It’s well known market opposite of Dhanmondi model thana. You can buy clothes, jewellery, cosmetics, mobile, electronics goods etc.

Building is old, elevator was not very good. But there are some good shops and businesses in this building. No car parking available.

Beautiful market, in Shukrabad area of Dhaka, Bangladesh, being one of my desired places in Dhaka, I visited the market, Orchid Plaza & purchased Canadian dollars, however costly, but reliable, before I started my visit to Canada.

Orchid Plaza is a small market. It is located on the busy Mirpur Road near Raps Plaza and is easily accessible from anywhere in Dhanmondi area. I visit the market principally for certain items like Giffeny t-shirts. Other garments items are also available. Price appears reasonable.

We went there to buy kid's dress. Nondon and Diganata are two reputed shops with good stock of dress for both boys and girls.

Dhaka, a busy city, is overwhelmed by traffic.

Once upon a time this place was demanding for shopping on festivals. Currently, due to competition, this place lagging behind. Still there are some good number of shops selling baby products such a fools, party decorations etc along with clothing items.

Some important office you can find it here. Like US Bangla airlines. So at now you can find it very well because it is in front of daffodil university.

Has children's toy and bag stores, makeup stores, and on the second floor there is a sports gear/clothes store and a decent mobile phone and electronics store to buy small stuff like phone batteries, screen covers, chargers etc

It is really great shopping place for everyone. Also it is a great hangout spot with family and friends for it's very good environment and cleanness!!

Just like other big shopping centres in the country. Most brands are available and ready. Pricing is as usual. No hike or anything.
