They don't know how to react in their personal time to customer. So bad impression from Travels. . In the future if you face any problem in airport or flights, they will not response in morning and in friday also. They are so consequences for their personal time.if it is zero i have to give them bigg zero rating.

I came to make authorization to recrutment office in inda and yet had not get the approval for the last 4 days while supose to take 24 hours and strongly not to recomend dealing with this agent.

Everything is ok. But after pcr test your staff dont give the suvidha details. So I went to the airport and I had to take the suvidha details there.. I had to pay extra 50 riyal

Really disappointed with your service - (Hyderabad to Dammam quarantine package - 12 Jan). The accommodation which was supposed to be in Dammam has been shifted to Jubail and the rooms are in bad shape, the food is not eatable as you have given the pack food service to a small cafeteria and all the food is being thrown away and all that will come under your responsibility. I informed all my friends and family member to NOT to travel with you. many other faced the same issue -

It's kinda inconsistent, first the guys i ask for Tourist Visa he told me 250, the next week it's 300 SAR, the next week it's 350 SAR. is this like a grocery item that weekly need to change it's price?

Pathetic service , not recommend for personals or companies ,, they will book for a ticket, if the flight is cancel you will know, when you reach airport ( No prior information will receive) , then if you try to contact them they will avoid you one or another way
