In
2020
it
was
a
good
hotel.
Good
food
friendly
staff
etc.
Prices
were
good.
But
in
June
2021
it
was
the
worst
hotel.
We
agreed
3
months
before
arrival
which
room
we
want
etc.
They
confirmed
that
we
can
have
this
room.
Once
we
arrived
the
whole
hotel
was
covered
in
dust,
it
was
dirty.
Staff
had
changed.
The
room
they
confirmed
to
us
2
times
was
given
to
someone
else.
They
offered
us
a
few
different
rooms
which
were
all
not
suitable.
For
a
married
couple
they
offered
2
single
beds,
some
rooms
were
dirty
and
with
toilet
not
working.
In
the
end
they
offered
us
a
terrace
with
an
amazing
view.
The
room
itself
was
tiny
and
dirty.
Terrace
was
horrible!
They
said
we
have
to
wait
for
2h
in
another
room
for
them
to
get
it
set
up.
We
agreed.
So
we
waited
for
about
30
minutes
and
they
called
that
the
room
is
ready.
The
room
wasn't
ready.
Just
they
arranged
the
bedding
that's
it.
Floors
were
dirty.
Full
of
dust
and
previous
customers
hair
etc.
And
that
from
last
year
not
now.
The
paint
was
coming
off
from
the
walls.
Sink
and
toilet
were
yellow.
The
water
was
yellow!!!
There
was
no
proper
water
flow.
Terrace
was
dirty.
No
one
even
touched
the
terrace.
It
was
disgusting.
We
complained
and
to
our
surprise
we
were
not
given
and
neither
didn't
they
give
us
a
discount.
They
didn't
even
apologise.
During
the
room
set
up
I
realised
that
I
left
my
wash
bag
in
the
temporary
room.
When
I
went
back
there
I
found
to
my
surprise
that
my
shower
gel
was
stolen.
The
rest
was
there.
Even
for
that
no
one
apologised.
The
only
good
things
about
the
hotel
are
the
location,
view
and
food.
We
obviously
moved
to
another
hotel
and
even
before
leaving
they
wanted
extra
money
for
an
early
check
out.
Of
course
we
did
not
pay!!
After
we
made
a
lot
of
noise
and
complaints
they
started
to
clean
the
hotel.
But
I'd
be
weary
of
the
people
working
there.
If
the
cleaner
is
willing
to
steal
your
shower
gel
then
what
else
can
they
steal.
Also,
be
careful
not
to
get
bedbugs
from
there.
