RiverView. This is a nice sandwich shop, but you gotta go for the River Views! A huge room in back gives you some of the best vantages of the Detroit river around! Service is good, food is good, place is clean but you gotta check out the view!

Mean Staff. I go to this place very often. At least twice every week. There is nothing to complain about the food, but the staff is mean. I always ask for extra hot peppers with my order, and the staff behaves like they are doing me a favor in handing them over. You can see it in their face and attitude, but so far they didn't say anything. That changed today. Today, the person at the counter suggested me to buy the bottle. I do buy those pepper bottles for home and keep them well stocked. But for lunch at work? I'm not sure. For what it's worth, the store manager is a reasonable guy among the lot.

Friendly and fast service, nice for take-out if working or visiting the Ren Cen. Generous portion sizes and good value, clean atmosphere.

I absolutely love the wreck sandwich .It doesn't have alot of toppings like Subway .I purchased the Wreck it has Ham,Turkey, RoastBeef, Salami with cheese n toasted .I added oil vinegar, Mustard onions, lettuce and tomatoes .Very good I recommend this place8

I stopped in while visiting from Ohio to eat here today and had an opportunity to meet the current GM Tra. This location was clean and bright. The employees were friendly and fast. Great experience here and the food was awesome! Try the Chicken Pot Pie soup! It was delicious! I will definitely come back again.

A potbelly worth going out of your way for. In terms of fast casual chains it's difficult to set yourself apart; however this one does just that. The line might look daunting at first glance, but it moves at a fever pitch, and the food is always top notch and to specification.

I visited here last year and absolutely loved it. The service was good and the food was even better. If I visit the renaissance center in the future I will be back to eat here!

Staff is very friendly! I got a Skinny Hammie sandwich with a coffee shake. Mustard is a great deli mustard and complimented the sandwich well. The shakes are hand done and not out of a machine. They even have little cookies on the shake straws! I recommend walking to the back where you can see the Detroit River across to Canada. Prices are very reasonable for really good food.

I went here for the first time and wasn't really impressed, because I repeated my order several times and the person still left items off...They also ran out of bread choices.

Amazing food great service as well a very clean establishment

I ordered my lunch at 11:43, which gave me a 12:34 delivery time. The delivery person arrived at the store about 12:28. I checked on the delivery person's wellbeing (safety check) about 1:03. Delivery person responded saying they're really behind. My order was delivered at 1:19 and is not safe to eat based on my ServeSafe training. These were not cooked sandwiches. The lunch meat, lettuce, and tomatoes are all warm to the touch. For cold ingredients to get this warm, they have to have been sitting out in improper conditions. I haven't been able to get through to anyone by phone. I can understand a busy lunch rush, but you cannot just leave food out without appropriate (ie: safe) conditions. Unfortunately, I just don't get lunch now, because it was nearly an hour late, and is also not safe to eat. I'll be contacting corporate.
