Absolutely
no
idea
of
customer
service,
Manager
clearly
needs
their
training
up
dating
called
in
mid
morning
store
not
overly
busy
a
little
queue
that
was
initially
dealt
with
quickly.
I
appreciate
their
were
only
two
members
of
staff
on,
however
no
acknowledgement
of
having
to
wait
beyond
fifteen
minutes.
At
the
twenty
five
minute
point
I
was
little
frustrated,
looked
at
my
watch
and
shook
head.
A
customer
who
had
been
chatting
for
twenty
minutes
shouted
and
swore
at
me
couple
of
times
(Not
addressed
by
manager
who
was
serving
him).
I
explained
how
long
I’d
waited
and
that
it
was
frustrating
to
not
even
be
acknowledged.
Was
asked
to
stop
swearing,
I
wasn’t!
It
was
the
other
customer.
Said
they
would
serve
me
as
I
had
raised
my
voice,
admittedly
I
did
at
one
point
out
of
frustration
at
being
sworn
at
and
it
not
being
addressed.
Then
was
threatened
with
not
being
served
because
of
MY
attitude.
I’m
sure
it’s
not
loss
to
them,
I
wont
be
using
this
store
again.
I
shall
part
with
some
advice
try
not
standing
with
your
back
to
the
door
so
you
are
aware
of
who
is
in
the
store
and
can
provide
a
reasonable
level
of
service
to
all
your
potential
customers.
