The place is spectacular! We booked a 4 bedroom apartment and i felt very comfortable staying in with my family during Eid Aladha. The rooms were very specious and accommodated us very well. The facilities were great for kids as the hotel contained a kids area and a large swimming pool that has slides for kids. In addition to that the pool area had jacuzzi, sauna and steam room as well as a well equipped gym. Thanks to Charmine and Nadeem for the hospitality.

The hotel is amazingly located in West Bay. The suites are very spacious and service is impeccable. Unfortunately, the furniture is a bit aged, although still comfortable.

Kempinski Hotel & Residences, Doha. The personnel in the gym told me off because I did not put my towel in the basket, and they are never helpful with gym equipment. Still I have not understood what their job is apart from chatting on mobile and playing on internet. The cleaners stole some of my items when I shifted from one apartment to the other. I had mould problems in the drawers, and I still have as they said they cannot use bleach but only eco-friendly products. So fair enough for the environment, but I am breathing in mould everyday even if I am paying for a 5-star hotel. We had a problem with mots, and still have, even if they came to take pictures of my clothes eaten by insects, they never took the right measures, they sent the pest control who sprayed the same pesticides they had sprayed 2 days before to prevent cockroaches.

Apt huge and nice. Breakfast 110 riyals and it really bad. Bathroom shower need some improvement. Location is the best thing about this property

While going to restaurants you can feel the cozy lobby with the fresh smell and the cleanliness of the property,very delicious food and nice ambiance at the Zengo restaurant and the amazing view from the 61 floor.

One of the worst experiences you will ever have. Don't bother! if you spent the money to come to Qatar, please spend the money elsewhere to have a hotel experience that is actually not similar to a third-world country. The manager, hotel staff, and workers are good at putting smiles but they are a running car with no one behind the wheel. NOTHING WORKS and the staff just puts on smiles and says it is first-class service. The room and services are all thrid class trust me. Dont come here!!! The hotel down the street is 5x the class ! I hope you read this before the management erases the bad reviews to make it seem like all they do is get good reviews here.

The hotel is a great destination for families, very convenient and the accomodation can fits all. The one thing wasn’t good in my experience is that the water heater in the master bedroom was not working and i asked them to fix it three times and it is not fixed. Which means that one bathroom is not counted and all family had to shower in one bathroom since there is only 2 showers in the apartment. That was realy bad.

Always been a fan of this hotel. Nice spacious rooms and great service. Central and walking distance to W hotel nightclub & the mall.

Stayed there for a month, and overall the rooms were very clean. I had some issues with the appliances as the Fridge was leaking but it did not really concern the staff when I told them which was the only negative. Good and quick services straight to my room, a solid gym, and a great pool to work out in. I wouldn't mind living here for a whole year.

One of the nicest buildings in West Bay, well decorated. The internet is a disaster, though. Constant interruptions of service, low signal, and an outdated surveillance system that only bothers legitimate users.

Good and amazing food at Maya restaurant but to get there was a disaster because the road closures.

We had an excellent stay here. The rooms are big and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. They have an indoor pool which is great for winters. Gym and sauna are clean and well maintained. Two restaurants on the top floor. Will definitely visit the restaurant some day. Krishna at the front desk was professional and prompt. Thank you Kempenski for the great stay.

It's very satisfied, amazing and we love our stay celebrating our sons birthday. Their amenities was also good. Even in hot weather you can enjoy swimming because it was indoor pool with some slide to the kid's pool which makes my son feel happy. Our experience with one night is perfect.

Highly recommended!!!!! The stay here was absolutely amazing. We booked a 2bhk and the apartment was super spacious, clean and beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped. The rooms were very spacious with built in cupboards and plenty of storage. Everything about this stay was great!!

One of the finest addresses in Doha. Amazing service and hospitality. Spacious rooms. Only down side is the location due to never ending roadworks. Views are also ok if you are on higher floors (25 plus)

The apartments are in good condition and the facilities as well. The staff is firendly but sometimes I felt they were not well trained. The gemof the team or managment is Ms. Chau, she always finds a solution for any problem, she is professional. The only disadvantages in pandemic's time is to share the flat with 4 tenants which it may be difficult to co-live. It has been always the best choice to life in West Bay with all the facilities and in an environtment of 5 stars hotel at a reasonable price. I hihgly recommend you if you are new in Doha, you can also make new frineds visiting its restaurants or clubs. Another thing I need to highlight is the beach. Definetely it is the best private beach in Doha.

We had dinner in Laliga , great environment and delicious food. Tidy up lobby entrance cleanlines, well attended and maintained lobby. restroom nice smell and hygienic.
