In medicine corner they had to spent 30 mins to find 2 medicine. And that was also not professional. They have no child specific zone to involve kids while waiting in the visitor place. The guard was coming to baby and asking to keep quite. If my baby was a normal kid, we would not have visit in the center. So staffs here should be more professional and shoud have the mechanism to treat visitors well to give warm experience.
