I stayed at this place for my quarantine. Initially it was supposed to be for 2 days but which got extended to 7-days after the health check-ups. The entire experience from check-in to extension to check-out was seamless. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The service is impeccable. I opted for the Asian Non-veg food menu which was really great! Kudos to the chef! Front desk was of great help whenever I needed anything. Rachelle at reservation desk and the hotel managers were very helpful in ensuring the extension was hassle free. Housekeeping took care of my coffee needs even when I was under quarantine. Special thanks to Christine and Ana from room service for their cordiality! A really great place to stay in Doha!

I enjoyed the visit at double tree by Hilton hotel old Town, very welcoming staffs, the security greets you and tells you welcome double tree. The services are excellent. The staff are exceptional, from the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with smiles. Raj at the desk was able to sort out another room straight away as I had booked wrong day, (next day) and I did not have to wait as I arrived at 6.30am I then met Samad who was very helpful with my cases and ensuring I had everything for my stay. I was also given a complementary breakfast. Again staff were very attentive in the restaurant, this is where I met the lovely Daisy, she was recommending what was best to eat, unfortunately I didn’t have enough room to fit in some crepe’s that Daisy said I must try. Next time.. Thank you Double tree for a great experience.

I've been in this hotel for quite some time, I love this place and mostly I like spending time at my favourite bar Claw. "I am always delighted of being served by the amazing waitress, Irish, at this bar. From the moment we arrived she made us feel welcome and attended to our every need throughout the evening. She was always smiling and had a cheerful demeanour, which made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, I would highly recommend this bar to anyone looking for a great night out, and I would definitely recommend asking for i Irish as your server. The restaurant at the Double Three Hotel today had seafood. The dishes were distinctive and the fish selection was excellent. The service in general was excellent, especially Mr. Ismail, who was one of our followers and a special and very kind personality. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious but not as expected from a 5 stars hotel and especially the service, the receptionist attitude while checking in wasn’t very good and the hotel car entrance is very small and sometimes you will have to wait for the taxi’s to drop or pick up people until you reach the hotel entrance for the valet. One more thing you can hear the car horns from the room Overall the hotel is good but not very comfortable and not well organized.

Quarantine booking for the 21st of Nov between 6:30-7:00 am - reached the hotel by 07:50am - I’m being told that the rooms are not ready made to sit at a common area now the time is 10:27 still not sign of room allocation-unacceptable!! Staff doing what they can being polite but sitting down for more than two hours for a room to be allocated when the booking was made three weeks ago is unacceptable!!

Excellent experience, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Went out of their way to help prepare food for my little one. The staffs are all polite, helpful & very professional and the place is squeaky clean.

We stayed here for 15 days. All staff are professional and worked to make our stay more comfortable. It is super clean. Bed is so comfortable. Food is delicious. They have a starbucks, a popular club, and beauty saloon near the lobby. However the pool and the terrace is under maintenance. It would be perfect if there would be a kids playroom in the hotel.

Not pleasant experience this time. The facilities are upto decent standards and well kept, almost all staff are polite, courteous. Slipups are part of everyone's life, but the reaction to confront the error makes the difference. This time I found an adamantly hesitant approach of couple of staff, leaving asour taste to the experience. The complete conversation turned into debate and regretful. The officials involved never felt sorry for the affair.

Night front office staff behavior very bad towards the guest, who coming for quarantine in the hotel. I came at hotel and they Did not provide is room whole night we waited in waiting room for the check in. Nobody approached us to explain why taking long time to check in. Well, my stay here in Doubletree Hotel is good, the view outside the hotel, the room and a shower room is clean, well organized. Very quiet place & the food is good. Great ambience with excellent service on point!! They say Service is what makes a hotel a better place and this hotel is a true example of it. The night bars is spectacular and serves exotic cocktails and bar bites. The morning breakfast is the best part of my visit, from the wide spread buffet to chef assisting was marvelous. The attendant Yougnta was kind and generous and true to his service.

I have been coming here for a few months and it is time to recognize the excellent staff here. The housekeeper, Ravi, was very exceptional and courteous. It’s always nice when the front desk is pleasant such as Norie was. My colleagues and I frequent the Claw for dinner and is always greeted with a pleasant smile from Jade and crew. This venue has been has been a go to since being in Doha!

It was a nice and clean stay. The staff were really good. Rim from the reception staff was so remarkable, due to her performance as a service management officer and not only a receptionist, she made me keep my long stay period without hesitation or thinking of changing it.

Very nice business hotel located in old Town, with an in house dining, gym and a grill pub. Very comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Big spread for breakfast, but in house dining is quite limited. Check out their grill pub, with lot of Americana food and liquor options. Parking is limited, so valet is advised. No restaurants or shopping nearby, but very easy to get taxi for any travel. Very prompt housekeeping and service. Provides 2 bottles of water, very essential in Doha.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night to celebrate our anniversary. The whole stay was amazing. At the check in we got upgraded to a sea view suite with Jacuzzi and when we arrived to the room, there was a cake with a Happy Anniversary note and on the bed a romantic setup with red petals. Rachelle from sales was incredible. She is the kindest and the sweetest. The whole team in general was super good, the front office team were kind and professional.

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Room looks like we are the first to sleep in it. Furniture is modern and clean. Bathroom is superb. Most pleasantly, the staff is so kind. The manager Shadi at reception was so kind and helpful and sent up a large baby bassinet without even asking for one. I’d stay here a million times. This hotel would be quadruple the price in America. 10/10!!!

I was welcome in to the Hotel by some of the staffs Among with them is Samson who always make sure am well taking care of as a guest of the hotel. This time around i change my Room to a bigger Room, and i was amazed with the interior i saw. Samson came around again to make sure i was comfortable. I would give it 4.5stars, the reason why that we booked 15days ahead and when we arrive; our required room was not available! The staff is amazing, the lady who arranged check -in for us was fantastic and welcoming. The room was good with a tub and shower as well. The hotel has a nice but small pool on rooftop, we couldn't try as the weather was very windy. The breakfast at L2 restaurant was my favorite so far, not many plates were offered but all were so yummy. The ommlete i tasted was one of the best so far.

I really enjoyed my stay here; from the room amenities, decor and maintenance as well as the hospitality of the staff you really can't go wrong here. The breakfast buffet was also spectacular and while the hotel is within walking distance to some attractions its much easier to uber.

This hotel is not a 5 start... in the USA this has always been for most of them a 3 start and its exactly what it is in Doha, A 3 start. The amenities and the quality of the hotel by no means can be rated a 5. The rooms are clean, but the little thing that makes a 5 start experience is lacking. The room service you have to requested daily from reception rather than automatically, the towels for face for body, the shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bottler of water and cup, bath rope, a simple pencil or pen, the mini fridge, the shower needs to remodeled. This hotel is far away from all tourist places. Fifa did set up public transportation.

I have been in Qatar so many times, stayed in different hotels but this hotel makes the difference to me. staff are super nice and helpful i can't even explain, location is more that perfect for everything, very clean. I really appreciated the service and special thanks to the sales manager and front desk manger who are extremely nice I had a suite sea view, if you don't stay here you just MISSED it. The only thing that i didn't like is the mattress and the pillows it's really not comfortable

This hotel is very clean and we had a good view. The staff at reception was very pleasant and professional. I felt that the room was overpriced considering what we got. Other hotels in the area seem like they offer additional perks like including breakfast for similar prices. Also, the shower’s water pressure was inconsistent. The location was nice and very close to everything we wanted to see.

What a lovely place to stay with welcoming and helpful staff. We checked in late due to flight arrival (2300) and NORIE in the front desk was so cheery and welcoming. We were staying one day in Doha and she provided great insight on the “things to do” and proving great customer service. Our corner room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Our first time to tried the seafood buffet at the L2 at Double Tree , the menu was so delicious specially the Seafood Paella my daughters really like it. I had an amazing time in Doubletree Hilton, the rooms were spacious, room service are prompt and delicious, then i went to claw, Kristy and charity were so accommodating and so warm. They attended our needs and were very attentive. The wings and calamari were great.

This was a nice place, special shout out to chef Wafa Abbas, Badshah, and their other colleague. I am writing this review after couple of months, but their service was something I remember. The chefs went above and beyond to give a good experience! The buffet was pretty pricey and I wish it was not kept in the same area as the alcohol. Overall its a pleasant quite hotel.

Came in at 10 am tired and jetlagged, but front desk staff checked me in right away. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, particularly the front desk staff and bellboy on the morning of September 25, as well as Ozlem, who kindly booked me an Uber for my trip to the museum. I appreciate the cookie and sweets given to me during check in. Room was clean spacious and had a good view. Breakfast had a wide selection of food. Overall a great experience.

Excellent service! Very nice room. Clean, lots of comfort. Friendly. And Starbucks coffee in the lobby is a nice bonus. It is not the most convenient location if you do everything walking.

The staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us which made us feel more special. Our flight was 8pm at night and they accommodated us with letting us stay later so we could relax at the hotel. Room was lovely and clean, we had breakfast each morning included and Promad and Khalil went out of their way to look after us each morning with whatever we needed. Ismail Tepe was lovely we talked about Australia and he took care of our luggage he also gave us a yummy cookie which was delectable. He went out of his way to make us feel special, thank you everyone who made the last part of our holiday special. We would definitely stay here again when we come me back

My wife and I had an amazing experience here during our nine day visit. From the moment you step into the hotel lobby you arexso well looked after. The staff here were amazing throughout doing everything possible to make our stay comfortable. We loved our room (s). Breakfast at L2 is amazing. A quality breakfast covering a range of international cusines. Thankyou all for our stay. My only negative would be the rooftop swimming pool area which is a bit scruffy.

We tried L2 restaurant while they have Seafood Open Buffet. First of all staff is very polite and helpful. Buffet was very good if you compere with the price. Salad bar, soups, cooked meals, live cooking meals, sushi bar and deserts. They have soft drinks, alcohol and coffee/tea options. In the end we spend very good 2 hours there. Thank you.

Loved my stay here. The hotel was clean and in a convenient location. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I also got to enjoy the seafood night, which was a good deal for a variety of seafood. Big thanks to Khalil and Anna who were very kind and accommodative.

When we checked out we forget an envelop full of cash money in the safety box. As soon as we reached Dubai we received a call from the Hotel security department that we left en envelop with cash money in the safety box. I very highly commend the house keeper who against all the temptations he may had to keep the money surrendered his find to the Hotel security department. The Hotel Staff were very co-operative and helpful that they went over and above the call of duty to send the money to my home in Vancouver, Canada. I highly recommend this particular hotel to anyone who is visiting Doha. The staff is very cordial, honest ,helpful and the location is very central to all amenities.

Very nice location and super clean rooms. Very warm welcoming and professional staff… Claw BBQ is a great place to have dinner with a drink, nice food and very nice staff especially Jade!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was exceptional. The staff is incredibly kind and caring. A big thank you to Mrs. Ozlem, who was very attentive and assisted us throughout our stay. Room and bathroom were absolutely gorgeous. There was a balcony giving a view of the area. Hotel has a luxurious feel and bed was so comfortable. Location was great but you do need a taxi to the mall or city centre.

I left something important at the hotel and only realised when being at airport. Marcellus has provided timely support which is highly appreciated! I would recommend this hotel for such friendly services, thank you so much!

Stayed for an overnight break between flights. Very nice hotel, super helpful with directions and offers of sites to see. Room was very comfortable with good view of the Harbour and City Scape in the distance. Loved the fact it was only 12 mins from the Airport and could book a car to pick up and drop off next morning. All done very easily. Very attentive reception team and nice little cafe with pastries and good coffee when arriving.

Just had 4 days in this wonderful hotel. The room was so clean with beautiful views of the city. I would like to thank the reception staff for giving me the most tasty chocolate cake ever acknowledging my birthday and also a special thank you to this wonderful guy in the claw bbq Taona. We ate in there all 4 nights and he is such a friendly professional member of your staff. He made us feel so special. Waited and looked after us making us feel we left gaining a friend.

I had a lovely stay, the rooms are so nice and it has a beautiful rooftop pool. My room was always spotless and the staff were helpful and approachable particularly Muhammad who helped me with all my luggage 😊

This was first time in Qatar and the stay was lovely, rooms are nice and spacious. There is a restaurant down stairs with live DJ and lovely food options. The staff at the double tree have been good and very helpful. Peter looked after us really well. Only thing I can say might need improving is the breakfast, it was nice but it could be better.

This was the second time I have stayed at the Double Tree, and on both occasions the staff have been excellent. From check-in to cleaning services and off course the restaurant staff were attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Staff in the bar always looked after us professionally too. Well done everyone, I look forward to coming back again soon.

It was quite relaxing. The breakfast was also great. Wonderful service by the waiters and waitresses, especially a waitress named Ibtissam. She was quite helpful with choice of meal for me and her service was very helpful too. Overall was a great experience.
