Mandarin Oriental, best hotel ever! From the entrance until reaching your room everything is luxurious, clean and shiny. The room was really spacious and the bed and bathroom as well. With both, shower and bathtub. The staff was very polite and always anticipating the needs of the customers. It has been a wonderful spending quality time at the hotel. Definitely I would love to stay again at Mandarin Oriental, Doha. Thank you so much for making our stay such an unforgettable experience!

Words cannot describe how beautiful and AMAZING this hotel and the staff are. The concierge desk went above and beyond to look for and help us try to locate our lost luggage and even going as far as to the airport to look for it. This trip would not have been amazing without them! This was the first time visiting this country and we will be back to stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff was always helpful at breakfast and had great recommendations for the local food. The lobster night was to die for and the spa was very relaxing. I recommend the lymphatic massage, it definitely helps the body reset itself. Great Experience!! A lot of places are within walking distance which is great. Remember to drink lots of water when you go! We went in June and it was hot! Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Your stay will be superb.

This is my family’s all time favorite hotel. The hotel, the rooms, the restaurants (we tried the breakfast buffet and Izu), and the amenities, were of course perfect, but what makes this hotel outstanding is their employees. The hotel is blessed to have truly exceptional, highly talented and trained personnel working to make their guests’ experiences phenomenal. We will definitely go back to stay here when we have a chance to visit Doha again. Thank you!

I am a nomad who constantly travels and I spend most of my life in hotels and rented apartments. I went to Doha for an intensive 4-days of business meetings and chose this hotel because of its location and architecture. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in the world (top 3 best hotels on my list). The staff were very attentive and have a personalized experience that made the overall stay extremely memorable. The amenities, aesthetics, food, spa, gym, and other comforts of the hotel are all top-notch. The commitments to sustainability are admirable and a step in the right direction. It was a memorable experience and I will certainly return!

I am writing this review after coming back home from our honeymoon trip, where MO Doha was the last part of the trip. First of all, I would like to thank every single staff at Mandarin Oriental Doha who gave us a great memory during our short stay. MO has been one of my favorite hotel brands so I have stayed in quite a few, and the level of service would always beat my expectation. However, what I got from MO Doha was another level, I would have stayed there for months if my time (and my wallet) permitted. From every single service we got during our stay - check-in, dining, drinks, 10-minute sitting down at the lounge, check-out, etc. - not only the great service, but we were also offered some special gift! They really made us feel welcomed & special, and this has been one of our best experiences ever. Special thanks to Mr. Nazeem in particular, who helped us checked in, and helped us with upgrade / arranging everything to manage our itinerary perfectly!

What an extraordinary experience, hands down one of the best hotels I have vista and for sure it won’t be my last. This was my first time in a Mandarin Oriental hotel and I became a MO fan just before this trip. The service, the staff, and the rooms and amenities are all amazing.

Family stayed here during November 2023. We stayed for a few nights here. The hotel material quality standard is excellent. The staff are really helpful & polite. It doesn't have a sizeable lobby area. The breakfast buffet self service is really good. Sadly for me and my family experience it has a very poor breakfast table service. At breakfast, you have to keep reminding staff of your order. This was most mornings. We noticed the kitchen had prepared it but it is just sat there and would get it served cold. One morning coconut drink had ran out. Other tables sadly were also chasing their delayed orders. Sadly have to give a low service score for brrakfast time. I would definitely come back as it would appear the short staffing was the issue at breakfast.

My wife and me stayed at Mandarin Oriental Doha for 4 nights in October. It was our first ever visit to any Mandarin Oriental hotel. The quality of the kind, attentive service was excellent everywhere in the hotel. We used many of the hotel services and my honest opinion is that the personnel (people!) of the Mandarin Oriental Doha were superb e.g. in the lounge / reception, Mosaic restaurant, pool, gym and spa. The highlights: really flexible, polite and prompt well-trained staff. IMHO the best service level so far compared to other five star hotels. Thank you all! In the Mosaic restaurant we had best ever Indian food from their a la carte list. The breakfast buffet was real enjoyment. It included various foods, juices, excellent coffee, tea, ...around the world including also local Qatar varieties of food. Such a high quality! When we asked any questions of the food (e.g. dietary value of anything there, what ingredients were used, protein contents) they knew the answer. They are professionals. In the gym we got great help, advice and service from all the people there. The gym and steam room work really fine. In the pool the service was also so nice. The list goes on and on... We do not easily give five star positive reviews. The Mandarin Oriental experience was so unbelievable. The hotel and all of the people there really deserve the five star review. Thank you once again. This was our first but definitely not our last visit to a Mandarin Oriental hotel.

I have stayed in a lot of different hotels around the world but Mandarin Oriental Doha was absolutely exquisite. The service is beyond excellent and everyone from the concierge team, room service and restaurant Izu staff has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us with the strangest requests! I have never experienced such a memorable treatment from any hotel staff anywhere else in the world. Thank you so much for being absolutely incredible at what you do. You guys are the best!

I wanted the best possible experience in Doha and there are so many ultra luxury properties that have opened recently so it was hard to choose. Mandarin Oriental set the bar quite high when it opened and after my recent stay I am so happy that I chose to stay here. The staff is so professional and every aspect of the hotel is exceptional.

We had three wonderful days at the hotel. Everything was spot on. Service fantastic. Attention to detail, luxury, location, I cannot recommend enough the hotel. I would specially thank: estefania, Daphne, margalida, Gaby and Jose. In addition to the excellent hotel facilities like the rooftop pool and club lounge, the location is fantastic as close to many attractions and also all the train lines.

Simply the best hotel in Doha! Luxury, service, and details at every moment. From the moment you arrive the staff listens and adapts services to your needs. The rooms are so beautiful and the restaurant, bar, and spa are all top notch. This my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations again. I tried the gym more this time and even got private training with Suraj. He pushed me hard to make the most of my workouts during a busy business trip and taught me a lot of new principles for bodybuilding that I will take with me. I will definitely be back as these 5 nights were unforgettable!

Elegant luxury hotel, priceless prime location, and wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, it is managed by poor management. When I arrived they wouldn't let park my car in parking basement (thier regulations), so if you don't allow anyone to drive your car, this is a deal breaker( don't visit them). when l got my luggage in my room they followed me and demanded me to hand them a battery charge scent instrument (although my first room was smelling so bad due to allowed smoking floor before they relocate me). I extended my stay for an extra night and notified Fawzi at reception, next day while I was out (Annie) duty manager came to my room and started hourassing my wife, asking her if we will extend our stay and trying to have a look inside my room, my wife asked her to call me but she didn't. (Because of this incidence I decided this is my last visit to them). That been said.. Special thanks to the Lebanese shift manager of breakfast restaurant, housekeeping, and the vallet team.

What a great experience. The staff is extremely polite and tentative. The rooms are all in great shape and very well maintained. No small detail left behind. This will not be my last visit.

Stayed for 3 weeks. I gotta say it's the perfect place to stay at Doha. Location is perfect, right in the middle of Doha, close to everywhere. I stayed in their apartment, and the place is really cozy and just perfect. The kitchen is spacious and has enough things to make meals, has a good oven and microwave. The room and living room are big. The bathroom is a bit small, but it has a powder room, too. One thing I appreciate the most is the privacy that i get. They always ask for permission whenever they need to come in outside of the schedule. Their wellness program connected to the gym is great, i got some sort of body analysis to see where i am fitness wise for free with consultation as well. One thing I don't like is the location of the gym. It's located in the basement, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. The co-ed gym is big, but the ladies' gym is very small, and the locker, spa, and sauna felt so dark as well. Their breakfast menu has enough variety to try every day. They also have dimsum and noodle station. Though i don't really understand why they use sambal as the dimsum sauce instead of the regular sweet and spicy dimsum sauce. The service during breakfast is good, though. i never get the water that i asked for 😄, at some point, i gave up and just had the infused water. The communication with the staff was a bit difficult at first but then it got better. Overall, it's a great experience staying here and definitely recommend for business stay!

WOW WOW WOW what an amazing stay, loved every bit from the time we were picked up from the Airport to the time we left Doha all was taken care of. This was our first visit to Doha,I planned this trip for my husband’s Birthday so wanted it to be special, Kynn,Tim and all the concierge team helped me with ideas for the stay they also upgraded our transport from the airport to the hotel. Once we arrived back to the hotel everyone wished my husband and the guests services took care of planing a special in room dining for when we arrived. The little cake was so delicious which is available at the Mandarin Cafe situated just outside of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The breakfast is absolutely amazing for me it was the best in Doha as we also stayed at another resort towards the end of our trip. Mandarin has really set my expectations high now I don’t really like any other hotel am spoilt by MO. From start to finish - our dining experience at Mandarin Oriental 'MO' Doha was exceptional! Here's why: My wife and I were planning to dine there for quite some time now but could not make it due to preconceived notions relating to price, cuisine and availability. We had learnt that MO was celebrating Eid Al Fitr with a great spread of food at a modest price. The timing was now perfect! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hostess and shown to our table in the elegant Baraha Square. Although we were enjoying the appetizers and a spread of starters, the staff realized that my wife and I were vegetarians; to our surprise - we saw that Chef Ravi was curating a few amazing vegetarian dishes for us. The attention to detail and care that went into each dish was evident from the first bite. To start, we enjoyed the authentic Asian food, which was a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish coming from Izu live station, as it was cooked to perfection. Dessert was a delectable Blueberry and Lemon tart, which was the perfect light and refreshing finish to our meal. Throughout the meal, our servers were attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes, and Chef Ravi even came out multiple times to check on us and make sure that we were enjoying our meal. Overall, we were incredibly impressed with the quality of the food and the exceptional service that we received. Chef Ravi's ability to create such delicious vegetarian dishes truly made our dining experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend Mandarin Oriental to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

We had a very delightful stay. The welcoming desserts and the setup of the teepee were a nice surprise. The room was super clean and luxurious. Our lunch at IZU was perfect, and the breakfast had a variety of food and cuisines. I ordered a cup of coffee before checking out and they didn’t charge us for it (complimentary gift) which was nice. MO never fails to impress us.

I was really excited to have a coffee at this place but unfortunately the guy who was responsible at the moment I believe he is french was very rude. I asked him if i can request for my order he looked at me surprised like i was not supposed to stop him because he is the supervisor or manager saying (oh no one from the staff came to assist you?) I said no that’s why i am asking you since its been more than 10 minutes waiting However he wasn’t happy but I asked for coffee latte and wanted to make sure no sugar or any syrup with sugar added and he interrupted me in a rude way telling me that (ohh we don’t out sugar in the coffee ,sugar is on the table -pointing-as you can see)the way he said it made me feel like i was dumb in-front of my friend and as if i was blind that i didn’t see the sugar ! I am following a diet and was just making sure my coffee has no sugar thats it! They also made a mistake with the payment and I didn’t pay attention until next day So my friend contacted them saying that they charged extra He said ( so what can i do for you?) I will never go back again to be honest Although it’s a 5 star cafe but it doesn’t deserve 1 star! Never again

We were at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel last night for a Birthday date at the Mosaic Restaurant. and I was absolutely blown away by the food, service, and atmosphere. They were very friendly and all the staff served us with a smile. A very special THANK to the team Mr.Rodel and Oussama who was very helpful and went above and beyond to make my fiancé’s B’day a special one. Also big thank to Mr.Nadun ( chef ) from the main kitchen for recommending us this restaurant. Will definitely be back again!!

We had the most amazing stay at the Mandarin. The service was top notch, I cannot think of one thing that needs improvement. I placed a couple of requests before my arrival and they were all taken care of upon check in. All the staff seemed like they genuinely want to help which is something I highly appreciate. The facilities are nice, I loved the fact that we had a couple of dinning options at the hotel, the spa was amazing too. The location is in the heart of the city and is within walking distances from many boutiques, restaurants, cafes..etc. Loved the hotel’s sustainability approach, the smell throughout the hotel, and the calm atmosphere in the lobby/lounge. The soundproof suite was very spacious with a nice view overlooking Barahat Msheireb. Thank you to all the staff for doing such an amazing job and offering an exceptional customer service that definitely added value to the beautiful property. We will come back.

Came to visit for a night from Dubai. The staff really were absolutely excellent and I would like to commend Yoshua publicly for his incredible service, he really made our stay very memorable (as did Rodel and Wissem).

We had a great stay, some fantastic personal touches along the way. Check in with Bilal was friendly and quick, Anna was also really nice and seemed happy to get to use her Spanish. I lost count of the amount of languages we heard spoken here, very talented staff. The breakfast was incredible and would satisfy even the most demanding of guests. Oussama looked after us and was great, chatting to us about surfing, again great to deal with real people and not robots. The pool area is brilliant and in my opinion is the main reason to choose this hotel over others in the area. The views from the rooms are a little boring but there isn't much the hotel can do about this, perhaps just unrealistic expectations on my part. The location is ideal, you can walk to the souq in 10 mins, Islamic art museum in 25. Endless high end food options around as well. Overall we loved it, especially the staff and we won't hesitate to recommend it. Thank you to everyone for looking after us. Overall we loved it,

The Mandarin Oriental hotel is luxurious , incredible and entertaining for any guest. The rooftop bar Aqua allows guests to enjoy a meal on the rooftop with amazing music from the DJ and there is a pool on the rooftop. The hotel boasts incredible oblique views of new Downtown Musherieb and the hotel is definitely a flagship of the new Mushaireb area

My 5 days stay here has come to an end. Amazing hotel suite room with great quality. Even the small details are well thought about and executed well. Superb staff to top it all off. Everyone was very warm and accommodating. They are willing to go above & beyond to help you. I highly recommend this hotel as it is located in the center. If you like cafe culture, this is the location for you.

Although I didn't stay at Mandarin Oriental, Doha, my visit left a lasting positive impression. The staff, particularly a gentleman at reception from Morocco, exhibited exceptional hospitality and helpfulness. I had the best time here. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The service is out of this world 😍😍😍. I stayed here with my 2 years old baby, they provided everything for my baby such as the crib and even cute panda flip-flops. Overall this is a great hotel worth all the money spent. I want to thank the receptionist kanzat because she is very sweet and lovely.

The most impressive thing was the staff. every interaction with any staff member was perfect. Two a standard that I have never experienced before in any other five star hotel. Staff examples: Breakfast- Oussama, Kartik and Osman were so attentive it made us feel like we were the only ones there. The attention to detail eg making sure the MO flag was facing upwards in the cappucino each time. Concierge- oumaiyma was beyond helpful. She would make bookings for us everywhere and made great recommendations each day. We holidayed with our 18 month old baby, and she was treated like a princess with every staff member smiling, offering her gifts and playing respectfully with her. It made us feel really welcome. Breakfast: Again, never seen a spread like this, my wife, and I really like Chinese food and the opportunity to have an array of dim sum or freshly made noodles alongside local Arabic choices and à la cart menu was perfect. Food was fresh every day unbelievable how pastries were fresh and soft each morning. Perhaps a wider array of fresh juices or detox beverages for health. Conscious individuals would be my only suggestion. The building was also fresh and appeared very new and clean. Decor was modern and tasteful. That was never any rubbish no, was there ever a vase or painting not perfectly placed. Housekeeping was also great. The room size was also huge with separate sinks, large walk-in overhead shower, walking closet. And finally, we visited when it was my wife’s birthday, and they made a real effort with cards, cakes and gifts which made her feel really special. Don’t know how a future hotel could top this but it was a pretty perfect first experience at MO. Thank you to everyone. Me and family have chosen Mandarin Doha for our staycation for the National Day. we had lovely experience with the hotel that is situated in the heart of Doha, the location is excellent with all the facilities and services you may think of. and everything looked like brand new, the room service and cleanliness, and the food was just perfect.

I just want to thank Sameer for taking care of my car. I asked him to wash my car and he gave me the car super cleaned , like a new car. He is so kind and obliging.

Me and my friends had lunch at Mandarin Oriental Doha, Mushereib, it was amazing experience, from California rolls, Tempura prawns and amazing Tenderloin. I would like to recommend this place as the staff and management are friendly and very attentive

Please convey my extreme gratitude to the management and staff in Doha, where I stayed during a press trip for Qatar Creates. The property, amenities, food, and service are inimitable. This was my first stay at a Mandarin Oriental, though I am extremely familiar with the brand through frequent personal and professional visits to the Columbus Circle MO Lounge, as well as fewer, yet equally phenomenal, experiences in Miami and Boston. I'm headed to Art Basel Miami in a few days, and then to Boston next month on another press trip. I will be sure to visit the MOs.

I am a prof. of architecture who visited more than 60 countries and checked in hundreds of hotels. Quite honestly, I was amazed with every one and everything at Mandarin O. Doha. From house keeping personal to restaurants and spa managers, all are friendly, helpful in a classy manner. Every thing I asked for was there. I am grateful and I am coming back for sure.

Only insufficient side is its pool. It is only 1.10 deep. But rooms are amazing, it meets all expectations. I definetely reccommend this hotel for your visit in Doha.

There were many bright spots to my visit and 95% of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. This was my first time at Mandarin Oriental Doha. I was a little underwhelmed with my room. I had a room that faced the atrium and every night there was extremely loud music that would continue until 11 or 12 at night. With jet lag and the time difference this was extremely frustrating. I also had a difficult experience with the front desk when trying to exchange US currency, the way in which the young man approached the situation was completely disrespectful. The team in the restaurant for breakfast was amazing as was the food.

This is a beautiful place to stay on a night I believe. Here you can meet dusks and dawns until your trip will over. I sometimes envy to people who live in Qatar and they can watch for the beatiful dusks and dawns. In my opinion, it's the best creation which is in our universe. This hotel made me feel like I'm somewhere in heaven actually. I guess I will definetely stay here once in future when I will be on a trip to Qatar. This is really impossible to describe emotions.

Very nice hotel with wonderful rooms and great restaurants. They also have appartments for the longer term stays and larger families. The Mushrieb are is also great for strolling around.

Very warm welcome on arrival, by (Nazeem - Front Desk Manager) the room is bright, with wonderful views, is well maintained, with a large bed, a well-equipped bathroom, A convenient location close to all attractions, within walkable distance. The staff was really helpful and very friendly, and I got enough information, about where to go and how to act. each and everything in this hotel is unique and has a story.

I had a very positive experience during my one week stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Check-in was smooth, room service was timely and very good. The room was kept in immaculate condition. So too the entire property. Service in the dining area was excellent. Security was also very good.

Fantastic service; the best we've experienced anywhere, let alone in Doha. The room was spacious with plenty of room for us all even with the cot and extra bed. Food was wonderful, decor and setting beautiful with so much light coming through in every room which surprised us given the central location in Mushreib! I think the stay at Mandarin was made extraordinary for my wife and I by all the staff, Osamah and his colleagues at the reception, Shankar and his colleagues at the Concierge, the housekeeping team, and the restaurant. Staff consistently incredibly responsive. Head of housekeeping repeatedly checked in to ensure all was well with me. My 80year old mother was so well taken care of she insisted on staying at the MO for an additional 3 days! Really have come to love their unique brand of service. The place is nicely located towards the center of this downtown (I believe it’s a new building/downtown) and it’s a piece of art. The facilities are definitely 5 star, with cleanness, service, courtesy, quality. The management is very attentive to details; I forgot turn of the “don’t disturb” sign twice during my visit, and they texted me asking if I needed any help with making the room. The security checkpoint at the entrance is perhaps the only annoyance I’d like to point out, as I had my backpack with me every time I went out of the hotel that had to be rechecked, but I understand why it’s there. Overall, very nice experience staying at this hotel.

Simply first class. I have stayed at some very nice hotels but the staff here are the best I have experienced. They couldn’t be better, always striving to go the extra mile and finding ways to enhance my stay. Particular call out to Nazeem, Nellie, Ousama and Victoria. Can’t be faulted. Simply fantastic and well done to all involved. The hotel itself is perfect, resort feel but fantastic location with top notch decor and facilities. House keeping manager was also fantastic, coming around every night to ensure my room was perfect. Also really valued the GM speaking to me. That also means a lot and he is doing a phenomenal job. I would give this hotel more stars if I could. We went to celebrate my husband‘s birthday who’s been in hospitality for many years. We both absolutely were delighted with our stay. The hotel staff were always in touch and helped to coordinate a beautiful in-room luxurious experience to celebrate his birthday. Though it was certainly pricey, they did an absolutely magnificent job. I joined "friends of Mandarin Oriental" and was able to get a beautiful upgrade. Leandro, Victoria and team are doing a fine job and the hotel is obviously very well run by Martin Schnider, the GM. Great gym, good bar, nice breakfast, and many little touches that make this a memorable stay. For certain will be back.

We were there for a dinner with friends. Our host was Susan Karamanian, a resident there. She is always a most gracious host and close friend. She has nothing but positive comments about her experience living there. We were served on a BEAUTIFUL patio. The service was impeccable and the food was superb.

Exceptional service. The hotel meets and even exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious with all the amenities you expect to find in a 5* hotel. The personnel was very friendly and helpful to all of our needs. Breakfast was amazing at the Mosaic restaurant.
