This hospital's COVID testing is terrible. They use a tiny, cramped space that feels like an afterthought, not a proper testing area. I don't understand how they got approval for this setup. I strongly advise against coming here for testing or any other service. I kindly request the government authorities to investigate this matter.

Worst hospital ever. My mum was there for 2 & half days ( 2 days ward and 12 hours in ICU) they gave us a bill of 112000 bdt. Completely unprofessional behaviour from all the staffs including incompetent doctors around who are aware of what to do other than pressurising the patient to be admitted to ICU and life support. Situated in Mirpur 10. Reliable lab test & cost is almost expensive. Should be resonable. Doctors was very friendly. Staff also very friendly but the cost of medicine is very high in ground floor pharmacy Department. Management should take necessary steps & altime monitoring. This was also in a crowded area. This hospital is near to my home. My mother was admitted for 10 days with various problem. Staff behavior's was good, but hospital is totally unprofessional. All medicine you should purchase from their own pharmacy with high price. Most of the Nurses are newly appointed, they have over charged for all services. in this amount of bill we can get treatment from any renowned big hospital. Sorry, I can not recommend any one!

Dr Md Ashrafuzzaman Khan Sir is very excellent and very friendly neuro doctor from Neuroscience hospital. He gave me excellent treatment also he gave discount on test. The hospital authorites pressured him to not give any discount but still he gave me discount. I was in a crisis and suffuring financial problems but he the one who provide services with humanity. I think the world is still a better place, as long as Dr Md Ashrafuzzaman Khan- Neuromedicine Specialist lives.

Very poor service. I went for IVU test but their staff did not cooperate me. A guy in xray room very rude behaviour. He was not professional at all. I went on Saturday at around 7.30 pm. But totally I become upset to see their Services in xray room . Nobody found & later on a guy came little bit bared who did cooperate me. I asked him regarding IVU test which was totally new for me. But he just told me to cut money receipt first roughly & nothing told me anything at all. Later on I called IBN Cina mirpur 2 brunch & they cooperated me very nicely. Over the one of their Employee named kawser briefed me in details & one day later I did my IVU test from IBN Cina. Though it was far from my home & alok is very near to my home but due staff misbehaveier I changed my decision.

During 24 hrs of staying in the hospital with dengue fever no specialist doctors were available. Even the doctors under whose treatment the patient was admitted was not seen for a single occasion.

Very friend and well behaved staff which I was not expecting at all. Hands off to the owners and also the management that they have really doing hard job to keep the place clean and training the staff to keep their cool. FYI-Visited Ultrasonogram dept.

They didn't provide accurate information about test, I contacted through over phone, I was not satisfied and I visited to collect information about usg of w/a test information. They told me that you come at morning, also provide a restriction about food. Because blank Belly is needed. I didn't take anything after dinner even water. Before test I got a warning that I need pee pressure. So why they don't tell me in previous day when I was come.

It has most of the diagnosis available. It's a hospital with diagnosis services. Many of the specialist doctor have chambers here who regularly sees patients. On a negative note this place was full of crowd. Considering it's size and covid situation going here with this level of crowd would be a risk itself.

My nephew was admitted for few hours for circumcision operation. Operation theater nurses and ward boys behaviors were good, but hospital is totally disorganized and full of unprofessional officials. No one really knows where to go exactly. The front desk employees are ambiguous about almost everything. Also, they have a poster outside mentioning 6k taka for circumcision operation package. When we went to pay the bill, extra 1.3k was added and kept saying the 6k is only for operation theater and 1.3k for medicine. Then we went to confront the customer care executive about extra charge as they were advertising the package as 6k and we suggested that they should have mentioned everything on the advertisement for the misleading information. But he behaved like a trash and he kept mentioning it's our fault, also shouted and kept saying why did not we clear everything before. Also, they kept telling to us to get lost from the hospital and started cursing us in front of everyone. Another thing to mention, the doctor who did the circumcision, did really good but he is not compassion enough to handle any kid. May be he need to learn how to be a compassionate man. Lastly, The amount of bill they take for treatment is almost equivalent to any renowned big hospital. Sorry, I can not recommend this hospital to anyone! And beware of them!
