are the best team I would recommend if you ever want to get any work done on any of your teeth! She does a really good job at everything and is the best dentist I have ever come across so far! - will definitely be going to her again.
