We stayed one night. The rooms are small but adequate. They are nicely furnished and I was amazed with what can be done with an old building with imaginative interior design. The facilities were modern. The kitchen area had everything you might need were you to stay a week and want to prepare meals yourself. The bed was very comfortable. The TV had Netflix and other cable providers so that we were able to get English language shows. When you leave the building, take a left to the street and another left to the end of that street. You fall into a square full of restaurants. It was a pleasant Saturday when we were there and several of the restaurants were booked. We found a very pleasant Italian restaurant that served us a really great pizza and an excellent salad nicoise with generous pours of wine by the glass. Further down that block is the Cité International de Gastronomie where there are other restaurants we did not try but which looked inviting. There were also stores that sold all sorts of gourmet yummies. The only caveat I have about Ma Suites is that if you are traveling with large or heavy valises, be sure to request a suite on the ground floor. I saw no elevator but a narrow staircase led upstairs. Recommend without hesitation!

The location is perfectly situated in the old town. The flats are stylish, historical and newly renovated; furniture and decorations are very tasteful. All electric installations are new and easy to use. The greeting package with mustards of Dijon, the water bottles and the coffee capsules are a nice gesture.

Just finished staying 1 night in Dijon. Absolutely loved this place...I wish I was staying another 5 nights it's great here. Clean spacious good location. We enjoyed our time here.

Le petit + parmi les services proposés : les ustensiles de cuisine (casserole, poêle..). Très appréciable et plus que pratique ! Le système de check in/check out se déroule sans problème et en total autonomie. Nous avons simplement rencontré un problème d'eau chaude sur la fin pour se doucher (malgré le peu de temps rester sous la douche). Mais j'y retournerai avec plaisir et pourquoi pas découvrir une nouvelle suite !

Petit déjeuner copieux livré devant la porte. Entrée en autonomie très pratique et communication facile avec le.proprietaire. Très bien placé pour visiter la ville et proche d'un parking pas trop cher. Seul bémol, le bruit de l'appartement au dessus, on entend tout, les pas, la chasse d'eau, la douche. Et pas de chance nous sommes tombés en même temps qu'une famille avec deux enfants peu scrupuleux du bruit dès 7h le matin. Les gamins courant sur le parquet et criant.

The lack of cleanliness and bed bugs in the main room take the gloss off this lovely and authentic Dijon apartment. It is well located, appointed and overlooks a beauitful quiet square. Its a shame that the proprietor may not be aware the cleaning services are not up to scratch.

Cute place, but… Overpriced and lacking cleanliness which is a no-go: Stains on the floor around the toilet seat; human hairs on the pillows and bed sheets; dirty towels full of stains; patio furniture covered in bird poop. I sent pictures of all these issues to the property manager and got no resolution whatsoever. No extra cleaning, no discount, and no follow-up afterwards. Won’t be returning.
