Bought a box of 10 glazed donuts today Sunday 22 October 2023 at 21:58 from your store in Dammam , Merikbat District. To my surprise when I got home and opened the box all the donuts glazing was very old and it is melted. Kindly note that my home is less than 5 minutes drive from the store and the Car AC was full on. In fact I noticed the glazing was not fresh in the store and the seller promised me otherwise. This is totally unacceptable by such a famous and excellent brand as you.

Good branch of krispy Kreme were you have almost all options and fresh Some of their staffs needs to be aware of their menu or to be able to communicate with costumers
