    Hello, I'm currently staying in the hotel for my 2 day quarantine. I don't want to sound too rude, but the food is terrible, and salty. The dessert is not sweet enough to cover the salt taste left in my mouth. I asked for 2 juice packs as I know that one won't be enough to help me swallow the food and they said only one juice pack per person. Even the tea or water isn't helping with the salt taste left in my mouth. The other services are fine comparatively. I don't know if a 4 star hotel doesn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste. But the hotels I've been to before, provides every single thing even if they are a 3 star hotel. The biggest issue is the bad tasting food. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. The bathroom has a broken lock. There needs to be another hair conditioner as there are 2 shampoos. And the room needs a power adapter to charge devices, as the one in the bathroom is not safe to use and barely works.

    Location is good but management doesn’t coordinate with each other. Room service is very slow. The property is not maintained and the quality of products are cheap. The AC in the room doesn’t work well.

    A great experience really. My overall stay was indeed a memory to keep. Their rooms are modern and well equipped with modern gadgets and comfy beds. I loved their staffs allot because of their caring and loving nature they have been groomed into. I mean this people care not only in professional level but also in a personal way. I want to give a shout out to the duty manger at the reception and the guest relations staff. Thank plaza inn and surely would recommend anyone to visit here. 5star services

    2days Quarantine experience: booked as check in at 6:00AM. Reported at reception at 6:45AM. But I get in room only at 11:00AM. Till that time waiting at lobby. Very bad time management. But, Room Service: Very good Response on concern: very good Employee behaviour: very good Quarantine food quality & quantity: Good but Verity on food not up to mark. Suggestions: Most of quarantine people coming after long journey and will be tiered. Treat them in better way.

    It’s a big lie that this hotel considered itself a 4 stars hotel!! I went to 3 stars hotels before and they have better service in all aspects. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional until the manger came. They don’t provide parking for customers and asked to find yourself parking! The room is not clean and the A/C vent is so dirty and dusty and I have asthma there is smell everywhere! The curtains are so old barely could attach them The bed is another story it’s a piece of trash kept together to make a bed! I had backache after sleeping on it and at once I felt it will fall apart! So crazy The room is the smallest room I have ever seen in 4 stars hotel you can’t move easily and the bathroom and toilet is the same and there’s no complementary materials until asking and receptionist won’t bring all of them because he was so just unprofessional When I called the receptionist, he closed the line and give me busy!! The fire alarm will work for anything even not smoke to wake you up like zombie don’t know what’s going on!! What a bad experience in this hotel! Not recommended to anyone even if you stay for one hour

    The facilities are very old and outdated, the rooms and the main hall are smiling very bad, personeel are great and helpful, this hotel should be rated as 2 stars hotel, management and staff are good and helpful but they don’t own the hotel so they can’t do much. Internet is very good although the network is not secured. General advise for any one want to book a hotel in any place, if the hotel is new then it is your first choose even if it is not 4 or 5 stars

    The hotel is more of a 3 star rather than a 4 star. The corridors smell like humidity. Also 1/2 phones in the room don’t work. Overall, the hotel needs renovation.

    I stayed in this hotel for two months and I can summarize my experience for you. I hope that it will be useful to the hotel management so that it improves its performance. You can see the attached videos and photos. 1- Food and room services: The food was excellent all the time. I congratulate the chef for what he has done and is doing. But the prices are very high, especially coffee and drinks. 2-Housekeeping: it was excellent but needs some improvement (I saw a cockroach in the room once). 3- The Gym and the swimming pool: The swimming pool is very small and I was never excited to use it, but for Gym, the service there was poor and there were machines that remained broken throughout my stay and they did not repair them. Also, the elevator that connects to these two places is separate, and its card was always broke, and the management did not fix it, even though I told them several times. 4- Parking: I do not know why the administration wants to charge fees for parking (10 riyals per day). 5- There is a very annoying issue, which is the fire alarm going off for no reason and waking us up after midnight. 6- The prices for cleaning and washing clothes are very high, and every time I wash my clothes in a place outside the hotel. I hope to see the attached videos and photos. Thanks to the management. You can ask me about anything.

    Very poor service Staff need major improvement on hotel etiquette. Absolutely rude receptionist with very limited information and simply disrespect to all hospitality standards. Raising voice and cutting the line during the call was a sample of the experience you may get in that hotel. Not mentioning the strains on the furniture and inoperative bathtub. Overall experience - not recommended

    I would like to state that I had a stay at your property Plaza Inn Doha This is to inform you that I have noticed poor cleaning service at your premises. Also, the toilet was not at all cleaned. Respected, I would state that the room reserved was not cleaned properly and also the room service was not responsive I feel sad to inform that the stay was not up to the mark and nowhere met our expectation. I believe you will consider this issue so as to prevent the same for other people who stay at your premises. For any queries, Complaint for hotel front desk after waiting for an hours after I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a room I was a tired.     I stayed there for one night ,1st of July. 4 star hotel,but the service was 5 star to be honest, check in took us less than ten minutes which i wish it took longer enjoying the conversation with Danello in reception,a very professional and kind with a high standards of ethics. For sure will be back again and again.thank you for the extra ordinary service.

    The location is fantastic. It's literally near everything. But the service was just OK. First, the check in process took more than half an hour. Then there was no toothbrush and we had to ask for it. There was also no body shampoo but only hair shampoo and conditioner. The room was very basic. However, they were very generous with water and shampoo.

    Good location, but the night staff reception does not have any clue of what hospitality and customer service is - rude & unhelpful. No coordination between staff, when we were promised by day staff to get 2 rooms together/same floor nearby as were friends traveling down for vacation. The staff rudely responds to we are fully booked and will not do anything! Need to be trained how to deal with situation and customers! Upselling bigger rooms does not help Post juggling between rooms - one of the rooms Ac did not cool as much the other and on raising a request to check on the issue, hotel staff replied they can’t do anything in this situation and body shammed saying - “ one guy is fat he may need more cold other may not as he is thin” Definitely raising this to ministry of tourism on the behavior

    Sadly I have to write  this review for this hotel. As our stay here is 10 days and it's a work trip. We normally have to make a request 3 times through reception and than wait for 1 hour to simply wait for action.  Housekeeping is professional but slow. In the spa the staff is half naked smoking in front of the pool.  Absolutely useless. He is probably there to stare at women. At least that's how it felt. He's only function. Reception is not responsive. No wifi  and they keep promising to fix the problem and deal everything in fact nothing is happening. Rooms are having awful smell. Staff of the hotels and the spa is not friendly simply ignoring the requests. Have not tried the restaurant yet. Afraid do be more disappointed.

    The manager and reception staff are not cooperative at all. They didn't support me to get my bag which i kept there. I tried to explain them multiple times abt my situation. Still they stick on protocols and i missed my flight. Very cheap behaviour not friendly at all. The manager is very egoistic and rude to me . I told him that i am a google local guide and he replied he dont care.

    If you chosing thiz hotel just know that they don't provide parking that's gonna be separate charge they will tell u it's limited parking first time in Qatar bad experience worst part was when I asked for extra blanket they gave me 1 with blood so.. over all I would never chose this If I knew earlier! Worst experience for the first time!

    Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is walkable to corniche, museums and souq. Everything is just around the corner. The hotel rooms are so comfortable and cozy. The services are great at the hotel. I would like to mention a few staff names. SOM MAYA from the reception front desk is so helpful and kind. She ensured we had a nice room and assisted us with a perfect room with a great view. ANISH from housekeeping was helpful and had a smile on his face everytime. I needed a few amenities and he helped us with it immediately. DIPAK from reception and JULIUS from the security were very welcoming everytime we entered and exited the hotel. They tried to have a small conversation with us and made us feel comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay. Loved every bit of it.

    3-Jul-23: Plaza Inn Hotel did a facelift during the last one year and it is looking awesome now. Location of hotel is very near to Corniche and Museum of Qatar. Morning complementary breakfast buffet is nice with decent options for veg, non-veg items. Gym and their swimming pool also nice. Staffs and their service is commendable.

    Very worst service. Not Safe!! My young niece was in quarantine and one of the male staff entered her room and said he had to check for something. As per the quarantine rules no one is allowed to enter in the room. Incase there was any urgent need to check the room.. it could have been done by a female staff!! Why Male?? She is alone there and still has to stay 2 more days.. How and Who assures her safety??

    We booked via the discover Qatar portal as it was the most affordable option there. The hotel is located at a perfect place from where you can visit all the tourist attractions in Doha city. It has a spa, gym and swimming pool at the rooftop. The wifi service was very poor in terms of stability and speed. The room service was good. The prices of the meals are comparatively higher if you opt for that.

    The hotel is 1 star standard. The hotel room Air Condition does not work. We requested 2 queen beds, but they did not give. parking, they are charging an extra 10 qar for what i dont know. if they offer for free, then also i will not book this hotel worst hotel, room quality, and service.

    I had a really bad experience, I have visited the hotel twice and both times I had a bad experience. In the morning from 08:00 to 11:00 there was a back to back fire alarm ringing with no reason. When called and checked as per them it's maintenance check was going on. But my question is to the management who approves for maintenance in the morning when all the guests will be sleeping. It was the worst experience I have ever seen. I have visited several other hotels but never encountered this kind of service. My question to the staff while check-in time was why they didn't inform us? We would have changed our mind and went to another hotel

    1. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful. 2. They took almost 3 hours to check In after the arrival at Hotel one of my worst experience yet. I arrived there by 6.20am and they gave key by 9.05am as per reception staff " House keeping team not yet ready your room". 3. Food quality is below average with respect to booking charges. 4. Rooms n furniture are average.

    Worst hotel for quarantine. Night mare. Water leaking in the toilet and blocked always. No availability of Cold water or hot water if you need specifically. Same like the climate you get water which is terrible. There is no ac unit working in the reception. One Filipino reception phone attender told me that they don't have call back option from hotel. He said that customer should call back which is ridiculous.

    Calling it poor insult to the word poor. They claim to be 4 star but they don't deserve even a single star. Discrimination against Muslim specifically against Pakistanis. Rooms and Food served is highly substandard. Even one has to ask for toiletries to get available in the washrooms. I will strongly recommend not to even think about this substandard hotel.

    I booked the hotel and paid online 2 days in advance. When I reached the hotel at night at 9:30 PM, they said the room is not yet ready. You have to wait, or else you can cancel your booking, i waited an hour after travelling and work as well, I was super tired, and customer service was worse than ever. I see they were not responding well even though I booked online and paid in advance. Room cleaning was not good at all. Reception customer service was below the worst.

    My worst stay in a hotel in the past 3 years. I am surprised this hotel have a 4 star rating. The check in procedure was a headache. Paid full amount throw a third app and tried to call them multiple times to confirm my check in with no answer. So I stayed at friend to receive a message throw the app that if I do not check in before 6 pm my reservation will be canceled (I already paid the full amount of my reservation). After checking in, I discovered there is a quarantine in the hotel. I understand there is no risk of being exposed to the virus, but it made unnecessary headache to walk to the elevator from the room. The guests are allowed to only use elevators while there are more than 6 elevators. Also, there always limited parking and when parking staff take the care keys which I really hated. Parking in basement is not option for me because there is no elevators from parking in basement to the hotel lobby nor to the rooms. The decoration in the room it seems pretty old. Curtains are in bad condition and doesn’t block the light at all. GYM and Swimming pool are closed. Food delivery is not allowed to room guest must go down to the lobby to take it. Room services at night has a very limited option. Cleaning is in bad condition specially in the bathroom. My two stars is only because it is the cheapest option I found on the app. My last stay here.

    Check in took quite long (20minutes). The room is nice but we only got 1 towel for two persons. When we visited the pool was closed due to maintenaince which was not cummunicated in advance. The hotel is not really in the city center. The fact that we had no acces to a pool in a country with 43°C temperatures was a very big disappointment.

    Hotel stay felt terribly bad. Very unclean and unhygienic. AC could not be operated from inside the rooms. Extremely poor service, basic necessities had to be requested (like toothbrush, paste etc.) Parking fees costed 10 QAR per night which is not mentioned at the booking time. Impolite behaviour from the receptionist for extending the check out time. I would not recommend this hotel again and is solely the reason why I am putting this review on board. Out of all the 4 hotels I have been in doha, this is the only hotel that was a complete disappointment. As all reviews posted here is receiving automated reply, i highly request you to not do the same failing on the attentiveness of the concern.

    DO NOT GO! They are liars and thieves. I tried to check in and my bags were searched. Metal detector, guards, dirty people, overcrowded tiny reception. The receptionist REFUSED to let me check in. No apparent reason. The manager also refused, said that they wouldn’t allow it. So I asked for a refund and they said it would have to be done through Expedia where I booked it. Expedia also said that they couldn’t refund because the hotel wouldn’t allow it. Never got a room, was stuck at 10:45pm on the side of the street, and NEVER GOT A REFUND. TERRIBLE

    I didn't think that the room was as old as some of the reviews said, but not brand new. Surely the management should think about the maintenance before the guests start spreading the bad reputation, like the security box does not work to close and is not even fixed to the wall, the cage place of soap in the bathtub falls down on the floor, black crows keep living right next to the window making it dirty day by day. It is the maintenance that the hotel management should consider the most. The most urgent task is the water leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom above. The location is very nice, close to the centre of the tourist area, 10 minutes walk to the Souq Waqif and the National Museum. On the other hand, it's quiet both day and night. It seems to be run by one of the Indian capital's. The price depends on the season, which is inevitable. Some of the staff were friendly during my long stay of 10 nights, assuming that they remembered me.

    I spent 5 nights in Plaza Inn Hotel. Everything was excellent. The price was affordable, cleanliness of the rooms was good enough. It has a clean pool on the rooftop. The view of the room was also nice. It is near to everywhere. If I will have a chance to go to Doha again, I will stay in here.

    Unbelievable cheap and very high standard hotel. Convine located 10 minutes away from subway. Maybe the windows are not very clean to enjoy the beautiful view but perhaps in the desert it is not easy to keep them clean. Ah yes, the shower gel was missing but they have a soap which is ok too. For such price in Europe one can book only a hostel😂. Prima!

    Two stars thanks to being relatively close to a metro station, National Museum, Souq Waqif. But… First thing we noticed when we entered was an unpleasant smell caused by the humidity of the room. When we wanted to open the window, we realized it was sealed. We asked then if we could get a room with an "opening" window, but reception told us all rooms have sealed windows to avoid triggering the fire alarm (?!), so they sent a maintenance guy who came with an air freshener to cancel the smell. Obviously, didn't help with the humidity. Also, water in the shower takes ages to run hot, the amount of wasted water while waiting is incredible. With all of this, the prices on the hotel menu are as high as they can get. If you are unlucky and get an interior room, be ready to spend time in an always dark and humid place. In the end we obviously decided to stay because we didn't want to stress about moving, asking for a refund, etc, but would not choose this hotel ever again.

    During Eid, crowded people should be expected, but during that time AC in lobby is not good all guest are complaining. Also I book with king bed and queen bed but only one bed they have, parking doesn't have elevator direct to lobby.

    Room , Staff , Surronding are good. Issue is of AC installation. As per hotel formt 2 rooms are combine with one main door but the AC controller for both room is common. Two seperate family cannot have same AC temprature requirement..... Would suggest every room should have their own AC controller

    Currently staying at this hotel in a quarantine package. Everything was fine until I was just sleeping and they had some housekeeping checklist to finish. This guy just knocked thrice on my door while I was sleeping and entered the room while I was sleeping. When I confronted him his defense was that he knocked three times. My question to him was why they can't call the room or come later. When I called the receptionist she says, "Ma'am he knocked three times, you can put the chain next time". What's wrong with the staff here? I had already read reviews about the place and didn't expect much but the audacity they have to not even apologize. Does their staff even enter our rooms when we're not there and our luggage is lying around? And how dare they not even apologize for invading a person's privacy like that?

    Had to change rooms because they smelled awful. It was kind of mold smell. Even after changing rooms the smell was still there. In a room of 2 adults, there was only 1 towel provided. When asked for another one, it took them half a day and a reminder. Otherwise it was clean and rooms were spacious.

    After reading all the reviews, I was confused whether to cancel my hotel quarantine. But luckily it turned out to be a good experience. Everything was fast and well organized. The staffs(luggage transfer, PCR, food delivery), the customer service, the cleanliness of the room and washroom, food quality, Wifi, TV, AC, fridge everything was quite good and met the expectations of a 4 star hotel.

    I have stayed for two nights quarantine in plaza inn hotel doha. 2nd day of my stay at around 4pm I have called at reception to enquire about my PCR test, Receiptionist who was telling his name Elister has misbehave and cut the phone. I have called several time but he was not picking phone. After dialing number plenty of time he responded with the same rude way. I tried to contact his manager but couldn't. I am really very disappointed by unethical behavior of hotel staff.

    Rooms are arranged weirdly and not in a good way...I mean, probably not safe because of the seemingly mazed arrangement (what about in case of fire?!). However, their rooms are tidy and staff are friendly. Also, construction is ongoing just before you step in the reception lobby... it's something related to the outside works, but heyy come on, please organize things there, as we've scratched our car against the trash bin located at the rear car entrance. Overall, it's still an acceptable hotel, well if you will consider the price and location (proximity to the tourist sites) By the way, the carpet smells and looks like it needs some major maintenance.

    Rooms and other services were good but the management is not satisfactory. Parking was also one of the issue as that day there was some event in the hotel. Pricing was a bit high I felt. Otherwise all good.

    This hotel is below any possible critics. Unprofessional. Not kind and 0 customer focus. They cancel my booking without letting me know. I called them twise and received assurance that i have my room (even in writing).As a result when on site I had no room. Disgusting. Don't go there - otherwise you will end up in the street as I did at 5 AM!

    Best place to have the weekend or occasional events, i was there for quarantine facility for 2 days the experience was very good with good hospitality, but the food wasn’t suites me well since the menu has indian, continental foods but quite salt less .. and the staff on the front desk requested me to wait until they finish the first customer and the way he instructed me was quite awkward.. my suggestion is to treat their customers with the humble way either its for regular booking or quarantine booking. And the other facilities are good, especially i loved the room ambiences..

    It is mentioned that 4 star hotel but to be honest.. It is not even look like 3 stars hotel in term of services and other things. We requested for early check-in due to flight arrival time but denied and later on we went to late check-in at 2:00AM and respond by receptionist was astonished that room was not ready yet and had to wait more than a hour. Just imagine After getting 7 hours flight and paid in advance for room and room was not ready untill 2:00AM.Worst service ever.. Only location is good..Doha cornich is walking distance but the other things are horrible.

    Hotel ambiance and facilities are good.. but very poor service to customers. Most of the staffs are behaving like we are having a free accommodation. Food choices are terrible. Rates are too high comparing to the service. If someone is coming for any quarantine stay please avoide it.

    I have stayed here for 6 nights and generally had a decent experience. When checking in, Yasir, was kind enough to give me an upgrade to a bigger room, which was very generous. In genreal, the hotel is a bit dated but as I was mostly away and only was their at the end of the day to sleep so it didn't bother me much. Albeit only a handful of power socket worked in the room and the others didn't. Had some issues with the room key card as it would always lock me out and had to go down to the reception to get the card reprogrammed. During my stay the hotel was also used as a quarantine hotel, thus was always busy. Didn't dine there at anytime so cannot comment on the food they provide.

    Stayed during quarantine and the food being sent to the room was so horrible that I ended up skipping meals or ordering food from outside. Worst food I've tasted in my life. The room was nice though (but not well cleaned).

    Great room service and sociable and kind staffs. Our flight was at 6pm and we checked out at 12 and asked them to put our items in luggage room for those hours to stay in lobby but the reception staff kindly told us we can stay at the same room before we go to the airport.

    Overall had a pretty good stay. -1 star for sending an email when I landed in Doha saying my booking would be cancelled because I did not say I would be checking in after 6pm..which I found very scary and a bit rude. I emailed them 3 days before my stay that I would be arriving late after 9pm and they replied saying no problem. Bad communication in their part. -1 star for the bathroom having standing water. Never been to a hotel that had to go through a metal detector. Not sure if that's a normal thing in Qatar. Pros: Staff was very nice and pleasant overall. Wifi was good and food at the restaurant was pretty okay. Bed and room was nice as well with 2 liters of free water bottles.

    Hi a huge plus to Mahindra that checked us in. We had an fantastic time. All amenities is near hotel. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay here. The weather was hot but bearable.. Love love it. Sad to have to leave. All the best for the Fifa World Cup. 10/10

    Rooms are good but not specious specially the standard room. Service is good. The best thing is location. Anyone can reach easily here. Swiming pool on rooftop. Nice one... Staffs are good and very corporative.

    Great experience with great service and staff . My experience was during extremely busy time a day through the World Cup final , but despite that experience was very spectacular. Suite is nice and clean - cost vs value is great (Considering peak time like this and comparing with others )- perfectly situated hotel - staff are soooo friendly . I am sure experience after World Cup will be even far better . Very well recommended 3.5 stars hotel to stay in down town Doha . Again , it is depending on your priorities . And this hotel served all my priorities that time

    We were excited to stay in this hotel! We faced a problem when entering the room, and we were already thinking about changing it, but with the help of Miss Sana from the reception, who offered us an alternative very quickly and with high service and solved our problem very quickly! I am very grateful for her high level of service and work😊 Definitely recommended to visit!

    Nice stay. Cannot fault the staff - they were all super friendly/professional/helpful. Aktar in particular at breakfast, the lady on front desk as I arrived at 2am on 22nd Feb 23, the man on security Julius (also security man as I arrived) and Bijo Matthew who came straight over and asked if he could help as I waited to check out. I was travelling alone for the first time in a different country but very safe and welcomed here. Negatives are that I felt the room was slightly tired, albeit still very clean but I suppose places can’t stay new forever! The wifi can be a bit on/off and the phone to reception was crackly but you can WhatsApp reception also which I thought was a great alternative. All in all, a nice stay, made so by the staff.
