If you’re in town, don’t bother to find another place, it’s the one. Staff attitude is the best ever, machines are well maintained, cleanliness is above acceptable. Some little maintenance needed for the daily operational equipment. All in all the value for money is there and you can find your small family in here. Swimming pool is a real blessing always clean and suitable temperature while they change the life guard a lot but it’s always amusing part of the center.

I have been a member of fitness time for more than 4 years. This branch is becoming too old. Also if you compare this branch to other (red level) branches in RYD you’ll be shocked. This branch needs re-innovation. As for typical workouts, pool, and other services are ok.

The place have every thing you need, add to this professional coaches. If you looking for gaining muscle, you will find a professional coach For cardio also you will find different classes, i do recommend coach Melody for such classes

The old branch have going through renovation and the result was amazing by digitalizing the equipment to match the new Era of digital world. It was amazing experience

You can hardly find a parking, Mirrors in gym hall are always not clean, most of coaches don't care if you are exercising properly or not..

They don’t do maintenance, basketball court is broken for over 2 years, missing equipment and some trainers have big egos. The use to have water, towels, slippers and shaving tools now its all cancelled

Best fitness time in the area. The location is superb. It is located in a very quiet area, and it is on the sea which makes the view from the swimming pool fantastic. I like it more than any other branches

Good fitnesstime time branch, Nice sea view, especially in the morning 🌄 They currently open at 10:00 am, but it would be great if they open at 6 in the morning. (That's why it's minus one star)

Excellent place to visit, Excellent place to exercise, Excellent Trainers, Excellent swimming pool, Excellent cardue training allover the day, Excellent healthy place, Excellent boxing area, Excellent boxing trainers. Best JYM I have ever seen. I'm advicing all to visit, you can save your health here. You can keep moving forward here. Join you will never regret.

The gym was closed for maintenance during month of August. I have received massage for closing . Unfortunately, I have not received massage for reopening . I have send so many requests on the system that I have not got any massage. So , I lost one month from membership due mistake done by IT fitness time .

Great location with a beautiful view, not the best branch tho. After 6 pm is always crowded...
