Dental Doctors : Some doctors are very good, like Dr. Mohammed Salman Receptionist: 2/5 Management: 2/5 Facility: 4/5 Equipment: 4/5 I don't know about other sections, didn't try.

Very bad and poor skills in communication that would cause you to lose most of your time on waiting. I found that very disrespectful and waste of time.

My visit to this place was mainly for doing the PCR test which I must have for my upcoming trip abroad, both receptionists Asma & Ruqaiah was kind, friendly and helpful. I would like to mention here Mr Hasem, I guess he's the supervisor out there, because when I was about to leave he asked me whether I am satisfied with the service provided or not, which indicates good quality management at this center. You should know that they make the covid-19 PCR test through the mouth, It's much convenient than the nose, the cost of this service is 287.00 Saudi riyals and I received the result after 12 hours through their website so you don't have to bother yourself going back again to receive it, the certificate has a barcode, stamp and MOH approved.

The hospital is very good. The security guard working in it is also very good. The VIP person with the valet😡😡 parking man 😡not good. Look at the picture that I have posted. The person is staying in the wrong place. Nothing was said to him. I am going and sitting in the parking lot, they are saying that you can sit in the car, you are a house driver, you cannot park here, how did this happen? If they are saying that they should park the car outside, there is no place to park it outside. If the police comes, it will be difficult for us to take the fine, so what will be the benefit for them? It will be our loss. Put it outside, put it anywhere, go back, how did this happen, and the person who is spreading it by mistake is not saying anything, this is the person with VIP parking, this is wrong😡😡😡😡
