Had the most wonderful breakfast experience here. Irene with the culinary team brought out fresh French toast to our table when my husband requested some French toast or pancakes. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome when I stopped her to ask for some coffee cups. She then returned with filled cups of fresh coffee! Regina finished off our experience with attentiveness and a warm smile on her face! We truly appreciated the service that we received here. Thank you all!

Waited twenty minutes for a waitress to forget her checkbook and our order at the next table for another thirty, and when I got up to go find her our drinks were sitting on the counter and had been for a while. They forgot my entrée, so after my partner finished her meal mine arrived with the chicken burnt and the tortilla raw. Couldn't eat it. The people we were with waited forty five minutes to be told the kitchen was closed, before 9pm, leaving everyone hungry. We figured bad luck and tried again the next day. We came in with a party of six and the head waitress told us, "Sit anywhere you like where y'all fit, hon," so we did. After waiting for another twenty minutes a server came over and yelled at us for sitting at a table they "weren't using." She then came back three more times to remind us we "shouldn't be sitting there" before finally taking our order. No refills, and it took nearly an hour to get a check for a buffet. $110 for the worst service I have ever gotten at a hotel restaurant--a buffet that had no vegetarian options and "chicken cacciatore" that consisted of bone-in legs thrown in a cheap ratatouille sauce. Never again.

Breakfast buffet was fairly good. Dinner was less than we hoped. Couldn't find the Basil in the basil tomato sauce nor 2of the 3 kinds of mushrooms in the 3 mushroom Pizza. Kids thought the warms rolls were great. Staff was kind and professional and short because 2 had called in sick. The location in the hotel is convenient but must be better places with at least comparable prices nearby

I had dinner and breakfast. Buffet style breakfast was good. Dinner experience was bad food was okay. Ordered rack of lamb it took almost 45 minutes to get the food. Server was nice to give me update about the food situation.

Service was horrible. Server with red hair took over an hour to bring us our bill and then had an attitude and threw my change on the table.

I see ALOT of hotel restaurants/bars in my career. This place is one of the best ones out there. I was THAT guy by mistake. I stumbled in after a long work day around 9:45pm and ordered a steak with out thinking the kitchen closes at 10pm. The chef stayed and made it to perfection. The bartender was wonderful and friendly definitely. 10outta10 for this place. I felt so bad and the whole crew was amazing here and made a long day a little better!

The breakfast buffet was not good. Got sick from overcooked bacon, and the potatoes were dry, hard and old.

The food and kitchen staff were fine, but the wait staff were awful. You couldn't find them to get water and drink refills, and at 2 of my 3 meals this weekend, I was still eating when the waitress asked if we were ready for our bill.

Service was very very friendly and the food was well prepared. The online menu did not match their actual menu. I enjoyed the blackened chicken pasta I ordered. It lacked the bit of spice that I was expecting from "lightly spiced Alfredo" and the blackened chicken was more like normal grilled chicken. I'm a light weight with spicy seasoning - like a lot of black pepper can be spicy for me. Haha. Thus, for me to not taste any spice, it was very lightly spiced. Service was exceptionally slow however not the fault of staff as the restaurant only had one staff acting as both server & bartender and one cook to make all dinner orders. They never stopped moving to serve customers however they were just very short staffed. They managed to stay up-beat all night, even given that some customers were not pleased about the wait. There were clearly a few regulars that the bartender knew and remembered their drinks, etc. It shows that it's overall a very friendly restaurant. I enjoyed my hotel dining experience and since I knew it was going to be slow service, that didn't sour my experience.

Was attending a conference at the hotel. Our server was so nice. However, the restaurant didn’t prepare ahead of time. Seeing there’s a conference and most people would probably stay for lunch. Never got our food due to someone had taken our order out of the computer. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re in a time crunch.

Steak, mashed potatoes and asparagus were excellent! They were out of most of their beers, all of the good ones. Very disappointing. The "bartender" was slow and had no knowledge whatsoever about her products.

Good steak and sides. Chef is on point.

It's really just your average hotel bar/lounge with a bartender with a great personality. We were coming from dinner out so we did not try the food.

We only had the breakfast buffet 2 morning during our stay at the Double Tree. It's a lovely dining area. But the buffet itself is not worth $15. It's less breakfast than we had at the Hampton we stayed at the month before, and that was included with our room! The meat in the shaffer dishes was cold. They constantly ran out of eggs. There are not enough stations, no waffles, and you have to ask for things like cereal as it's not out on the buffet. There is no breakfast menu to order from. The toaster is jacked up. You have to run your bread thru more than once to get it toasted, holding up the line. The workers are having to work too hard, running crazy keeping everything stocked and bussing tables, etc. There is clearly not enough staff for the guests that enjoy the breakfast. It will fill you up but doesn't match how upscale everything else looks.

I ate here several times over three days. Breakfast buffet is a 10. With equal service. Dinner was quite the opposite as I found paper in my pasta sauce that came from a seasonings jar. They did not charge for this meal but it was tasty up until that mis-step. Wine was okay. Service great one time the second night service was terrible as was the food which half was cold. Nobody like cold fries nor poor service.

There was a huge sign advertising the weekly special, but they didn't have it. They're menu was lacking so I only got a burger. It didn't have anything on it and I was only offered ketchup. The help was friendly enough, but overall I wouldn't order anything else there and wouldn't give it better than three stars.

The breakfast buffet is awful. I can put up with a lot, but they didn’t even have basics. Normally you get bacon, eggs, sausage and hash browns, but none of that was remotely appealing or wasn’t on the buffet. I had some sausage that was like rubber. No omelettes or made to order eggs.
