My experience with the dermatology department: -Don’t believe in their offers, there is a lot of hidden things that you’ll discover after payment. -No respect for the value of customer’s time. -No admin to talk to, only the receptionists and they have nothing to do to solve conflicts. -The cosmetic service it self is not bad but if you want to WASTE your time and money get one of their packages!!

Very bad experience, one of the worst clinics I’ve ever been to I had an appointment at 12 and my turn came at 2 The doctor was not professional at all, she didn’t know what she's doing so I cancelled my appointment with her and asked for refund, the receptionist said that maximum within 2 days i will receive my refund but I received it after 1 month To conclude: - No respect for customer’s time - No organization - Some of the doctors are not professional and all they care about is money - I got my refund after 1 month which was supposed to be received within 2 days

The person in the Call Center is unprofessional, unpleasant and not polite. I tried to make an appointment with a dentist and I knew the dentist was on holidays until May. The person in the Call Centre was not aware of it and made an appointment for when the doctor is away. The person even didn’t bother to say hello or use any words for that matter. Very unpleasant experience.

Punctuality is critical to the success of any medical provider; unfortunately, my appointment was at 9:00 p.m., and I arrived earlier than that. And when the time passed at 9:20 pm without anyone calling my name, I left immediately. What is the point of making an appointment if you can not be punctual about it !!!

I went for a laser appointment and asked to see the dermatologist for a hair related issue (dry hair and scalp) i payed 170 SAR a 5 minute conversation where the Doctor didn't even come to inspect my scalp or anything (she didn't even get off the chair)... Even after that she gave me a name of a shampoo but refused to write it down or give any type of medical shampoo treatment. instead decided i needed Plasma or PRP (a costly treatment which is very convenient for the clinic. ) Extremely unprofessional and a waste of money.

Would not recommend this facility if you want to take your booster shot. No system at all. We’ve waited in line outside standing for 2 hour. When ask why theres no system, employee just answer “we dont have enough staff” 🥺🥺

I went there for iqama medical checkup The lady in reception is not welcoming , I did ask her a question the way she looked and answered me was revolting Also they don’t give you the change if you pay cash Also they ask me to take a stool sample, no gloves or tools or explanations was provided

Best place in Dammam to have the most suffient treatments for cellulite without surjury. MUST TRY DOCTOR MONA GAMRA. I had the treatment done 2 months ago and now the cellulite is gone.
