bad customer service, just to ask them to add enough sauce the sales man told me this is the last time to do it for me. they need good training in treating their customers.

Worst worst worst experience in Al Ashriah Street dominos rude staff ...unhygienic family section..we just asked them to clean the table the reply was so rude and infact the reply was your table is clean u can sit there..and we asked for extra spoon they said no extra spoon.....

The crew gave me wrong item which order by another customer. Then the manager call me asking me to return to their shop and pay for the right product. What type of service is that? Trash!

They're the worst staff, thr deep dish is disgusting, on top of that, i went home to find out they forgot my cinnamon order and they want me to drive all the way back to get it. they didn't have the decency to apologize rather hating customers that ask for more cheese they re even ready to fight you. i approve this happens in all branches its fckd up experience.

Very rude customer service Wasnt willing to change the pizza crust when we asked him We were willing to pay extra but the he said it aint possible

the worst domino's pizza branch i've ever visited in my entire life. 12 minutes of waiting wasted without anyone taking my order. Even it was not full of customers. There was only one customer when I entered. I left the branch without ordering anything at all. By the way, it wasn't the first excitement of mine.

Good and fast but its pizza's quality is slightly lower than other big cities branches

The outlet is not clear.. no proper arrangements.

Their current offer of 2 large pizzas for 29 riyals each is good. But nothing beats Maestro Pizza in KSA
