Where to begin... The staff were the most accommodating I have EVER had. They made us feel like royalty. First, I didn't have a fridge and they brought one to my room. They called us cabs and ensured us the safest one would take us. The lady at the desk even paid the driver as we had no local money. We were able to sit in the restaurant area to hang out and staff brought us snacks, checked on us and ensured we had everything we needed. Traditional breakfast was prepared for my group each morning, we were some of the only guests there and it was made especially for us. We were shown what to eat the foods with and given the most amazing coffee. One night that I did not join my group for dinner, one of the ladies knocked on my door with dinner because she was worried I didn't eat. The same lady brought me 2 traditional Djibouti dresses to take back home to Canada with me. My heart was so full staying here. In a not-so-nice city, RAS DIKA Hotel made my trip wonderful. I stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights and the Hospitality is on another level. Breakfast was the best thing that I enjoyed most. The size of the room and comfort was the best ever. I can recommend whoever comes to Djibouti to stay in Ras Dika Hotel.

Had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is right in the centre of Djibouti and you can walk around the hotel to get a glimpse of a daily Djiboutian's life. As a single female traveller i felt safe. The hotel staff are all very friendly and will make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is good too. Simple but filling. The price is reasonable for the location. I have really appreciated for my time of recedent at rastika Hotel. Staffs are really proficianal and best rooms services as well as other services they provided. One of the best opportunities it has it is business location , which is the center of city , which you do not need taxi services at all.

The hotel has highest custom care and I loved my stay there.The food was good. But for juice I would have loved less or sugarless juice.otherwise your services are good.thank u

Ras Dika is more like a 5* homestay than just a very good, comfortable, excellently located simple hotel. Owner Neima goes out of her way to make her guests feel more like spoiled children than paying customers. Breakfasts that could last you the whole day, local and national travel advice, help with anything you need. Our visit was far better than we expected because of her. Thank you Neima and all the staff members who were also very kind . The hotel is steps away from the main market area, many small restaurants, convenience stores a supermarket, and even a club or two that to start get going around midnight. Since it's also near the Old Mosque when a quiet room is available that would be a good choice.

More than adequate choice for Djibouti if not aiming to break the bank. What the hotel lacks in luxury, makes up for with the service. Both manager and front office staff charming, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Useful airport shuttle too. Location is great for downtown and although fairly crowded, feels safe to walk around and useful for nearby eateries.

This people are nice and cool. Place is clean. They have a Kitchen and dining area on the 2nd floor. Breakfast free. Dial 9 to order food, recommend an hour ahead. You are in the heart of Djibouti. Perfect location. Your are in front of Masjid Hamoudie. Azhan is loud so you can hear it through window. They have a 24 hour corner store and Shawarma/Kabob late night 30 yards away. Elevator doesn’t work.
