10/10. The guys working the patio upstairs do a great job. The food was excellent and came quickly. Awesome atmosphere on the patio. We will for sure be back.

We discovered a hidden gem ... the rooftop patio! It's like being in a beach resort! It has its own bar. Our server was great too. What a view. See pics.

I come here every other month or so for their seafood chowder.I think the first time I ever had it was back in between 2015 and 2017. Simce then, I've had the chowder at Boondocks, Pilots Pub, The Triangle and Dirty Nelly to name a few.. and Celtic Corner takes the title for best Seafoos chowder in my opinion. That insanely delicious tra biscuit they pair it with is incredible! Recent visit, my mom had the lamb & rice (she is gluten free) and we shared the calamari. Also delicious 😋 😍 Hope to be by again soon in another few weeks. Thanks again Cetic Corner, for maintaining such excellent quality 👌 👏

The food was really good! The server was super nice! The manager was not very professional. I'd give him 0 stars. Sir needs to calm down and treat his staff with respect and dignity.

I was pretty well prepared for our visit to Celtic Corner. Knowing the Champions League Final was coming up, I phoned five days ahead of time and spoke to someone who identified themselves as 'The Janitor' and who told me that no reservations were being accepted, but to come early. We came early (over an hour before) and every good table in the house had 'Reserved' on it! How can you not take reservations if every table is reserved? It's a nice spot, especially to watch a football match, but obviously has issues with good customer service...I added two photos - these were taken 15 minutes after kickoff and it is now half time and the tables are still empty...

The food here was excellent ! And also it was SO FAST and they were busy ! The service was great, servers are super nice and definitely worth it to check it out. Also apparently wednesdays at 7 are trivia !!

Appies were not very tasty, and over priced...disappointed for our group of 6. Washrooms were a mess floor tiles were off or loose, one toilet was out of commission. Music is usually great. I think they need to put some time into their Washrooms and app menu. Nice atmosphere here but need to do some work.

Speaking both as a former bartender/server/manager- and as someone who rarely eats out- I was particularly IMPRESSED with Celtic Corner. From the time I called for details re their "Fiddles and Fish", to us being escorted through a wheelchair accessible entrance- to the lovely dinner, neighborly service and authentic Celtic entertainment... well, they more than earned a five star rating from this crew! What a WONDERFUL night out we had! And as seniors... I think we should enjoy it MORE often!

Everything about this restaurant is wonderful! Don't be fooled into thinking it is just a pub, the food is incredible, and to drink, they have more than just alcohol present.

Never had the food but the drinks are fresh and the service is great..Shout out to Adrian who is a great bartender. Tuesday night they have an open mic comedy night thats free/pay what you want and its always fun. Pro and amateur comedians.

Been a few times, however this time the service was awesome. The food was good, the atmosphere was getting ready for trivia night. 😋 All in all it was a pleasant experience.

I've been to the bar off and on for 12 years since I've lived in dartmouth, today on the patio we asked to move under an umbrella to finish the meal which was 98 dollars, but there was a line up (there wasn't one person) normal service would be to move the people that are eating until they were finished in 10 minutes. I like supporting local businesses, but the service on the patio has noticeably gone downhill.

It was my very first time visiting this place. I had a really good time. The only reason that I'm giving service a 4.5 out of 5 is because of the fact that it was busy, they were swamped, and there were several moments where we tried to flag down a wait staff, and nobody was able to come to help us for a basic drink refill. The wait staff were great overall. The cosmo martini was not great. The cider however was awesome. Great suggestion from waitstaff. 👌👌 Water quality is not that great - I would suggest just a slice of lime or lemon to mask the cholorine taste (this is very typical of city tap water).

Not bad, over priced though. The chicken tenders were tiny, seems like they cheaped out on the portion sizes since last time I was there. Calamari was very average Service was good though

We had great service as well our meals were very good. Atmosphere was louder than we'd like but it is a pub and people like to talk! Great entertainment made staying a little longer after eating enjoyable.

I had a half Clubhouse sandwich. That was delicious. I had Hot&Sour soup with it. The food was very good and I like that you can make substitutions for fries or potatoes with soup or salad. I find eating too many potatoes and bread exhausting to think about. Sluggish my former. I kind of felt rushed out of here or not welcome. I think that it is because I ate by myself, as I prefer to do everything alone. I didn't get a chance to tip my server because I was her last table and I guess that she didn't care for the tip. I had planned on tipping big too. She seemed like a very respectable young lady who was probably saving for college or university. The girl next door kind of looks, prettier than most others in that demographic as viewed through my simple man eyes. I'll try this place again a couple of months down the road. I mean Coronation Street

Tasty fish and chips with good selection of beer on tap. Good place to watch World Cup soccer. The place could use some new stools to replace worn out wobbly ones and a heater in the men’s washroom. The atmosphere is dated but has a level of charm and classic Irish pub feel. Will return.

This place used to have really good food but it's changed a lot. I had the calamari, and it was like rubber covered in sand. My main was the salmon, and it was very dry. I was in Dartmouth to visit my family, and was really excited seafood in Nova Scotia, but was very disappointed. That being said, the staff was nice and the place was cozy and lovely.

Went today for brunch on the beautiful patio. Food was great but portion size has definitely changed since my last visit. Service was lackluster never was offered a refill toast never came with the meal when it first arrived so we had to request that. Toast arrived after we all finished our meal. Asked waitress for jam for the toast and she walked away and didn’t hear us. Good food but portion sizes have changed.

went with my friends here and had a lovely time ! the staff was all friendly and accommodating. the only reason it's not 5 stars is because their physical menu doesn't have the vegetarian options listed so you have to go to the website to see your options. and even then, the waitress didn't believe me when I told her the restaurant has vegan options online. It turned out fine, got my food. still had a wonderful time. try the curry pasta!

Although we showed up for triva night unknowingly, the staff were great and helped us pick a spot that wouldn't interfere with it. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was really good! If I'm craving that kind of sandwich again, I'd go back!

Big fan! The food is phenomenal! I'm going to have to try the entire menu. incredible service, great beer selection and the live music on the weekends is always fantastic.

Went for Burger week. Staff were almost running around to keep up and managed to keep things going smoothly. The burger was good, the fries seem to be the Costco food court fries, which I oddly don't prefer.

Yesterday me and my friends came for some drinks and snacks.. we had below average customer service- she was very short with us and would walk away before we could order something else and just figured she was just having an off day but wasn’t too mad about it. Pork was forgotten on nachos, 2 tequila shot was spilt a bit and didn’t offer to go get another.. At the end, one of us tipped a dollar. Our waitress came over all snippy and asked our whole group “why did we all tip so low” I tipped 10% another tipped 15%… one of my friends replied “well you were very short with us” and our waitress did not like that answer and got more aggressive saying “well I served you for 5 hours and I now have to pay my tip out…”. We were so uncomfortable, we chugged the rest of our drinks and waited for our drive outside because we needed to get away from the situation.

Just had drinks. They are diligent about vax passports and id. Great staff! Very enthusiastic but not intrusive.

Love the atmosphere here! I usually get their clubhouse, but I tried the seafood pasta and I'm so happy I did. I can honestly say it was the best pasta I have ever had in Nova Scotia the portion was huge.

The owners really owe me an explanation! Why? WHY do you have to be so far away? 🤭 My husband and I stopped by 3 months ago during a work trip from Quebec and I'll admit, the name of the pub was what caught my attention. The atmosphere and decor was intoxicating, the service was top notch and I genuinely still have cravings for the steak and cheese sandwich. I cannot wait until we can safely travel back so I can devour that goodness again! 😍

👍👍 We just had dinner as a family at Parkside and gosh, what a great time we had! The food was delicious - everything from the tater tots to the pulled pork and strawberry lemonade! The highlight for me was the smoked wings with Jack Daniels sauce we had as an appetizer… best wings I’ve eaten, hands do...
