I had token no. 3 and been to hospital late morning. Upon showing this I was informed that after 5 patients, I will be called but was not called even though he attended 10 patients. Very bad service, if u r from kerala and spk in their language, u no need to wait , u r directly pulled in Others have to wait even if their number is in display Worst service - same work at counters too If the doctors prescription is injections for 3 days , each day patient has to wait in queue and pay , even though patient insisted on taking all 3 days payment in advance they did not. I assume manipulation and cheating is going on too with over charge _ MOH should me notified for regular checks on them for service and charges.

Reached @ 7:30 AM @ clinic to take appointment. Long queue … only one person sitting very much slow and inefficient. Why don’t you assign an experienced person since only one counter open …

In the recent weeks, i had to go to the clinic twice. in both the cases, the reception person was kind to assign me doctors who did not have a queue of patients waiting. The doctors were very professional and courteous to interact with. My experience in both visits was superb.
