I had different expectation before I checked in. As a new hotel with moderate level of occupancy, no one is answering “0” or room service several times. I tried even to reached out over the line number that listed in your google profile, but again no one is answering. I like the, atmosphere room and the the hygiene here, but this without proper service is worthless. Internet connection also to be improved

I tried the breakfast buffet, the food was delicious with many variety of food, service was very good, the staff was very friendly especially Rony. I want to say thank you to Mr. Rony and Mr. Sadaqat for their professional hospitality.

I recently stayed at Dana Rayhaan and I just have to say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment I checked in, I was blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated - it really felt like a home away from home. The amenities were top-notch as well: the pool well-maintained and had everything I needed for a great workout, and the on-site restaurant served some of the best food I've had in a long time. Speaking of food, the breakfast buffet was an absolute dream - so many delicious options to choose from! Overall, I can't recommend Dana Rayhaan enough. The staff, the rooms, the amenities, the location... everything was absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a luxurious and memorable stay, this is definitely the place to be.

In writing the review, I will be honest. It is a clean hotel, and the breakfast is not as varied as other Rotana hotels. There is an old-fashioned iron in the rooms (without steam) which I encountered today. When I asked room service for a steam iron, he told me we didn't have one. I told him either bring a steam iron or send the shirt to the ironing machine to be ironed and returned for free (it is normal for a five-star hotel to have a steam iron). The night shift manager (his name is Sallah) called me and said you had no choice: either accept or pay for the service. Therefore, I told him I would leave a comment on what happened (so that his response would be less than your rights). These employees are appointed by the failed administration.

Excellent location in the heart of Dammam city

The rooms are very nice, spacious, bright, and clean. But the service here is a let down. In room dining and room service never answer their phone. After returning from a busy day of meetings, I slept to get some rest. I was woken up by a call from reception asking to remove my do-not-disturb so room service can come and offer me some complementary hospitality. Nothing ever came, only disrupted my rest. Strange experience for a 5* hotel.

This Valet attendant is very rude hope the management take action to his mistake, im asking only where is the parking and he answered me with angry response. He will drag down the good image and reputation of the newly built hotel.

Hotel is absolutely perfect, everyone is very nice! Mohammed Mustafa house keeping room cleaning guy was absolutely amazing. Hotel swimming pool also very good, warm water (140cm)and their is big swimming pool for kids as well( around 30-50cm. And sauna, gym included (24 hours). Staff is very helpful, Parking is in the garage. The view is also very nice.

All team working in the hotel were very helpful, done their best to serve us especially Mr salah eldin at the restaurant always very cheerful and greets everyone on entering. I really had good exp at the hotel rooms are nice as well. Swimming pool boy also very helpful

The room and the view was exceptionally. I purposely order the in dining just to enjoy such a lovely and scenic panorama. The room service Mr Rony very approachable and have a nice and brighter smile. I enjoyed my short escape here. 🥰

We have tried their breakfast buffet (150 SAR per person). It was really good. If you like breakfast buffets they have it and it’s a very good and delicious one. It deserves 5-star as 150 SAR for what you get in terms of food quality and service is really great.

I had few changes during my vacation on the last hour. They provide english speaking front desk personnel to accommodate me and my concerns. The room was expectedly clean, location wise was in the city center right in front of Danube Grocery. No hassle if you need anything and they'll provide you. They offer great buffet services with mouth-watering food from any type of cuisine also they grilled on what specific type of dishes you prefer. My friends had a great time staying at Centro Rotana Hotel. Will definitely come again.

Located at a prime area with lots of restaurants in close vicinity this hotel is a very good location. The staff is very courteous. The rooms are well made but the lines I felt were not upto the mark. The washrooms were clean and neat but the drains were clogged which took a lot of time to sort which was then compensated with extra checkout time. The restaurant had an amazing spread for breakfast and surely delicious. The gym and swimming pool were not very large.

Wow - amazing hotel, spotlessly clean, attentive staff, incredible food, lovely pool area. I am staying in this hotel for business (Room 1208) which has a view of the Corniche and is very comfortable. Last time I was in Dammam I stayed at the Sheraton, which is very tired compared to the Rotana. Definitely recommend.

The hotel view , room cleanliness, bathroom, restaurant are amazing but the service is very weak and slow! Specially the receptionist they are rude, not answering the calls, and they’re not trained “at all” for customer services (except Yaser in the health club & Mohammed Mustafa for room service), also you should use the (website) for booking better prices and offers more than front desk (in website they give you an extra bed for Free)

Commend Mohammed Mustafa for his very good service in our room and to us guest. Such a pleasure to eat dinner at rodeo grill. Staff are very accomidating and hospitable to us. Chef Rafeq cooks very delicious foods to us. Very commendable

I was in Dammam for about 2 weeks for work on one of the Rig in the yard. I was put up in Dana Rayhaan for that duration. I would say my stay was a wonderful one! Breakfast and dinner buffet assortment was great. The hotel was also close to a few fast food joints and shops and Carrefour is just 7 minutes walk from the hotel. I would like to commend the housekeeping department for their excellent service. It is always good to come back from work to a clean and tidy room. Thank you Niranjan for eveything! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had lunch buffet at Rotana and it was amazing! The staff is great! Mumdul entertained us very well. He was very kind and humble. Food was great and buffet had variety of options. We loved the time we spent there. Definitely going back again! Adding pictures of sweet items I loved.

I stayed at the hotel during Ramadan on March 26/27 and fire alarm went off and I ran down 11 floors with my family, to find out later it was just a fire drill. No one bothered to let us know about having a fire drill that day. I also asked to speak with the Manager and my request was ignored and didnt even get a phone call or feedback survey to rate my stay.

Worst experience especially the staff in the front desk. Not professional at all!!! They do not know what they are doing, how to access their system for the booking requests and NOT flexible with their times at all! 2days ago me and family had booked this hotel. Upon booking my husband specifically requested to check in @2-3am as we are travelling, the hotel emailed back and confirm the request. Upon arriving to the hotel the concierge has NO CLUE at all regarding the booking request, instead he asked us to pay an additional fee for a full day price for 2hrs stay. Moreover, when we paid still he asked us to wait as they are cleaning the room in 2hrs. Furthermore, it was advertised that iftar buffet cost 90sar only if you will book a room, but once we were there they charged us 150sar instead. To make it worst, after our iftar dinner our card key were not working, upon checking in the concierge, she is asking us back why its not working. During the night while we are sleeping, room service is knocking on our doors asking if we need our room to be cleaned that disturbed us alot! After we checked out early morning, We received a call in the afternoon if we want to check out or extend while we are in our home already since morning. I hope that they put staff especially in the front desk who knows how to do their job properly and how to entertain guests professionally.

One of the best hotels now in eastern province KSA. Everything is top notch. Sea View rooms ❤️ are amazing. The king size rooms are capable of accommodating more 3 adults easily or 2 adults and up to three kids easily without extra cost. Value of money 👍. Amazing gym and outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast is normal and can’t compete with rotana outside KSA. Staff are Great. Thanks to Mr. Mustafa Ali from house keeping for his amazing manners and professionalism.
