The cinema is located at Lulu mall and the location is convenient for Khobar residents too. There are 7 screens in the mall and the ticket booking is quick and efficient. The theatre is clean with comfortable seating and good air-conditioning. Tickets are reasonably priced at SR 50. The exit from the theatre was confusing as it only exits in the car parking in the basement.

The theatres are small with 50 people capacity but the experience is wonderful. The seats are comfortable. The sound system is amazing. The clarity is also super. The cost of food items are very expensive. One very small box of chicken popcocost 25 riyals. A water costs 7 riyals.

Good cinema, best thing is the price.. Literally foods and tickets' prices are the most reasonable among all cinema theatres👍 sound and picture quality good also. Chairs' Comfortability is decent and standard.

Negative star. Worst cinema experience ever! Firstly, the moment we entered the cinema the staff was super rude, that should have been the warning enough. The popcorn was below average. The seats were uncomfortable, even the deluxe ones. And most of all, the cinema itself was super smelly and untidy. And dont even get me started on the speaker quality. One of the worst sound system ever, made all the amazing upbeat song sound dull and unenergetic. And to top it all off, the washrooms were super dirty with water and tissues on the floor 🤢 the toilet flush didn't work and over all wss super smelly.

Good cinema but need to be more organized and also coffee shop and pop corn and other catering staff should be more active and finish the orders fast. I enjoyed the movie i watched it is very quiet cinema and also with new and comfortable seats

Below average theater experience in all aspects, the sound system is not up to the mark. Seats are comfortable for normal physics. For me Indian ordinary mini theaters are far better than this. The overall operation system is faculty. Moreover, the snack bar... Very expensive and it's daylight robbery..!!

Cinema is new things in Saudi Arabia. Lulu Mall is in very big complex, there have lot of brands, and other outlet, big Lulu hyper market also. Cinepolis Cinemas in Lulu Mall Dammam having 4 screen, very good halls, little small in size but good lighting and sound system. Screen size and picture quality is excellent. It's my first movie in Cinema in Saudi Arabia, I am very excited, funny thing is we only 5 person and other 2 person, total 7 person in this show. We enjoyed Atrangi Re Hindi movie. Sound quality is just average only. Staff are not being welcoming attitude, instead they are rude. Same like airport emigration the ticket check inn security will open your zib (bags) and check for dangerous things like snacks and water, etc..(these can be buy from their shop for unrealistic price) . The security staffs will keep roaming inside the side the theatre which will annoy the real fun while watching movies. Simply pathetic experience had from DAMMAM lulu Cinépolis cinemas. (Experienced in 13-10-2022 7.55pm show-Rorschach)

Paid a lot of money for a good experience, what I got was the extreme opposite. Firstly the chairs were extremely uncomfortable even the supposedly “deluxe” chairs, the popcorn was inedible,cold and tasted bad. Quality of the films were good but the sound system would sometimes shake the roof of the cinema violently and make a weird irritating sound and the volume was too high.

Nice Ambience ..one can shop at lulu and then watch a movie..good time pass The movies they show are good ones..Nice Hollywood movies too..if you are a big fan. Seats are comfortable but not the best , good leg room.

This is the first Cinepolis location to be opened in Dammam & the second in the kingdom. The two Cinepolis cinemas, in Dammam and Jeddah, were opened by Luxury Entertainment, a joint venture in which Al Hokair Group has a 31 percent share. As a Cinema buff I have personally been at this site & tried there service. If we compare them to other service providers namely VOX & MUVI the competitors are providing a much better experience. The issues I noticed were with regards to the foldable seat 💺 that must be sate on in order to have it remain flat which thankfully does recline. The projection cabinet, is in the auditorium which causes a noisy sound from the projector which ultimately affects the quality of the experience, as opposed to the competitors, who’s seats are flat & reclining all the while having the projection room in a separate section away from the viewing area which cancels all the noise and leaving the viewer with only the viewing experience. When we go to the Candy Bar, it is a far-cry from those of the competitors. Firstly the candy selection is extremely low & small. As for the prices for the tickets & snacks they are almost the same as the others but with a bit lower quality. It would be interesting if they slash the price of a ticket to between 35 to 39 instead of 49 which is only one riyal lower than the others. I was hoping for a much better experience. However, they do plan to open more locations & those others will have a luxury experience. So it is still to early to give a definitive answer on the level of experience one can have with this brand.

You should check the screen numbers before booking and their website is not good as it will show fake offers

three stars only for the theater but for the service 0 ! i just went today and they said we only take cash !! and when we gave them cash they don’t have change ! seriously ! 😂😂😂😂 so unprofessional Anyway it was a nice experience for my kids

You can watch movies at an affordable price here, worth the money. As usual the food is pretty expensive here like the other theatres ! Okay there was no bag checking, so you can try your luck with food !

The worst service ever. AC was not working and when complained they said Lulu management is responsible, don't tell us go tell Lulu. I mean whatever the problem is, there is certain way to behave to the customers right? And when requested to meet the manager they told us they don't know who the manager is. Lol! Then who hired this guys? and who manages them?

First of all , I have to apologize . I usually take photos , and this time from my excitement . I couldn't , so without further ado . Let's talk about cinépolis cinema , it's in sheera mall , near Lulu hypermarket . At first glance , the place really makes you futuristic , the lights the place . Everything make you feel like the inside and outside world is in a very nice collision . There are seats , that makes you feel cozy , the theaters are huugggeeee . The best place to sit is in the middle row , so you could better view of the whole movie . It's recently opened , so it hasn't got all the movies , but it will come as soon as possible . But , for now enjoy the people free-zone of cinépolis , as thousands of us did . Bye bye 🤗

Good theater, neat and clean, and the air conditioning is kept at a comfortable temperature so you don't freeze to death. I've already watched two, three movies from this theater and plan to return soon.

Very normal theater and seating compared with Indian theaters should be better. The cost per seat is higher but does not provide services. I believe that they may improve the service better on the long run. The best part is to have enough space between the seats.

The Juniors theater is a cousy place with comfortable couches, seats and huge indoors slider for the kids to enjoy while watching movies.

Chairs are not comfortable. Good thing that they start on the time.
