This branch of Max stores is located in the Mall of Dhahran near gate #7. This branch contains trendy clothing for men, women and kids 👨👩👪 along with variety of shoes (Max own brand) and clothing accessories👚👛👞👗. 👎I was surprised not to see any changing rooms in this branch. As a customer I wouldn't want to comeback because of misfit size of clothing🤷‍♂️ 👎Here there are four checkout counters and one counter is reserved for clothing exchange. Unfortunately, the staff here is too slow to process the payment as a result of which long queues can be seen at the counters. 👍The exchange process is fast and efficient but make sure you carry the invoice which has to be handed over to the staff.

Cash counter staff attitude was very rude Also making fun of customers for their queries Staff should be trained with good manners. More over the discount they displayed is not applied in cash counter saying that not applicable in system Totally cash count staff need to be trained well

Max products are good in quality. I love their Jeans, Polo and shirts, the fitting are perfect for me. Today’s visit i catch their offers, they have sale on selected items,promotions on full price such as buy one get one and good for 2 offer in Jeans, shirts and Polo shirts. The items are well display and organize, easy to browse and choose. All sections are easy to identify as you can see all the signage in the store Mens, Ladies, Kids, Home. The store is clean and cool, no too much crowd and the store following the protocol of Covid-19. The Staff are friendly and attentive.

7 counters and only 1 work for cashier; and other for exchange.

The place is clean and organized in the morning. However, and regardless of what time I come to this shop, I always spend 30 minutes in line. They are the MOST inefficient store at checking out customers in the Eastern Province, and have remained so for the 8 years I have been coming here.

They often have discounts but beware. Their clothes don't wash well and look faded and old in just a couple of months. Prices can be hard to figure out during sales and some discounts don't ring up. They recently started to trial self-checkout so that might help with the long check out lines.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY STAFF AT BRANCH IN MALL OF DHAHRAN.. TAKING MORE THAN 20 MINUTES PER CUSTOMER WITH 6 FUNCTIONAL COUNTERS.. AND ONLY 1 TO 3 CUSTOMERS PER COUNTER.. STAFF AS SLOW AS A SLOTH.. NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.. DO CHECKOUT THE TIME BETWEEN 6:30 TO 7:30 on 25th December to get an idea.. and this was 7th time in a month.. after which i decided to write a review and file a complaint..

Least crowded branch of max in khobar. The ladies at the counter must be regulated to work efficiently.

looking at an offer posted at thier cash counters I used my Riyad bank credit card and paid more than 250sr for the purchase (as required by the ad shown in picture). however i didnt see the offer applied in my bill. So my wife went back to the counter and asked the same employee. the employee replied 'did i bill this, if not go'. i went asked the same he replied 'did you tell me you are using Riyad bank card'. His answered didnt make any logic. how would I know I had to tell the cashier that I am using the required card before payment. During several shoppings i did before at other places a card related discount is automatically applied. so i told him there was nothing written on their advertisement. to all this he had 'i dont care' attitude ! this guy is not suited to deal with customers. dont know how this store hired him. their ladies cash counter was closed.

Only two cash counters were operational out of 4 on a busy weekend as there was a sale, even to purchase few cloths or to exchange one item, have to stay in long queues. No concern for customers. Poor customer services. No manager to report. Only answer I got for not having enough counters open is no man power. Then why having a sale in the first place? Never ending greed? People should avoid going to such places.

Hi, I have been to your outlet located at Saudi al Khobar Amwaj Mall dated 30-Nov-2019 evening 5 PM.. The person who claimed to be the store manager was at the cash counter. he looked like an expatriate. He threatened to punch me just because i asked for change.The change received was 100.75 riyal short and when we requested for the same the store manager got angry and threatened to punch me and asked me to get out. i was with my family and they are very traumatized by this episode. This kind of behavior towards customer is totally unacceptable. Kindly take the necessary action. I have raised official complaint at your call center as well. But no one has responded as of yet.

No service employees, one cashier, crowded, no fitting room, shop looks miserable
