The hotel is nice, but to be honest I expect it to be a bit better. The food is good, but I wouldn’t say it’s great. The stuff members are friendly and speak English, which is cool. Most of the time I spent was at zoh bar, really cool area. I can tell that Dave is really doing his best at his job and overall a nice person. Would I recommend this hotel to my friends? Probably yes 8.5/10

In general, I liked everything, the rooms are clean, beautiful, but a little cramped. bathroom accessories of good quality (shampoo, shower gel,..), only a separate shower door would be. The staff is friendly and helpful, they don't ask for tips. The kids club is good. great place to stay with family

Stayed in Rixos Gulf Hotel for a period of 4night 3days and the room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel staff's has always been friendly, patient and helpful during my wonderful stayed. That impressed me the most with the excellent service accorded to me. I wish to return back for more days service.

We will stay here again for sure everything was top notch, very family friendly hotel featuring multiple pools ranging from 0.35 cm to 2 meter depth. The beach is nice clean and had lifeguards. There is a designated area for children to play in a small waterpark like area with water splashing and wall climbing. The kids club had interesting activities for the children (you can keep your child I believe with them without a guardian unless if he or she is younger than 3 years old. The breakfast is nice with good variety. The hotel staff are very friendly always engaging with the children and playing with them. Definitely coming back here again in the future.

The hotel was excellent, clean and the staff were brilliant. Staff from the reception, dining room, cleaning staff and security were pleasant, polite and welcoming. The Indian restaurant was exquisite, Surojit was great, his service and attention to detail was top notch. The birthday cake was a great surprise and was thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back

Hotel generally ok Although I wouldn’t put it as a 5 star. More like a 4 star. Staffs attentiveness is hit and miss, I must have been asked 50 times to scan the QR code to write this review. Restaurant staff noted are Johnston and a young lad who always greets us in the morning in the outside food area. Food amazing. The young man who cleans our room goes above and beyond. Fitness staff amazing Spa amazing (Juliana) Music, good although too loud. Indian restaurant food was great, but the order came out wrong, the music was modern, not authentic (it was Diwali), and way too loud. Ambience: lights too bright Not tried the steak house yet. A hotel is tad closer to the airport than we initially assumed and overlooks a stadium. The hotel could do with a quiet zone or an adult only space. With lots of families visiting it can be very noisy with children at times. Overall 8/10

Last time, I tried such nice food in hotel was in Maldives. And I would say, Indian cuisine for lunch was so much good that I want to come back here again. Updated review: In order to be fair, I would like to add my review after the stay. At first days, I really much enjoyed the hotel and its food, atmosphere etc. however, in the end I would say my experience was not that excellent. I mean the quality of food was changed as soon as group of tourists arrived at the hotel. Taste was not the same, and they even stopped serving Heineken beer, saying that its out of stock for days. Personally, I don’t believe that such hotel can be out of stock of such popular product, unless they don’t wanna serve it. Anyways, we gave feedback to the restaurant administration about this and left. Also, I was not satisfied of the beach side of the hotel, cause the quality of water is destroyed by crowded ships in front of the beach.

we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel in the weekend. The pools area was great, however, I must point out that getting drinks whilst laying down on the sun beds was difficult as there wasn't enough waiters walking around and asking if anyone would like anything to eat or drink. As all inclusive customers, we should be asked as well as our children if they would like anything. I had to get up and go queue at the bar area near the beach to get something. In terms of entertainment, the DJ was brilliant, the kids show was great too. In terms of the bar near the kids entertainment, it would be lovely to add peanuts or small snacks for those near that area. It really felt as if we were in Turkey on a all inclusive holiday. Hi. We stayed at the hotel for 4 enjoyable nights. From start to finish, we experienced exemplary customer service. Reception staff and waitresses / managers at breakfast service were friendly, attentive and efficient. Rooms were nice and bathroom was lovely. Swimming pools were nice and service poolside was excellent. Good activities for kids. Would definitely visit again if possible and try all inclusive to experience the dinner at restaurants. A couple of suggestions: Didn't request so not sure if available. A small stool for the bathroom would be nice as basin and taps a little difficult for child to reach. During busy breakfast service, better to have 2 or 3 egg stations as I noticed there was a lot of pressure on the gentleman taking orders and cooking the eggs. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

I went to Akte which is on the pier. First the valet was extremely kind and friendly and not only explained where I should go but took the time to drive me there without having been asked. When I arrived at the restaurant, all the staff were polite and welcomed me with a smile. I was kindly guided by Alex and was served by Georgi who both were attentive and ensured to check on me once in a while. I do recommend the place if you are looking for a peaceful environment with friendly staff, for a drink facing west bay.

We have had an amazing experience at the Rixos! The service has been impeccable. All staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much of an ask. The food is delicious and the cocktails are great. Mercy was amazingly attentive in the restaurant and really made our stay special. The stakehouse restaurant had a lovely function room and hosted a beautiful birthday celebration for us. The hotel rooms are luxurious and amazingly comfortable to sleep in. We would be more than happy to return to the Rixos again.

Very nice hotel with big potential. My first impression with front desk was not what anyone would expected from this big name hotel. One other downer is service around the pool area and beach need a lot of improvement. Mr. Farhan on front desk might be very nice guy but he defiantly needs more coaching. Rooms are amazing and clean. One of my best breakfasts ever food is very fresh made and delicious. Tye steak house is most try as well.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights with our 10 month old and did the all inclusive package in a superior room. This was one of the best experiences we've had at an accommodation in all of our travels. The entire staff from the valet guys to the front desk, the servers, literally everyone says hello and gives you the five star treatment. I know the management likes to hear specific names, but if they are reading this they can rest assured that literally everyone of their employees is making guests feel welcomed and appreciated. As for the property and amenities, Rixos is more than worthy of its 5 star rating. Our room and bathroom were spotless, the restaurants were fantastic with quality food and the pools were perfect. Kids club offered many activities as did the fitness center and there are jet ski and other water sports available to rent. There is no question as to if we'll return, it's when can we return. Don't hesitate to stay at this one of a kind property. We cannot wait to go back!

My family and I visited the hotel for a four day stop over. The hotel is absolutely stunning. We were blown away by the facilities and especially the amazing service received from all the staff especially Mercy from the main restaurant who was very hospitable, she gave great recommendations and went the extra mile to make sure my family and I were looked after. Dave from Mr Tailor gave great service also. We spent most of our days by the pool and beach. The staff outside were friendly and approachable Brian and Winston were great!! . Lasitha always made sure we were well looked after. We are planning on returning next year.

I stayed in the hotel over the October mid term break, the hotel was very busy but the staff were very attentive. The staff member which deserves a mention is Hakeem who worked as a waiter in the pool bars, he went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable and should be commended for his 5 start customer service. Everday he had big smile on his face. Also the lifeguard Nicholas was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

We had the opportunity of having dinner at Farm House restaurant of the hotel Rixos. The restaurant staff were very polite, professional, and particular about everything we needed. The buffet was amazing with a wide variety for everyone to choose. The desserts were so good. We would recommend that you visit the Farm house buffet to relax, enjoy, and refresh yourself with food and ambience at the same time.

We had an incredible four-night stay at Rixos Hotel Doha. The ambiance was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout. The hotel is beautiful 💙 The interior, service, food and drinks are very good. Rooms are equipped with beautiful design, there is everything you need. Cleaning was done 2 times a day. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were individually congratulated with flowers, cake and a festive room decoration. I would like to thank Melissa for her care and high service, as well as waiter Sowjanya. Melissa made our stay at the hotel so comfortable. We are very grateful to her and she's the best employee at the hotels! I recommend this hotel for a vacation!

We had a great stay at Rixos. Staff are amazing all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equipped and the view was amazing too! Service was excellent Special shoutout to Dazz, Pablo and Emerson at Exclusive sports club. Really enjoyed all the activities from aqua gym to paddling. The classes were so much fun and the staff made our experience that much memorable. So much to enjoy here, would Highly recommend.

I stayed here for a work trip in December and really enjoyed my time. The hotel itself is great and very clean, modern but with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was extensive and service was always friendly, quick and attentive. Most evenings I ate at the buffet restaurant and again find the service to be recently (special mention to Salma for her polite and friendly, helpful attitude!). The food was consistently good and with plenty of variety. Even the weather was good (although I don't think the hotel has anything to do with that!).

Really enjoyed our stay at Rixos! Plenty of family oriented activities around and various levels of fun. Nice beach, pools, gym and breakfast so nothing to complain about really. The experience was very good. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and very clean. The buffet had variety of choices and the restaurants were all very good. At the steakhouse, the scallops were the very best! At the Indian restaurant, the dish made of lentils was great with the naan. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice place to stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Ms. Salma and the rest of the hotel staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They even sent a complimentary cake to our room for my daughter’s birthday. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone especially with kids. They have a lot of activities for everyone. We were also able to use our coupon for an early check-in and late checkout.

Our stay at this hotel has been most amazing! The building is so nice, the room was great (we got a joint room for our two kids, it has been perfect!), the food was so good, but more than anything, the stuff is so stunningly nice! All of them! Before I came I was wondering wether the airport, which is right next to the hotel, is disturbing. It is not, you can’t hear a thing of it. And the gym has been amazing! Also, they do really nice water gym classes every day. Emerson, one of the trainers, has been so much fun in his classes! Taxi is super cheap and in a view minutes you are wherever you want. I travel quite a bit, but this has been a 10 out of 10, no questions asked!

We had a lovely time at the Rixos Gulf Hotel! This was a surprise trip for my mother and 3 year old and they both loved the hotel. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. Facilities were kept clean and well staffed. Plenty of flavoursome food choices across the hotel. The room service was great! The kids' portion was more than enough for an adult. My 3 year old loved that! He also loved the pools and beach area. It's great that you can share apps from your phone onto the screen in the room. I would highly recommend the hotel and would visit again should I ever return to Doha (which I hope I do). Thank you to all the staff! Especially the men at the door who always greeted us with a smile and the extremely kind lady that worked at the bar/pool. She was from Kenya and had long braids, but I don't have her name, sorry. So kind and attentive.

We did a one night staycation with their all inclusive package and it's absolutely worth it. There are multiple activities for kids and adults being run throughout the day. A big thumbs up to all the staff for being attentive and prompt service always. We will definitely come again. Not for vegetarian and Vegans, food options by default are very limited and hence special request needs to be made. Desserts are awesome though.

This is pure elegance that is located at the most convenient location possible. One can experience luxury and royalty at the same time in this hotel. The hotel is more focusing on guest satisfaction which comes mainly with food, drinks and entertainment. Awesome resort. First impressions are vital and the reception staffed by Sagol ensured we got off to a great start. Happy kids make for a happy holiday and the facilities & kids activities took care of that part. Breakfast was splendid, room service top notch and the exclusive fitness club with Pablo & the team guaranteed a fun exercise session. We went to the hotel for dinner at their Indian restaurant followed by another Hi-Tea event which included kids as well. The service and arrangements were impeccable and outstanding. The food, service & hospitality all met our expectations. The guests were so happy with the overall experience. I specially want to mention Ms. Aishma for her brilliant hospitality. She went out of the way to accommodate all our requests. Certainly, one of the best locations in Qatar for an overall experience.

I recently visited Anjana Spa for a 60-minute massage and was absolutely delighted with the experience. Our stay in this hotel is unquestionably one of the best! Stayed here for 3 amazing days and the property did not disappoint. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area with well maintained and perfectly cleaned marble floors. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming and elegant lobby smell. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The room is very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping requests are quickly and warmly attended which was really exceptional. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view (amazing sunset!). The pools are one of the bests in Doha so will definitely be back.

On our first night, we had dinner at Mr. Tailor's Steak House. Amazing meat and phenomenal service. The waiter Mira exemplifies extra class service. We are happy to have had this experience on our first day and very impressed with the hospitality. Highly recommend the restaurant
