I
stayed
for
five
nights
at
the
park
hyatt
in
Doha
with
my
family.
As
a
globalist
traveler
-Globalist
is
the
highest
category
of
Hyatt
loyalty
program-
I
prefer
to
stay
in
Hyatt
hotels
wherever
I
travel,
however,
after
my
recent
stay
at
Park
Hyatt
Doha,
I
am
reconsidering
my
choice
of
Hyatt
hotels.
In
terms
of
location,
Park
Hyatt
is
close
to
Souq
Wagif
and
many
restaurants
in
Musherib
district
and
its
a
nice
area,
but
it
is
also
far
from
the
important
spots
like
Katara,
the
Pearl,
and
all
the
big
malls
by
20-25
minutes
drive.
The
breakfast
was
really
good,
and
the
staff
was
wonderful,
especially
Hamza
and
the
ladies
at
the
entrance
of
the
restaurant.
The
main
reason
for
my
low
rating
is
the
room's
hygiene.
In
my
first
few
nights
I
got
allergic
reaction
(red
spots)
on
my
feet,
which
I
thought
might
be
mosquito
bites,
and
then
a
family
member
got
the
same
red
spots
the
day
after
(we
stayed
in
the
same
room).
In
the
following
day,
I
found
a
bigger
red
spot
on
my
arm,
which
made
me
worry
about
the
mattress
and
bedding
hygiene.
I
pulled
out
the
first
layer
of
bedsheet,
and
I
found
2
hairs
that
didn't
belong
to
us,
and
I
got
disgusted
and
couldn't
continue
looking
if
there
was
bed
bugs,
but
at
first
glance
I
did
not
see
any.
Moreover,
the
automatic
curtains
were
stuck
most
of
the
time,
and
none
of
the
housekeeping
staff
bothered
to
fix
them.
As
a
result,
I
emailed
Hyatt
hotels
and
the
Visitors
Relations
Manager
of
the
hotel,
Ms.Salina.
She
called
and
investigated
the
issue
and
passed
by
our
room
and
suggested
to
move
us
to
another
suite
similar
to
ours.
To
be
honest
I
was
expecting
at
least
moving
to
an
upgraded
suite,
or
getting
a
complementary
dinner
or
even
a
fruit
plate
in
our
new
suite,
but
nothing.
We
didn’t
even
get
a
call
from
the
management
if
everything
is
ok
or
if
we
need
anything.
However,
we
went
out
and
later
at
night
when
we
came
back
to
the
room
we
found
a
flower
bouquet
without
a
card,
and
honestly
it
didn’t
change
my
perception
but
it
even
made
me
sure
that
we
were
getting
the
minimum
effort
and
the
hotel
management
couldn’t
careless,
because
I
know
what
caring
hotels
management
would
do
if
such
hygiene
issue
happened
to
a
special
/
loyal
customer.
As
I
checked
out,
I
spoke
to
Mr.
Tarek,
who
was
the
only
one
who
really
tried
to
do
whatever
he
could
for
us
to
change
our
perception,
but
as
I
told
him
it
was
too
late,
they
should
have
taken
action
then,
not
now,
when
I
was
checking
out.
As
a
result,
If
I
wanted
to
visit
Doha
again,
I
won't
be
choosing
Park
Hyatt
Doha
at
all.
