Full review left on trip advisor as google does not allow enough words to describe all the things wrong with this place. Reception don't listen to concerns or offer any help, absolutely useless. Full of screaming children. Staff no attention to detail. Uncomfortable, dirty, smelly, small room. Hugely expensive for anything, such as massages or shop. The guest relations manager was great, but took 3 days for him to get involved because reception kept dismissing our concerns. Room was so hot for most of the week. They had the heating on, so we could not sleep. 1 positive to highlight is the Mexican staff on the 4th May. They were all absolutely fantastic, could not fault them. That is how service should be done.

Great place for a mid October break. Temp in the high 20s so a great change from Scotland. We had a swim up room that was in a quieter area and meant we didn't have to go to the busier main pool and it's bars unless we wanted to. Hotel was spotless and everybody was helpful. Will definitely think about booking again.

This place is amazing! Cannot fault it. Room were really big, clean and had everything you need. All inclusive buffet had absolutely everything. Also had a lot for fussy eaters as well as a lot of healthy options. The pools are huge and very clean, plenty of sunbeds too. Beach area is amazing and there are bars and food places all over the resort. The resort has shops, barbers, tattoo parlour and more. Staff are very helpful and the entertainment team are also great. Highly recommend this place, can't wait to go back

I came here with my wife from the 01/09/23 to 08/09/23. We had a lakehouse room booked. This holiday was to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and it was an amazing holiday! A special mention to Mete ensured we had the best holiday and arranged for breakfast in our room and had arranged room decoration twice for us. We enjoyed our stay!

Our second visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint if possible was even better than the first due to a few additions. Very friendly staff and room and complex itself were spotless. Food availability was amazing and so much choice. A la carte were very nice although you can only choose 1 free per week. Pool is amazing and lots of space and sunbeds. Only downside was long trip from airport to hotel and we had a late return flight but even this late in September we were unable to get a late check out.

Aquasis Hotel is a luxurious place with excellent pools. The rooms and pool were decent. However, it can get quite crowded, and they seemed to be understaffed, which affected hygiene. Unfortunately, during our stay, the pools and aqua park had to be closed twice due to hygiene issues caused by some guests using the pool as a toilet. Moreover, there weren't enough sunbeds around the pools, making it challenging to find space for a family of four. We managed to find a solution by staying at the pool bar tables. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't recommend staying there during busy periods.

Worst than 2 years ago. Less food, less cakes , less fish, less quality drink. The hotel is ok and was better in the past but they cut from quality maybe because the prices are higher everywhere. I was pleased by the beach because is quiet and nice but don't give me Nesquick in stead of Ice Coffee...common!

We have just returned from a week’s stay and cannot praise the hotel enough.We stayed in the Seaview rooms (not in the hotel) and the view was amazing. The staff were friendly, all of the hotel grounds, which is a very large area, were beautifully landscaped and the food was lovely with an amazing amount of choice. A special shout out for the Mexican restaurant that we ate in one night - the food was fantastic and the staff were brilliant - I would highly recommend that you try this if you do go. The evening entertainment, which was mainly dance based, was not for us but did seem popular and we heard from others that it was good.

Everything is just perfect, the hotel is very big and crowded with activities. There is literally no time to bore yourself. The animation team works really hard, the a la carter's are great and a must try. The main restaurant itself is enough already. Special thanks to First Divitci from guest relations for his excellent helps to us during our trip.

Wir sind als Familie hier, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 14 und 11 Jahre . Zimmer : Groß und sauber kostenloser Kaffee . Die Zimmer würden super gereinigt wenn man es gewollt hat . Es gibt eine Anlage wo du es entscheiden kannst und sogar mit Klingel . Service : Immer freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend, ein extra Dank an Sami ( Kellner ) Aber auch die Köche haben immer freundlich geantwortet und haben immer sofort geholfen wenn wenn sie könnten . Jeder der hier angestellt ist hat sein bestes versucht und war immer freundlich. Zu den Hotel : Super schön Anlage , sauber , sehr modern . Das Essen war einfach nur lecker für jeden was dabei . Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in der Türkei aber dieses Hotel fällt uns von allem am besten . Die Cocktails und Softdrinks auch sehr gut . Zu dem Spa Ich habe 5 Massagen gebucht je 90 min . Das war ein Traum . Sauber und freundlich. Leider habe ich den Namen von meiner Masseurin vergessen . Aber ihr auch ein großes Dank . Wenn ihr euch also entspannen möchtet geht ins Spa . Wir freuen uns wenn wir wieder herkommen. Morgen geht es leider nach Hause . Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

I left the below review on TripAdvisor which I felt was fair and sincere. I have copied my review in full and then copied in the response from Aquasis. Please AVOID if you are vegan or vegetarian. My review: We visited as a large group of families in April 2023 and the hotel itself, the service and especially the staff are amazing. The facilities are world class, it's like a village in itself. The grounds stretch for yards and yards and there is so much to do here. The entertainment team are all amazing - they put on great shows and keep the whole family laughing and smiling! The staff at this hotel are unbelievably great at what they do, really polite and thoughtful. The hotel itself is just a dream, so large and luxorious. As a vegan, the one let down is the food - it is SO limited for vegans. There are literally side dishes that you can have so basically chips and some salads and literally no vegan desserts. The staff did help and try and get cheese with no pizza, etc which isn't all that tasty and you can't really eat it seven times in a row. They did try and help but I don't think Aquasis understands that vegans don't eat milk, meat, fish, egg, dairy and gelatine. If the food was better and had more variety and main meals for vegans such as plant based milk, tofu, meat alternatives (soya), vegan desserts and things like this - it would have been MUCH better. For example, a lot of the Turkish bread had egg and milk in! Aside from the lack of vegan food, the hotel is amazing and if they improved the vegan offering - we would come again! I received the below response from Aquasis which I found to be condescending, rude and not very professional in my opinion and for the fact that they don't want to cater for vegans/vegetarians well - anybody of this disposition should stay away: Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your feedback and taking time We would like you thank also for choosing our hotel as holiday destination. We are currently staying in room 1176 & our friend is staying in room 1179. Our rooms are beautiful big and spotless. It's our 3rd time at this hotel we are here for 10 nights, and most definitely wont be the last. the staff are amazing can not do enough for you, the food is second to none, even if your a fussy eater there is something for you, food for every culture. Its does anger me tho the way some people treat the staff expecially in the restaurant, clicking there fingers at them like there some kind of dog, the way there spoken to is disgusting, they are there to do a job like the rest of us at home, how would you like it to go to work everyday and be spoken to like that, have some respect. They take it with so much grace they shouldn't have to. This hotel is just amazing I would highly recommend, give a chance you really won't be disappointed.

The staff is friendly they have great customer satisfaction, and the hotel is clean. However, the pools are too cold for anyone to swim most people are out tanning and just a few families from many are able to swim by handling the freezing water. We started to get sick after the first day. The problem is that when we called before booking we asked about the pool as a few reviews mentioned that problem and they informed us that it wasn’t the case( it is. the reviews were right). I spoke to the guest relations they are very kind they said they’ll figure it out but i think it’s unlikely since I got informed today that they don’t have a heating system( even indoor pool is not warm it’s just not that cold yet not a nice water temperature to be in ). We are very frustrated as it is a 5 star hotel it should have more potential and our holiday atmosphere was disturbed by this issue and the food quality. I will update this review if anything changes by the time my family and I have checked out.

Lovely pools and beach the staff are excellent throughout the resort. We stayed in a sunset room and the beds are rock hard and air con fairly loud. Unfortunatly the drinks at all the bars were poor, cocktails were premade and served in small glasses.. If its your first time in turkey you will enjoy but if you have been to other places in turkey and loved it i dont think you would be best pleased here, town center is close by 6pound in a taxi also.

Thank you for a wonderful family holiday. We really didn’t want to come home. The check in was quick, the rooms are big, clean and we had a huge balcony. The pool areas are always being cleaned by staff and there’s a lot of space. Children enjoyed the slides. The beach is stoney so would recommend beach shoes but swimming in the sea was great. The hotel is very large and serves a lot guests and we never felt it to be crowded or too busy apart from the main restaurant in the evening. The food was good and there is a very good selection but it can feel so busy at times. It didn’t at all ruin our holiday because we just got used to it but maybe two different time sittings may help with the amount of guests there at once. But don’t let this put you off this hotel it fantastic and we had the best time. So much to do all the day. Great shows. Brilliant animation team. Brilliant pool party! We hope to return! We have just come back from 10nights here and had a fabulous time. The food was amazing , the men and women working in the restaurants were all so helpful and polite. The entertainment team around the pool were brilliant. A special mention about the pool/foam party …. Absolutely brilliant !!! Plenty to do and different places to eat and drink. A great time had by all of us. Not sure why the hotel play bird noises though , especially round the lake houses as that got quite annoying. We never ventured out the hotel so couldn’t comment on that side but the hotel is far away from anything so you would need a taxi. This didn’t bother us as we knew this before booking.

We only arrived a couple of days ago and have had the best service so far by all staff, everyone has been so helpful. Especially i cant thank enough Dogan Deler from the guest relations he went above and beyond to help us !The hotel is absolutely beautiful, food is amazing and drinks are great. We will definitely be back.

Hotel was amazing and the entertainment team were beyond amazing. Always interacting and having a laugh. The food was amazing aswell always something different to try every single day. Will definitely be back next year

Absolutely loved this hotel, rooms good size and very clean, pool huge and stunning, never once felt busy, food was amazing, it does get chaotic at times getting food but there’s loads of seating and it’s cleared regularly, the guest relations firat was fab, he booked a cabana on the beach and our a la carte reservation, The staff in general goes above and beyond. The hotel is vast and has loads to do round pool during day for adults & kids, snack bars (3) are excellent having wide range of foods 12/5 jacket spuds, chicken, fries, burgers, wraps, pizza, waffles, fruit, ice cream etc etc, .would we go again?. Definitely loved every second

We really enjoyed our week-long stay in this hotel enjoying it's pools, spa, the buffet and overall a very well maintained place. There are so many things for kids to do. For adults plenty to explore and spend your time to rest, relax and rejuvenate. In house spa with Turkish baths is a real highlight. The people who work at the Spa, the Saloon and housekeeping deserve a special mention for their hospitality. It is definitely a place worth visiting again and again.

We are really enjoying our stay at the aquasis! We are 3 days into our holiday and the facilities are fantastic! There is everything you could want for a family and more! The rooms are nice and the service has been very good! I would like to make a special mention to a member of staff Hilal, who was very approachable and was very keen to ensure we had everything we needed!

The stay was amazing, the staff are pleasant and welcoming there was good entertainment and the entertainment team was good at doing different activities during the day like water polo, darts and exercise in the pools. Good for families because there are children play areas and children pools. Loved going on the water slides and joking around with the life guards. I will definitely come again from how welcoming and nice it was and for the yummy food. Also enjoyed having a shop within the hotel so can get some snacks and enjoyed having sunset photos taken with my partner by the amazing photographers.

The atmosphere here is phenomenally serene! Regardless of the fact that I am not a fan of tanning or swimming, I did not get bored at this particular resort. The food was absolutely exquisite and the lounge was the quiet place that I took refuge in whenever I felt the need to escape from the bustling crowds. I enjoyed the piano sessions from 9 to 11 pm and I wish I could spend more time in here! The staff was very welcoming and hard working and I am grateful for the wonderful experience!! Thank you to Serra from the guests relations for her kindness!!. Another employee who approached me was Hilal. Her beautiful smile caused me to loosen up since I am pretty timid and the interaction with her was terrific!!!

Great resort to take the family to. All the facilities were great and we were comfortable throughout our stay. Staff are very kind and very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. Shout out to Celalettin who always looked after us at the restaurant! Thank you all.

Our experience at the Aquasis De Luxe Resort & Spa was 5 star from the start of the holiday to the end. Food was incredible .Everyone made it the best experience ever .I went with my daughter 20 and mother 75 , something for everyone...The animation team were fantastic. Special shout out to Momo ..He is the funniest guy you will meet and his English is brilliant..He puts 100 % in to make sure you have the best time ever .Best holiday my family have had in Turkey..

Had the time of my life. The place is absolutely incredible. Could have had as good a time not leaving the resort at all. Staff were so kind and friendly and made the experience that little bit better. Usually at the end of a holiday I'm ready to go home, but I'm not ready to leave this place.

The accommodation and dining conditions are excellent, the team and the entertainment program was great, the people were extremely hospitable. A big minus for the fact that the sauna and the steam bath did not work during the whole stay, unacceptable for a 5 star hotel (it was one of the main reasons why I chose this location). I give you 5 stars out of respect for your work. Good luck!

Lovely hotel, amazing views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we been here for a week and I absolutely loved it, the food in the restaurant it have a lot of variety and so delicious. Great entertainment staff especially Brando who made our holiday much enjoyable and a lot of fun, 😊 all staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful views highly recommend it.
