Because only three floor is shopping zone, and one floor is for a university and others two floor is for two Convention center. Moreover dr refatullah eye care centet also in one floor. But for the location this shopping mall is well known place.

A shopping complex located n the Science Laboratory area. The place is not that popular with shoppers. The complex hosts the Mariot Convention centre, along with some agencies as well. It has a large underground parking space which is comparatively less crowded than other parking spaces in Dhaka city.

Place are besides of Mirpur Road. You can easily go there from anywhere by Bus. Near Dhaka city College.

This is an interesting shopping mall in Dhaka. Located at Rd 3 on Mirpur Rd, it houses Dr Refatullah's eye clinic and also some other businesses and Eastern University. Dr Refatullah's eye clinic provides affordable eye treatment at a very competitive price. Those in lower income brackets have benefitted over the years. Eastern University is located here, too. Other than this, businesses include Grars for Ears, a good audio shop for trusted brands; camera shops; Teletalk centre; Fuji color photo centre; Pizza House outlet and other shops. The establishment has a good car parking. The good side: the building has three types of business houses as described above. The only drawback would be that it is not famous for high-end products. Nevertheless, it is a reliable shopping mall. One would probably visit again after a first experience. Overall five stars.

Not a "happening " type shopping mall. When you enter, the feeling actually goes reverse of excitement. It more feels like an abandonly running mall. However there are guitar shops, Book shops which can be helpful to some

Reasonably good. There is a "Pizza Hut" here and you can get a parking space (both in front and in underground) which is very rare in the area.

Found one teketalk I Coustomer care in dhanmondi. Fakruddin,clothe @Pizza Hut etc. Helpful and for people for shopping. Also for college student's. But be careful when u buy 👓. They want unexpected 💰.

There are many stores of ear problems. And there is a book shop. Not like any other market but still have some decent amount of stores. And it has parkings not for cycle. There is a vending machine in front of it by snackeeper.

Wow I'm talking about the travel & tourism company located at the 2nd floor of this Happy Arcade shopping mall. You know what I mean? Dude? An excellent kiosk in the purpose of visa application / Embassy related services & ofcourse the air tickets from plenty different airlines. Too smart. Simply top class. I give 5 star. Cheers!

I am not particularly amazed by this mall in the Dhanmondi vicinity. There is nothing much available in the mall. It is however useful for organizing get together etc.in the Marriott Hall located in the building. Fakharuddin biriyani is also available.

It is an old market. Varieties of shops are here. Not an average market. People comes here for specific cause. There are convetion halls here for rental.

A decent shopping mall located just at the end of Green Road. The shops here are mostly tailors, music shops and a few very well known hearing aid shops. The structure in general is a bit confined.
