Good hotel but still misses the basic things. No cups or kitchen tools although they have kitchenette. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. Facilities are good. But you have to walk or drive a little bit to get access to shops and services

Nice hotel, clean room with fresh sheets and spacious cupboard .We booked apartment with one room, one bathroom and open lounge kitchen. Parking is free but you have to be a expert driver to park in their space. Breakfast is same everyday and they deliver you whenever you give them a call in designated hours. Only choice given is in terms of type of drink for breakfast (tea or coffee).. They also provided iron and iron board on request.. Only problem and I forgot to mention this to their staff is that two of their plugs were short circuited. 1. When you plug in geyser, you feel electric shock in shower faucet.. 2.The lamp steel board on bedroom headboard also was short circuited. Kindly fix them.

A very nice hotel with all the basic amenities in a very good budget. It has a swimming pool, kids area and a gym for its guests. Room are super clean, well equipped with toiletries and complimentary water,coffee and tea. I will choose it every time I’m in the Eastern Region.

Clean rooms, good location, average breakfast

These are good furnished apartments and the location is also good. I had problem with my booking but the manager at the hotel was very understanding and he fixed it, even thou i had to pay little more than my original booking but yet it was much better than having no booking at all...

The Staff are "Great, they listen and do their best. However the mess that some guests leave in the communal spaces I.e Gym, or hallways are appalling. Guests have left rubbish on the floor in Gym, not putting Dumbbells back on rack, food wrapping left on floor, and all this could be avoided with a simple sign or poster. I guess many are not taught well at home, so their behaviour is animalistic. Heads up to the management before things get out of control.

We booked 2 consecutive nights. The place is clean and well maintained. The staff are so polite and helpful. A well recommended place. Cons: they do not refill toilet paper, cups and water.

Nice place to stay in economic terms. Neat and clean. Have a swimming pool also for kids to play. Indoor parking is a plus point in scorching heat of Dammam.

Insurance needed to be paid even if there is no policy mentioned in booking app

Very bad service, stayed for 3 days and most of time swimming pool was not functional , No cooperation from staff and hotel management.

The room was good.. but very poor service... the staff's was not at all friendly...
