Worst branch of ANY fast-food restaurant. I have never seen service this bad. This branch has always made mid-quality food. It's never been good. But with this horrible service? I'm upset now. The main employee who controls the cashier and customer service aspect is confused about everything and got my order wrong on so many levels. First, I ordered drive-thru, then they tell me to wait at the parking lot since my order is big. Then I went back in and ordered an item they forgot to add. Then I got my order, and then I found out they missed a soda can. So I went back in, and they realized they forgot an entire meal, which they gave me later. So I drove off, and later realized a bag of fries was missing, I went back and argued with the cashier for so long, he finally gave me the bag of fries while STILL saying that I got more fries than I ordered. And then I left, and found out they missed the sauces! This is an outrageous experience. No restaurant has EVER messed up this bad! Even McDonald's don't miss more than 2 small items from the same order. This KFC branch forgot to give me all the small items and an entire meal!

Worst service ever experienced in KFC. This branch needs a change. Change all these unprofessional workers. They don’t know how to talk to customers. I’m waiting for my chicken since 20mins now and they say it’s getting ready. The whole restaurant has only 2-3 customers including us. Ridiculous! Never coming here again. Thanks KFC.

I went to this branch everyday for 3 days November 6,7,8 at the time 12 pm the cashier seems very low energy and rude and doesn’t listen properly its like he’s forcing himself till the end for working you need to say everything 2 times

I visited the top rated KFC here in dammam for the sole reason that there will be good food. I was, however, disappointed because the chicken was very oily and undercooked, which is the bread and butter of KFC. I had the pepper mayo crunchies deal, which came with fries, drink, and a piece of chicken. The burger was acceptable, but the chicken was really disappointing.

Just pulled up to the drive thru and they told me they had no chicken

The Chicken was Oily. And not upto the standards.

Tried the new Red hot Burger it was too tasty.. the sauces were great the only downside was the size it was thinner than the Zinger

The worst drive through ever. It takes a very long time to move. Comparing with all fast food restaurants, KFC is the longest time.

No English menu. Hardly staff helping to find what you want

Bad any fast food with Indian in cashier, they don't understand American or Arabic language clear. Or something in there minds. But food test for KFC is always good.

It's the best KFC branch ever, and the staff are really professional.

Families and individuals entrances became one with no sign or guidance. ALWAYS I get diarrhea after their meal, especially the spicy ones. The orders 95% of the times are incomplete or mistaken in items, we even celebrate when we get it right on first time.

The car drive through sign with the speakers on them don’t work good I had to repeat my order 7 times and still the employe didn’t hear me so I had to drive a head a bit and talk in person so he can hear me
