I was told to visit at 7 but had to wait for almost 2 hours- just to go for tests. Very rude workers(some workers didn't even answer questions), men could easily enter into women's washroom- without letting anybody notice. No tissues in washroom, poor quality, there was an Air-conditioner but water was leaking, Whoever is trying choose whether to go in Farazi Hospital or not, please DON'T GO THERE. THAT'S MY ADVICE.

Less satisfactory hospotal & diagnosis center and services situated at Banasree. There are enough good doctors, time management is not up to the mark, even few worst doctors are yet practicing. During providing serial, most of the time the first serial starts from 5, 6 or 7. They reserved few first serials to get benefit from the patients. This is done by the low-level attended. One of the doctors identified my son with ischaemia, which was incorrect. Though the center has good facilities and few modern equipments however technicians are not much professionals. Earlier my son admitted for thumb finger crack, the x-ray report shows index finger. Recently, I had face injury with crack on nose but they unable to detect which made me to rush to other renowned diagnostic center. Very non-professional ecg, ultrasonography etc. Though I visit for the doctors on urgency but I do the pathological test from elsewhere which is international standard. Nonreponsive staff but neat & clean.

I was admitted there for 3 days. Except very few staffs, almost everyone are very rude and unprofessional, unresponsive. I didn't get any help when i call them though cabin's telephone. When I asked for evena blanket or a pillow they said there do not have any. You could add charge on me instead of deny to give what i need. Authority should take care of it. Btw doctor and maximum nurses were good. My cabin no was 401.

Worst hospital in banasree. The dr in emergency gave dengue ns1 antigen test being knowing that the patient is suffering from fever for 8 days. The people works in blood collection room no 313 is very unprofessional and not skilled, can not put niddle properly for the specimen. My patient got a bluish skin with mussle pain for next several days around the niddling area where they collected blood. Later i came to know that they were so harsh and unskilled that they niddled through the vain into the mussle and blood get into the mussle thus cause the pain. They even can not handle a little crowd and they dont even care to put on any gloves or sanitizer while taking blood. They dump the used syring and niddle without taking any safety measurements like electrifying/burning the niddle. Will never dare to take any medical service there again.
