Wow so disappointed! I’m in Detroit for vacation and decided to give this place a try through Grubhub. I ordered a burrito dinner and just got the burrito. No rice and beans which was suppose to be included. I called 4 times with no answer! Bad presentation it looks like they did the burrito in a hurry. Doesn’t taste like real Mexican food. I asked for utensils just got cheap thin napkins no fork. Mind you I am staying at a hotel where I don’t have access to utensils. Reported it to Grubhub, definitely won’t order if I come again.

Service was friendly and relatively quick. But in a city where great Mexican restaurants can be found just a few miles away, this place really under-delivers on quality of food. It was fine at best.

Fantastic food. Tacos were a little bit bigger than I expected, but that's hardly a down side. Their horchata and jamaica were both delicious, and I absolutely loved their tacos al pastor. I was slightly confused when I asked for beans and got bean tacos, but they were delicious all the same. I'll definitely be coming back.

I didn't like it. I brought shrimp & steak tacos. The tortilla doesn't taste good. The meat wasn't flavorful or seasoned. I won't be back.

Not paying attention to my order. Charge more then want u wanted or expected. Burrito was garbage, completely horrible. Nothing was made as I requested.

Tortilla was dry, meat was good but not too seasoned. Got pastor and Asada and the asada was nice but got old fast, pastor was a bit too salty. Salsa was watery, Jamaica was too sweet, and the rice and beans were surviving off of a bit of seasoning. For the area it’s not bad, not something I would go out of my way to eat twice though

I mean, their burritos taste good and I love the people, but for the price, you'd expect some more on your plate. Compared to the prices actually on campus, however, this is a good option for a meal.

The food was very good. My issue was the teaspoon of beans and Tablespoon of rice that I got with my taco dinner. The restaurant is located in a market so dont expect chips and salsa while you wait.

Amazing hidden taco place in back of the liquor store. I had the mushroom tacos and friend had the steak ones. Mine were amazing & she loved hers as well. Rice & bean sides were also delicious. Highly recommend.

Don't listen to these reviewers they gaslighting liars. This place is a joke, customer service is a joke the price is a joke and the owner is a joke. You know when they run out of meat they replace it with nasty dirty left overs and it happen to me and I'm not the only one. They close at 9pm I called to place a order and they hung up unprofessional. I suggest you go straight to southwest Detroit for tacos 🌮

I ordered 2 chorizo burritos from here I got lettuce mushrooms and onions but no meat how the hell does that happen..... can't blame Uber on this one

idk how this place has 4 stars. ordered a taco dinner with lemonade. I got a water with lemon and a bean taco i think? I’m not sure how you give someone a bean taco i spit it out because I accepted chicken but got mush and onions. hope the cook can afford to go to culinary school after scamming people out of their order. never again

a "taco dinner", which includes 2 tacos with a side of rice and beans, costs $9.50. however, if you buy 2 tacos ($6) and add a side of rice and beans ($3) you get a total of $9. this basic math tells me that whoever operates this place and sets the menu prices lacks a certain level of awareness. its basic fast food in the back of a liquor store so don't get too excited.

Some decent tacos in the area. They have $2 tacos on Tue and Thur, perfect for take-outs when you do not feel like cooking. The portion size of rice and beans in dinner is too small for the price and it tasted like straight out of the can.

Worst taco dinner I’ve had yet. $25 for dry rice, dry tacos, hard burnt shells. Check out Mi Pueblo Express if you want the authentic taste. Hope this place gets better..

I liked it, but I would of loved it if the little boy in the back wasn't making so much noise & his older brother or Brothers.

1st timer. Definitely not the last time! I ordered 3 taco pastor on tortilla. It was so good I ordered 3 more. 😩😂 😋 I highly recommend this place! Chef was amazing & cashier.

Idk how it has a 4.5 review! I'm really disappointed 😞 torta was $7 and man I'm telling you, these torta is more skinny that my sister it don't even have meat, only bread. Never again

Waste of money! Low quality ingredients no flavor. After many chances I will no longer be wasting my money here. I'll drive to Springwells taco truck in Southwest.

Got myself a torta, tried to pick it up out of the container and it all fell apart. Bread is very soggy therefore couldn't even hold the ingredients. Had to eat everything separate due to the sandwich falling apart. The rice and beans didn't really have any kind of seasoning or taste. If you want something quick and simple sure.

So fast and amazing tacos. Wonderful service too!
