The staff here is extremely rude and not well trained to handle customers. They will close 20 mins before the prayers and open 20 mins after. Ahhhhh I wish Bahrain opens up so that I don't have to bear this humiliation of shopping from here. But then again, they have the same agent over there as well. Monopoly is the biggest reason for poor customer service.

Very impolite staff, I have never seen that! politeness and good behaviour should be first qualities we expect from a seller. I don't know how they choose their people...

Nice branch inside Dhahran mall having dedicated section for men collection in addition to fitting room. It really gets crowded sometimes especially during sales. Overall, good quality at okay-ish prices.

I spent four thousand today.. But the way the cashier is treating me is very rude at the beginning she asked me to go to men or kids sanction then a guy told me to go back to her saction and when her friend came to help her she wasn't nice to him then the other also she wasn't nice to her she kept shoving my things inside the shopping bag not nice at all and said that because she did not sleep all day

Bad experience, refusing to let us inside the store for no good reason. The manager of the store leave us in the middle of our conversation. Treating costumers badly

The place is nice but the staff are very unhelpful and disrespectful to the extent that I left all the items I choose and didn't buy anything(the branch of al nakheel mall in Dammam) not recommended to be visited at all

Zara is my favorite clothing brand here in the Middle East. They have great fashionble designs. Their products are made of high quality materials. You can choose from a lot of products. Owning Zara clothes feels great. 😜😝😍
