Our waitress was very nice, the manager not so much. I had to send back multiple items on the bill. I pointed out to him how old the chicken tenders were or the grease must’ve been old my babies couldn’t even eat them they were so hard. He just said “fried foods only sit out for 4 minutes total” I cancelled the rest of my order and will not ever eat here again.

Came to Apple Bee’s and had the most impressive service at the Bar!!! Kree was very helpful but made sure we had no waits and also saved us money… I will be back and I don’t even like Apple Bee’s 😂❤️.. Thanks Kree for awesome service

This place is absolutely amazing. They are finally open for dine in after MONTHS of being closed! They’re a lil short staffed, so things take a touch longer, but if you’re patient, you’ll have a wonderful experience! The menu is limited due to them being both Applebees and IHOP, but the QR code will pull up the menu for this exact location!

When we arrived we were told it'd be about a 45 minute wait for a table. We were greeted by the manager, who told us the approximate wait time then went to find the hostess. The wait ended up being shorter and we were sat by the kitchen in a corner booth. Our table wasn't wiped off and had what appeared to be jelly on it, from breakfast and we were sitting down for a late dinner ( 7 or 8 pm). We told our server and she got someone to clean the table, and she still missed the jelly so we pointed it out to her. Our waitress was friendly and made good adult drinks. The food was delicious and the portions were large; we ordered pasta. I deducted 2 stars from my rating because of table cleanliness and the service at front of the house.

I came in on a Friday afternoon twice and got great service both times. My server was Freweini H and before the Bartender was Kree. Both were super nice and accommodating. The manager Sierra went over and beyond for us! The salmon, mashed potatoes and broccoli was great! Good mimosa too!

Dee has the biggest smile on her face when we walked in. She was very helpful. Very caring. Make sure we had everything. Reverse the table and checked on the table frequently. To the Applebee’s management. She’s a keeper.

I have very literally never had a better dining experience. I came with a few colleagues after a very successful training we wanted to celebrate. Our waiter, Maurice, was so kind, patient, and engaging. He made us feel as though we weren’t just a customer, but friends. He spent time getting to know us and what we do. He made sure we were well cared for and kept a smile on our faces. I am so grateful for that experience. Thank you to Maurice for the outstanding service.

We spoke to the young waitress who advised us she was going to college in Manhattan, NY. We told her manager/owner she was very attentive. We overheard the owner speaking to another guest about how "Her people were good people." Truthfully, we liked the way that sounded and told her so. Friendly atmosphere, nice staff, clean facility. The food was hot and what we ordered. Thanks for the nice experience. We are from New York.

Ms. Clara(pictured left) was the first person who greeted me. She is literally a ray of sunshine! She's very welcoming and full of positive vibes! Definitely needed that and she made my morning wonderful! Thank you so much Ms. Clara! Eating good in the neighborhood of Applebee's, D'Asia (pictured right) was my server. She was sweet and friendly with a great smile on her face! I ordered the top sirloin with mashed potatoes and green beans, along with a glass of orange juice. Food came out quick and was delicious! Thank you Applebee's Detroit!

Nicole is a wonderful bartender! We love coming here after work for drinks and Nicole is the reason we keep coming back every week! This staff is blessed to have such a great person to work with. 5 stars EASILY.

Sierra is the best manager, she looks younger but carries herself wonderfully. Came in for my favorite wanton tacos not knowing they did not carry them due to their limited menu, Sierra convinced me too stay and try the fiesta lime chicken and it was wonderful. This is a great place to come unwind and have some great interaction with some “friends”! Nicole the bartender is always such a treat! I don’t get here as often as I’d like but she doesn’t skip a beat! It’s like my own personal “Cheers”. 😊

Food was hot & delicious. Everything came out at the same time. Great customer service, our waitress Aaliyah was very friendly & attentive despite the restaurant being busy she made sure we were good and so was the manager Felicia, she was very personable, greeted us and made sure everything with our order was good. I just want to start this off by saying that my server was absolutely amazing. The five dollar LIT’s were amazing. She even upsold on a top shelf Long Island. Her personality was bubbly and sweet. We didn't get food, but our large family was staying at the hotel and gathered for evening drinks and conversation. We were so happy with our experience. The GM Kristal was accommodating and kind, and the bartender Nicole was wonderful (even when asked to make 15 to-go cup lemonades). All the people in the restaurant and bar area were happy and laughing, and it was a wonderful place to reconnect with our family from around the country!

This Restaurant/Bar attached to our hotel was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The bartender, Nicole, was super friendly and efficient. We ordered some obscure drinks that she did a great job on! The General Manager was extra helpful when we needed a table moved. Great service!

My party got sat pretty quickly & our waitress was Dona she was sweet and friendly! Very efficient and accurate with a lot of things.! Food was hot, cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere. Manager Sierra came to our table and spoke with us!

Charles, April, and Taylor provided an awesome experience for my students and myself! After attending the Metro Science Fair, 40 students and myself went to the downtown location. Never been to their downtown location so I was eager to try it. All of the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The food took a little longer than expected, but once it arrived I had no complaints. Everything was DELICIOUS! Shout out to our server Angel! Service was WONDERFUL. I had such a great time here. I ordered The chicken bacon ranch sandwich and whoever was the cook in the back made it exactly to order my fries were cooked to order also! Cassandra one of the managers there tonight had such great spirits and was such a joy. My son wants to actually fill out an app to come work with this crew. I love this place!!! This is my favorite location. I had Ashley as my waitress, and she was amazing. Extremely attentive, kind, and fast with everything. The people here are awesome. The manager is amazing and really turned my day around. He was super positive and gave me a lot to laugh about. I high recommend this restaurant and all it has to offer. Please ask for Ashley when you come in! 10/10

We had the waitress Asia! She was so sweet, attentive, amazing. She catered to our literal every need. I felt lucky to have her, truly. The rest of the staff was great as well. Quick drinks, quick food, hot, and GREAT. I have nothing bad to say. Even the atmosphere was done exactly right. I love coming here and will come again.

Typical Applebees, attached to hotel. Easy street parking. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. We had Buffalo wings, these were supposed to be double crisp, but were actually soggy, spinach & artichoke dip-this was perfect! Had a bacon cheeseburger, slightly over cooked, but good, the fries sucked. Lemonade was watered down, switched to just water. I will say there was an extremely loud and obnoxious patron at the cat that Even a room away, made it difficult to enjoy dinner and though I realize this is not the restaurant’s fault, they could have perhaps mentioned that he should quit yelling!🤦‍♀️

Long day on business travel from Jacksonville, FL. Tired, and hungry Checked-in, settled and time to eat. Great to sit down at a clean bar, with a friendly bartender. My friends and I started coming downtown to the office 2 days a week post pandemic and wanted a place to kill an hour after work. We walked into Applebee's and was greeted my Nicole. She was so bubbly and happy to help us. She is friendly and goes out of her way to accommodate us. We love her so much I had my wife come down and see for herself and they are now friends. Needless to say we show up twice a week just to have a drink and see Nicole

This is my after work hang spot! After a long trying day at work my favorite bartender Nicole is always there to greet me with a warm smile and has already poured my glass of wine. The staff always checks in to ensure my experience is great. I love this place and thank you for being my unwind spot!

Stopped in for breakfast, Brad took care of us. The food and service were great. The place was clean, well decorated, and had some great seating options.

Sierra , Nicole, Taylor, Felicia, and Jess. You want to remember this staff. Staying here for a dance convention and there are hundreds of people. I have no idea how the staff did as well as they did with how short staffed this restaurant is. They were all amazing and the food was great. You need to give them a raise before you loose them. Unbelievable circumstances with a tremendous amount of people and they handled all with smiles on their faces. You are lucky to have them.

A very friendly staff! Nicole was great and very intentive, service was great! The GM Felicia came out and spoke with us like we had known eachother forever. I highly recommend this restaurant! You ladies rock and helped make my husbands and I 1st anniversary special and memorable.

Stayed at the court yard Marriott in Detroit and had a great stay. Nicole in particular at Applebee’s restaurant was a delight to speak with and always very attentive making sure I had what I needed. Excellent service : )

Staff is SO NICE and patient. My server Amber was THE BEST i lost my receipt and couldn’t leave a survey so I hope she sees this. Entire staff was friendly and service was quick and food was tasty and Hot.

The manager at this location on the day I went was great. Even being swamped with people and having to deal with rude customers and having to work multiple stations she was still the nicest. Always had a smile and tried to accommodate as much as she could. Once seated my waiter was quick, checked in frequently and the food and drinks came out in a timely manner. I am pleased with the service I received today.

The restaurant is amazing!! The host and severs are very professional and polite I really recommend to all family and friends their dedication to customers are outstanding! They definitely deserve a 5 star rating.
