One of the good broasted in Eastern Province. Slightly cheaper compared to the other broasted even the local ones. They don't provide you any extra dips for free. Most of the time you'll have to wait for 20-30 mins to get the order delivered.

The restaurant is similar to famous concept called Al baik. I visited during the lunch and it was busy for take away. For dining there were not too many people. Location and ambience - the restaurant is in good location and the cleanliness and interior of the restaurant was good. Service- it's a self service restaurant. Average experience with cashier and no suggestions made to us. Food- as this concept is similar to Al baik. I was expecting the same quality but unfortunately only broasted chicken was good. Fish fillet and chicken nuggets was not tasty at all. Fish even I felt not cooked properly. Hummus was good. I think they need to improve on fish fillet and nuggets. Overall average experience and would recommend to go there only for broasted chicken.

This branch is still new, but keeps the same taste as the other chain of Kufa broasted restaurants. They now have a unified phone number to call and place your order in advance so you don't need to wait long to collect your order

Worst branch ever. We asked to sit but got rejected on the face disrespectful staff specially the foreign nationals. Very bad and rude behavior will never come again. Came at 1:00am extremely dissatisfied. Third class service

My favorite place to eat at in the whole Dammam Qatif area, maybe I am being a little biased because I love chicken, and they have a lot of chicken meals in their menu.

Poor customer service. Don't get fooled by the people inside. Those are just people waiting for more than 1 hour for their orders while the people serving are frustratingly lethargic.

Food was awesome and sitting place is also very wide. Only thing I would suggest to provide bit more quantity of Mayonnaise as it was too less even for a single person. Moreover, Bread seems to be not Fresh.

I liked their taste. They use fresh chicken instead of frozen like others. Even much better than KFC. But delay in orders. Usually takes 15 minutes and somtome this took about 30 minutes too. Better to place order on telephone..

The person outside checking tawakkalna was so rude. I showed him through website but he kept asking me to show through app. My app wasn't responding and after some bargaining he started to act rudely.

Chicke broast spicy is very good. Very tasty if you serve at same place. You will surely enjoy it.

Spicy chicken is just OK, but Fish fillet is really so bad and very very salty. Fish fillet is waste of money.
