    Whilst I love my pandora bracelet and charms unfortunately i cant buy from in store. I'm in a wheel chair and need the charms bringing out the tall units to look at, staff are always too busy with " able bodied " customers and I've been told multiple times to " pop back later when we aren't busy " I now buy all my charms from pandora online

    Friday 29th September we visited the Pangora store in Derby. The selection in the store is fabulous. At the moment, they have a great buy two and get a third free offer. The lady who served us was so professional and yet so friendly and caring. Her name was Amy she is a credit to the company.

    Went with her in doors. Told her to pick some thing for xmas and that was the second mistake. The first mistake was taking her there. But in honesty it saves me picking something that sits in a draw or in the wardrobe and I also got other ideas for a surprise while there 👍

    The staff were really lovely and helped me alot only went to look ended up my husband brought me a braclet and two birthstones mine and his and a heart ive been collecting ever since really lovely braclet i can understand why this place has a queue because the staff like to make sure your happy

    After queuing for 45 minutes to exchange a ring I had reserved I was told they had sold it and they hadnt any more of that size and I had better be quick to find an alternative by the 14th or my returns window would close. The assistant was dreadful, unhelpful and rude. What is the point of being able to reserve an item when its then sold on ? I made a special trip to the store to get it, incurring parking charges and more importantly my time to be greeted by this response. I had only reserved it the day before. PANDORA you are forgetting about giving your customers a good experience. POOR SERVICE, Staff who couldnt care less and a service that doesnt actually work. SHAME ON YOU.

    Well after being lie to by a member of staff to say i had to buy off line so i did. for it to be delivered in a awful way left on my grass in the rain buy Yeovil 😡. Then i order 2 items on click on collect to then 1 being cancelled 🙄 a very nice lady in your store Daniella sorted everything out and i left very satisfied i would like to thank her very much very good customer service very polite 😀

    You pay for an item using click and collect and yet they send you an email saying its been cancelled and then when you try ringing the store no one picks up the phone. I'm sorry to say this but pandora has become the 21st century version of woolworths & argos. I was also a loyal very happy 5 year custoner but don't think I will be any longer

    The manager of the store is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered during my Christmas shopping. Not only she was rude to me when I wanted to buy a necklace and a charm by literally telling me to get out of the shop and queue back - even though I just queued up for ages outside - I got in , chose my stuff and she rudely said well get out to the end of the queue, she also was very rude with her staff, she was slamming things around , looking like she’s pi**ed off by just being there. If it wasnt for the gift I wanted to buy , I wouldv’ve walked out and wouldn’t bother. This is not the 60’s , where customer service did not exist. You’re a manager , a face of an amazing brand , act like it. If you dont like your job, there’s plenty other to chose from on indeed. Thanks for ruining the Christmas shopping.

    Today I visited pandora. I didn't have anything in mind, other than what the person I was buying a gift for, meant to me. I was greeted by Sarah. She was so lovely and helpful, making suggestions on the way. At no point did she try to force a sale and seemed genuinely interested in being there. Sarah was quick to make a conversation with my young niece and the whole shopping experience was made complete by her. I made two purchases and had the returns/exchanges policy relayed to me. All of my questions were answere. Great service.

    Absolutely no idea of customer service, Manager clearly needs their training up dating called in mid morning store not overly busy a little queue that was initially dealt with quickly. I appreciate their were only two members of staff on, however no acknowledgement of having to wait beyond fifteen minutes. At the twenty five minute point I was little frustrated, looked at my watch and shook head. A customer who had been chatting for twenty minutes shouted and swore at me couple of times (Not addressed by manager who was serving him). I explained how long I’d waited and that it was frustrating to not even be acknowledged. Was asked to stop swearing, I wasn’t! It was the other customer. Said they would serve me as I had raised my voice, admittedly I did at one point out of frustration at being sworn at and it not being addressed. Then was threatened with not being served because of MY attitude. I’m sure it’s not loss to them, I wont be using this store again. I shall part with some advice try not standing with your back to the door so you are aware of who is in the store and can provide a reasonable level of service to all your potential customers.

    Called in on a busy Thursday a week before Christmas had to wait 40 mins in the queue but once we were inside I saw all the staff being friendly and working hard to serve and get the queue down the girl who served me I think her name was aneesha was brilliant she listened to what I needed as I had no clue and she helped me get more for my money so it was a real help so thanks to her for that and overall a well ran shop the manager and area managers should be proud

    Great products, helpful staff but the queue to get into the store ruins the whole experience. Such a shame. They need to sort this out ASAP, the amount of people walking away as they didn't want to wait was unbelievable. No way to run a business!!

    Had to queue up for a while but still had a very good experience. Lovely staff and a positive atmosphere. I was served by Amy who was very helpful and polite. Absolutely love the jewelry.

    I love Pandora. They have de-listed the Harry Potter range all except two but I managed to get the remaining that I didn't have on ebay. Staff were super friendly and she commented on my charms. She had the same cute mushroom charm as me.

👍👍 Took my daughter to have her ears pierced, staff were very patient and calmed a nervous young girl. They took time to make sure the holes were in the right place and there was a good level if hygiene. Invited back after 6 weeks for a check over. Cannot fault.
