Lakecity Concord is one of the best and true residential area in Dhaka City. Have all types of facility in a single boundary. Need to be improve some quality of receptionist also security guards. Over all Lakecity is the best.

It is a modern residential area with ample opportunities of education and town facilities in Khilkhet, Dhaka. The outside environment seems to be soothing. The buildings are also quite high here. The BNS Bangabandhu is just beside the area.

Too many buildings seem like an urban slam. Though the environment is good. Roads are clean. One can from the Khilkhet bus stand to lake city by rickshaw. There are many tall buildings, a shopping mall, a mosque, a playground, and other structures. The security seems good. There are parkings below the buildings and drainage system is very good.

In the locality it is something helpful to people. Khilkhet is one of the high density area of the city but a little bit backward. So Lakecity concord shopping center is good option for local people. Not all shop are open. Fews are open. Item may found daily needs. Have nice restaurant maintaining by Comcord Group.

A beautiful community of people at a place where nature has opened it's beauty beyond the city line. An apartment complex with all facilities for the mid range community.

This place is considered as an Asian area in the northeastern part of Bangladesh. People of different countries can live in this place and people of their own country can live there, And Shopping and transportation are very convenient here.

I have been living in this place since almost seven years I love this place in not this place will be finding many natural beauty. This place is like a colony via many people lives together each building have almost 150 flats and all of the buildings are 15 stored. On an average each floor have 14 flats.the flat rents is cheap according to the facility here will be finding lift security guard generator and also along with a park for kids.

A good looking shopping complex in front of the gate of Lake city concord located at Khilkhet. From Khilkhet bazar you can go there by rickshaw crossing 1-1.5 kilometres. The market is well known around the neighbourhood. Not very crowded. People from lake city concord often visit there. The front side of the building looks very nice. You will find a branch of Tamanna Pharmacy beside the shopping complex.

It is a beautiful & well designed housing development project.

One of the best places to live with family, in dhaka city. Very organized, spacious, clean and tidy place.

Good, but not well optimized. There is no specific big play ground. There is a park but I think it's death park. Whole city area not so big. Only one gate for Entrance and exit.

Residential area. Healthy living area. Here one can get reliable house,job and communication as well as transport.

best place now a days for living

A well organized several multi storied building adjacent to 300 feet road including of mosque,shopping mall,bank etc.

This place is quite neat and clean. It's a society colony where posh people live. Sound environment for all ages of people. Playground, gym and park available for refreshment. Security system is also higher. You'll find this place peaceful.

I would like some dedicated floor to electronics. In fact, they should dedicate floors to different types of shops. For example, food on the first floor, Taylor's on the second floor, parlor on the third floor etc. Currently it's haphazard.

It's very hot inside😑

I will give 5 out of 10. They don't take care of old buildings. Inside, it seems like a digital slum to me.

This is a decent society to live in. Kids have enough space to play and there is even a park to take a stroll. A good place to settle in.

place is nice but the problem is flat for living.. those are ghe very tiny flat and too much dirty.. no reccommend to live if you have scope to live others places..

Very nice place

One of the oldest aparment complex of Dhaka city. It situated last part of Khilkhet. It has several high rise buildings, one park for children's, Masjid,School and few shops and mutli lavel car parking building. It has also a market infront of this complex. It has open place and wide mainroad. Environment is good.

This is a housing society, environment is good, but security isn’t very good. Need to improve security more.

its a residential area will lots of high rise buildings .huge open space , a school , two storied mosque , canteen, medium type market are there .you can enjoy morning & evening walk there .place is moderate level of security .you have to go a 3 km distance from khilkhet railway junction.

The Lake city shopping complex is situated on Khilkhet Namapara in Dhaka which is renowned market in this territory. It's around one kilometer or two from the khilkhet bus station. From Khilkhet bazaar, take a rickshaw/auto rickshaw for go to the location. This market sells a wide range of daily essentials. In addition, there are clothes-costumes, restaurants, Grocery store, mobile phones, computer accessories, and so on. The indoor atmosphere is very nice, round-the-clock security services, CCTV cameras, security guard in entrance gate, Clean and tidy.

A nice place to Live with adequate security where a naval base situated also. Have shopping mall and super shops. The negative thing is its road. Not enough spacious.

The area is well organized and having much of free spaces. There is a school and mosque inside the complex. There are two shops inside the compound and a shopping cimplex cum community hall at the gate. There are free spaces for playing, cycling and other physical activities.

The shopping mall looks good but shops are under construction and whichever open they has minimal collection of products.

The complex has almost everything you need but lacks marketing. It has various types of shops which people don't know.

Boring place - empty market you can say - you will get nothing here

One of the oldest condominium in Dhaka. It was basically targeted for low earning families accommodation and build by Concord group. Now a days it is favourite to all. There are lot of open spaces for sufficient air glow and sun light as well as suitable for morning and evening walk. There are 11 nos building of 16 storied. There are two super shop, one kids park, one mosque, one school. Concord group is now constructing new buildings.

High security. Great entrance. Great place to live in with family. Roads are wide. Buildings are well planned. Everything available for modern lifestyle. Living cost is also reasonable.

Good for accommodation. There is no Lake except polluted canal adjacent to it. Infact, huge number of House fly, Mosquito are available everywhere (in house, open yeard, Mosque & School). Anti Mosquito gas spray not available here because of poor management. Some moto bike, bike and goods were lost within this premises because of poor management.

An ideal model city which shipping mall, school, mosque, park. There is enough open space. Every flat get enough sunlight. But flat floor is littlebit dirty.
