Worst
experience
especially
the
staff
in
the
front
desk.
Not
professional
at
all!!!
They
do
not
know
what
they
are
doing,
how
to
access
their
system
for
the
booking
requests
and
NOT
flexible
with
their
times
at
all!
2days
ago
me
and
family
had
booked
this
hotel.
Upon
booking
my
husband
specifically
requested
to
check
in
@2-3am
as
we
are
travelling,
the
hotel
emailed
back
and
confirm
the
request.
Upon
arriving
to
the
hotel
the
concierge
has
NO
CLUE
at
all
regarding
the
booking
request,
instead
he
asked
us
to
pay
an
additional
fee
for
a
full
day
price
for
2hrs
stay.
Moreover,
when
we
paid
still
he
asked
us
to
wait
as
they
are
cleaning
the
room
in
2hrs.
Furthermore,
it
was
advertised
that
iftar
buffet
cost
90sar
only
if
you
will
book
a
room,
but
once
we
were
there
they
charged
us
150sar
instead.
To
make
it
worst,
after
our
iftar
dinner
our
card
key
were
not
working,
upon
checking
in
the
concierge,
she
is
asking
us
back
why
its
not
working.
During
the
night
while
we
are
sleeping,
room
service
is
knocking
on
our
doors
asking
if
we
need
our
room
to
be
cleaned
that
disturbed
us
alot!
After
we
checked
out
early
morning,
We
received
a
call
in
the
afternoon
if
we
want
to
check
out
or
extend
while
we
are
in
our
home
already
since
morning.
I
hope
that
they
put
staff
especially
in
the
front
desk
who
knows
how
to
do
their
job
properly
and
how
to
entertain
guests
professionally.
