Me and my family stayed here for 2 days, we found 3 cockroaches, one in our room, bathroom, and hallway. The bathroom had a broken toilet and no place to put your towel, soap was not included we had to ask for soap. There was no hot water available in the bathroom. The towels they gave were torn, and blankets seemed unwashed as they smelt bad. However their customer service was good. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Also, I did take pictures of each cockroach and the broken toilet however I'm unable to upload them to Google reviews.

One of the best experience I've ever had in a hotel. We were provided with great service. The room we got for the price was totally worth it. The staff and the receptionist were so nice that your heart feels like melting while interacting with them. They were very polite and helpful. We got multiple rooms so they even gave us a little discount. I honestly don't think you can get such great service from any other hotels. I recommend this hotel to anyone who are looking for nice rooms within budget.

We are two french travelers and we spent almost 2 weeks in this hotel. It's clearly the best value for money and a nice place for backpackers. The room is good, the location is great, we had hot shower, the wifi works perfectly, and the staff is super kind and helpful. We recommand this hotel.

Some Japanese guest complained in weblogs they didn't keep baggage after check-out, but they have improved that and moreover give us baggage tag. Room was not bad, though bathroom hadn't been cleaned up. A certain staff demanded tip, even though he only put towel,soap,and toilet paper ...which is prepared in advance.

I am totally surprised that such a good hotel is available in the center of Dhaka for such a low price. Their services and behaves are very good. But the wash room is a bit small but can be adjustable. The most unbelievable thing is that their check out time was 1.00pm but I checked out at 4.00pm, as per rules I was supposed to pay half but to my surprise they didn't take any money from me but sent me away with a smile. Hotel Pacific is the best for those who want to stay in a 2-star hotel at a low cost.
