I stayed here for 1 night only because I cannot stay longer.. The carpet is so dirty and dusty. The aircon unit is dusty.. The sofa has bed bugs.. Very poor housekeeping... The toilet is not well cleaned... Vert poor room service.

They didnt provide me a towel even though I requested them repeatedly.. I made the booking through agoda by card and they told me I needed to make cash payment for checkin..

I have been staying in this hotel for 4 days from 15th until 19th Feb.2021. The hotel staff are very courteous & supportive . Location is perfect for business and leisure trip purpose. But the room need to more hygienic and sanitized due to Covid . The room carpet is very old and dirty . Small Cockroaches in the toilet and toilet door lock is not essay to handle . Hotel to be refurnished and proper maintenance required. Housing keeping services are not good and need to be properly supervised on daily basis .
