Very disappointed in the Croissant breakfast sandwich, nothing like they advertise, it was doughy and flat, under cooked and over toasted, hard to explain, do not think they were real eggs, but powder eggs, browned. Do not recommend.

Very poor experience. Order was wrong. Grilled cheese sandwich was not cooked at all. Workers seemed disoriented and unable to communicate. They were not able to remedy the issues. Needless to say the food was not appetizing, and the simple stop at the drive thru was a complete waste of time. Other Tim Hortons have been great. Hopefully other customers see this review and avoid this location. Respectfully, Matt

This by far is the worse Tim Hortons in the state of Michigan. They employees are rude & nasty. They never turn their drive thru speaker off. Instead of helping the line the employee is over the speaker asking someone else did the make her food. I ordered & instead of them saying they were out of what I wanted she’s laughing in the background with other employees saying “we ain’t/can’t make them ice Capps. Once she realized I could hear her she said “Oh MY God” & turned her mic off. I will NEVER visit this location again.

This is a Detroit Tim Hortons. Interpret that as you will. Your order will most likely be wrong. You will hear yelling and curse through the speaker and/or drive-thru window. Staff looks clearly annoyed to be there, which I don’t blame them nor anyone who works a service industry job, but it would be nice if they could step up their professionalism a little bit.

Everyone is friendly and efficient. I personally love their coffee. Parking lot is on the small side, but great place! They have a nice patio area to sit outside too!

I’ve been wanting to try tim hortons for a while, being from Florida they don’t have any near me. Got a mocha latte and some timbits. The coffee was ok, better than dunken donuts in my opinion. The timbits though, were really good. The staff inside though, while they weren’t outright rude per say, they were a bit space out.

The highlight is this is the only tim hortons in the area. Their success rate is probably around 60-70%. I’ve gotten to work multiple times and have had something different than what I’ve ordered. I always get a unsweetened ice tea and lately it’s more and more and more ice. Some days you will wait in line for literally a half an hour with only 5-6 cars in front of you. If the line is past the front door expect to wait at least 20 minutes. They haven’t allowed anyone in the building when I’m there in the morning since COVID began. I only go here because it’s right down the block from home and the only place to stop in the area to grab a quick breakfast.

This is my least favorite location. I've visited here several times only to find out they don't have what I want which is an Extra Large French Vanilla Cappuccino with whipped topping.

First time at TH. The pumpkin coffee drink was better than SB and soooo much cheaper. Under 2 dollars for a small.

The line was very long in the drive thru and the lobby was closed. My order was wrong.

Giving you a three star because young lady at window was different from one taking order. Please give her a different job her voice was not pleasant.

I've always been treated well here and they can move through some long drive thru lines quickly. Nice place to stop for a coffee after a long walk in Belle Isle.

I'll never go back to this Tim Hortons again. Bad experience, actually more sad than bad. It's sad that young people think it's okay to treat customers like c***, and they obviously haven't had good customer service training. Employees, if you don't like your salary or working conditions, FIND ANOTHER JOB! The woman at the drive-thru was dry, rexpressionless, wouldn't smile, and no hello or thank you. She omitted the Splenda, so I had to ask again and I left no stirer for my coffee.

This place was a disappointment. The woman at the speaker sounded incompetent from the start. They didnt have anything that i wanted. How you dont have timbits?! Thats like your signature item right? Charged for two drinks but only got one. Then wanted to argue with me about it. But i blame myself for staying.

They have poor customer service cussing and rude . i went in the afternoon and the manager says the lobby is closing at 3:00. It wasnt a nice casual announcement it was like get out . So soon as the manager say that ine od the employees says yes get the Fu$$ out I was shocked and hurt like who is training the workers. Plus they use profanity like its not a business never returning.
