The hotel is lovely but the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The rooms aren't sound proof so you can hear everything. I found it very difficult to sleep. The food is absolutely shocking and they had regular complaints. The staff are all really friendly but the children's entertainment doesn't start until 9.30pm and the adults around 10.20pm which I didn't like as there wasn't much to do. They have activities in the day but it seems hit and miss as to when they do them. The English is also awful and it can be quite frustrating asking for certain drinks or asking a simple question as they don't understand. A translation app was used many times when I stayed. The men also didn't understand boundaries and found it acceptable to constantly ask me out for a drink which made my stay very uncomfortable. This was constant during the last few nights of my stay and I found it extremely unprofessional.

My family and I stayed in 2 superior rooms facing the sea 2 weeks ago, our stay was great, food good cooked daily, lots of bbq and a wide choice of fruits as well. Staff were so friendly and helpful, helped with getting food and drinks at night. Our rooms were cleaned daily, staff polite and helpful. With strong wifi and great views from our balcony. The hotel grounds were stunning and the animations team hard working and kept all entertained both during the day and night. We wish we could stay longer and we will be back some day. The rooms were bad looking, small and unclean. The food in the restaurant was awful, every day the same. I prefer to eat in town. The pool was good. The staff was good only on the reception. *THERE IS NO INTERNET IN THE HOTEL! 2mb/s download speed - crashing non-stop! Don't go there if you have to work or be online!

We booked a weekend stay at this hotel on the basis that it is wheelchair accessible. IT IS NOT - BEWARE. We arrived on the afternoon of 17 September looking forward to a relaxing weekend stay. I wheeled my wife in her wheelchair into the lift as directed by reception to access the room allocated to us on the 2nd floor. We entered the lift and found it could not accommodate a standard wheelchair with the lift doors closing onto the rear wheel :-( and not being able to shut. As a result we were unable to access our accommodation and were left with no alternative but to return to reception and arrange and pay for accommodation elsewhere. The hotel manager was worse than useless and did nothing whatsoever to address our problems. His junior staff were somewhat better, but unable to offer any real assistance. It will be a cold day in hell before I go near this dreadful place again :-(

What can I say… Firstly, booked this 2 days before departure & didn’t research , so it’s my own fault.. defiantly not a 5 star. Entertainment - Absolutely amazing! Honestly the effort put into the entertainment of this place is fantastic!! The animation staff seem energetic and always busy. The night time show was amazing, pool games, plenty to do Hotel cleanliness - Very minimum standard, could be better. Cleaners came at all different times each day, sometimes very early , sometimes very late. Shower was scummy, flooring dirty in the rooms, everywhere else was cleaned to a very minimum low standard. Staff - Do not speak any English at all, quite rude, over worked, looked knackered and stressed. Will storm past you in a door way instead of letting the guest go first. Very rude in my opinion. Also, the receptionist was helping us & a Turkish gentleman came over for assistance she totally stopped helping us and started helping him instead leaving us to wait an additional 5 minutes! Bad customer service Rooms - Very old fashioned, beds very uncomfortable to the point I was tossing and turning ALL night, air con is extremely loud couldn’t have it on at night , toilet drips all night , all night guests running up and down the hall ways, walls paper thin hear everything next door, one morning at 6am was woken up to very loud drilling in the walls and every morning from 8 am woken up by noise! very stressful. Food - Despicable and truly awful. I think I starved most of the time, it was awful!! We ended up going out most of the time because it was horrible. Flys everywhere !!! Omg, I moved a piece of cheese and there was loads of flys crawling around, flys on the deserts , flys in the food! I couldn’t eat after seeing this. Snack bar / waffle / ice cream packed could never get any food because it was too busy. The drinks tasted bleachy and the staff didn’t offer ice in the drinks so most of the time the drinks where warm and disgusting. I could only drink the vinegar tasting wine and staff take drinks when you’re not finished which I found really rude. WiFi - awful Hotel target audience - 100% children!! If you don’t mind bad tasting food and cheap drinks, then you’ll be fine.

I loved the hotel, but trying to contact them after you have left the hotel is impossible. I have emailed and emailed but no reply.

No wifi in the rooms, Food was okay. The staff was very nice and kind. But still for the price there are definitely much better places you can stay.

My stay at the hotel so far has been excellent. The pool area is amazing as it is so big and there are also water slides to keep you entertained. Food is just as good, you can eat as many times in the day as much as you want with a different variety of food to choose from. The rooms are kept clean and tidy daily. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Deniz! She is so sweet and always smiling and has made my holiday even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have not already checked it out!

Nice pool and pretty close to the 3rd beach. That is about all the positives for this supposedly 5 star all inclusive resort. I would say 3 star would be very generous. Staff are absolutely miserable, service non existent, they treat you like you are some kind of disease. Food is another horrible thing about this place (I am very hesitant to call it a resort). Other very disturbing thing about staying here are people. We had, four nights in a row, people fighting, being extremely loud, shut their door as if it was their ex wives, drunken people screaming, at 2-3 in the morning. People are in general very rude and at best very unfriendly. I suspect, this is one of the reasons of staff's horrible attitude. Regardless, this should be a pleasant experience at the very worst and I expect everyone is looking to have great time. It just doesn't happen due to all the things mentioned previously. Good luck to anyone who is looking to vacation here.
