Food: edible, but the taste is less than average. Menu: unfriendly menu, takes a lot of time to understand. Services: very bad in general! I waited around 20 minutes until someone came to my table. The waiter was annoying, kept coming back and forth asking what did we order. And at the end asked me to leave a good review and insisted to do it now, saying they have a competition and he wants good reviews.

We were served by Houssien, he was very helpful and he offered some free sides. We ordered The Shack Mixed bucket and the Medium Shrimp bucket with shack sauce. They tasted very well. The price for quality was also very good we paid 260 SAR for 3.

This is our favorite branch of shrimp shack (we are always there every week before🤗).The food, as always, was good. As well as all the service crew. One crew Year Hossain went back to check on us without calling them, asking if we need anything. All in all is a 100%.

I don’t think there is a better restaurant doing this type of food… This branch is brand new, welcoming staff and great food. I usually order the typical shrimp meal with Shack sauce; this time I ordered lobster and I was impressed with it; don’t miss it.

I really like that the menu had a lot of options, the medium shrimp bucket (9 peaces) was really really good! I went for medium spicy level and shrimp shack mix seasoning.. it was amazing. Also went for a side order of shack rice which was delicious and a side sauce of honey and peanut that wasn’t too good honestly. Overall a top seafood restaurant and I was very happy with my orders.

Rice not as flavourful as expected but rest of food (shrimp, crab, mussels) were good and service was excellent from the male service staff (Pablo)who attended to us. One of the best service I ever received in my Saudi Arabia trip.
