This is a modern, well design mall dedicated to the university students. It comprises of fast food restaurants and a big screen in the middle which usually broadcast sports channels. The food court of this facility consists of a number of fast food vendors of various types, surrounding a shared seating area. There is a grocery store at one end which offers its service for 24/7. It is difficult to find parking space around the facility and it is recommended to park the car in the newly constructed parking lot right in front of the mall (Parking is authorized only for KFUPM community).

This place is a spot for KFUPM community to refresh. It has a reasonable amount of food stations here, Fast food including burgers, sandwich, shawrma and other items as well, coffee shop, fresh juices, desi food, a departmental store, a book shop, barbar shop and a bank too. You can hire a cab too from this place. Donuts lover will also find donuts here. Dine in, take away and home delivery service also available here.

Good variety of restaurants here for students, also a barber. They have a big screen with many tables & seats to view football matches

They have a great bicycle store, unfortunately it does not open in side the mall. it looks like an inventory.

Best mall in the universe ( not because I live nearby )

Yes this is the student mall and it's a step up from Farm mall. Few more restaurants and generally bit livelier. Nice traditional coffee/tea shop hidden on second floor.

Great place to hang out with friends. You will find hustle and bustle of students most of the time. Variety of dine-in options. Limited parking during peak hours.

Shopping center for students with many of restaurants and I saw a big screen in mall lobby, students can enjoying in watch matchs.This mall is a good idea and I hope to see like this in others unversities.

KFUPM mall is great, but very lacking in a LOT of things. Cleanness is the most important one of them, i would rather go back to my dorm to wash my hands than use any of the restrooms in the mall, however it hosts a good selection of restaurants and coffee shops with a great study hall on the third floor,

Barber shop, several food corners, a big grocery mall, all available here. You can also enjoy football match on a big screen here. Kids play area will help you to keep your kids in their entertainment.
