MONEY STOLEN: This is a hard review to write because the property is wonderful, however we had $240 stolen out of our hotel SAFE!! That’s right! Either they haven’t changed the basic override combo or someone with sticky fingers knows the master combo. We are 100% sure and counted our money before putting it in the safe to see how much we had together for tips. Very disappointing!! Park Hyatt - If you’re reading this…you have a problem that needs to be fixed. We are certainly not the first this has happened to. Stay date May 11th and it happened when we went for dinner.

My layover stay at Park Hyatt Doha was an absolute delight. Despite a late check-in, the process was seamless. Special mention to the lady at the front desk who was a paragon of professionalism and warmth. Their prompt response to a special request of mine, going as far as purchasing an item from a nearby shop, truly showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. The room was spacious with an appealing interior design, and the rooftop bar provided both scenic views and tasty drinks. A consistent display of top-notch service made my stay memorable. A strong 5-star recommendation.

This hotel is amazing and situated in an excellent place for tourists to walk around the downtown area. It is located within minutes walk to the souq waqif. The hotel was super clean and staff was very courteous. Breakfast was absolutely perfect and the inside of the hotel is just too beautiful. We had a great time here and would return again!

Park Hyatt is one of our favorite places in Doha. Especially Sora Doha is amazing in every time of the day. Friday brunch and sunset at Sora is a catch. Japanese food lovers need to keep this place in their to do list.

Amazing hotel, great location, all the stuff were so friendly and most thanks for concierge guy (Vasebilly). If you want to be in the middle of Doha go for it.

Modern rooms with lovely views. I really appreciate the ability to walk to souq waqif and take a short ride to the airport (compared to many luxury hotels in Doha).

A few minutes walk from the Souq, staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for us, especially Anoushka, lovely hotel with very clean facilities, the only downside is that the pool isn't in the sun but the beds are very comfy. Room was big, separate shower, bath, toilet, coffee machine in the room, breakfast was phenomenal, so much choice.

Fantastic location within Msheireb; nice 4-min walk to Souq Wakif, 2-min walk to Msheireb metro station. Great service from various staff during my 2-week stay here. Deep and heartfelt thanks to the following staff for their exceptional service: (1) Jason, Saw, Eliaph and the breakfast team at Opus, (2) Salina from reception, (3) Raju from the ground floor concierge, (4) Keegan from the gym. Billing however was poorly managed. I don't understand why the hotel would allow such an amazing 2-week experience be ruined at the end of the trip. Ground floor concierge also lost a metro card that I left for their safekeeping, belonging to another long-stay guest at the hotel. Edit: Hotel has rectified the billing issue and worked on service recovery. Will update if I get the chance to return for another stay.

Stayed for a whole 2 months and 10 days. There are some good and neutral experiences. Location is superb, right in the middle of the city, easy and close to everywhere. Metro is only 5 mins of walk, souq waqif is 5 mins away as well. I started during Ramadhan, and the buffet menu was exciting! They let me take away whatever I want for suhoor. But after Ramadhan, the breakfast menu hardly ever changes. The yogurt is good. And they're generous even after you had breakfast and want something to go, they'll give you a box. lunch and dinner menu at opus are very limited, but they manage to customize some menu on weekends for me. Chef Harley from indonesia cooked me Indonesia food, which was very good. And the always pleasant dining service from saw. Housekeeping is strangely pushy. Twice a day is too much, really. I asked for just once a day, but i know that they still come in the evening cause things moved slightly I asked for room changed a couple of times, but the reception shot me down and basically said all rooms and views are the same. But how is that possible? Views gotta be slightly different. The female gym is nice and basically always empty. The sauna, steam, and experienced shower are nice. The massage is nice, too. The valley service is fast, and I sometimes got my car out according to schedule even though i didn't ask for it. Sora is nice, but i feel like they're always rushing to get me out of there 😄. Would i go back, yes, for a business trip. It is the perfect place.

Fantastic Park Hyatt property. Probably the best location to stay when in Doha along with the Mandarin Oriental as both are in Msheireb area and close to Souq Waqef, area is very walkable and close to most attractions and museums short drive away. What stands out to me was the service by the team. Rooms were very spacious and design was calming. We would come again.

Park Hyatt Musheirib is an excellent choice, especially for events and conferences. We held an exceptional event t,here and everything was flawless, the venue, the service, the staff, the food, and the beverage. I recommend it to those seeking a venue and service that leaves a great impression.

Beautiful and Luxury hotel. I stayed in Park Hayat for four nights, and i had an amazing stay. Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and big and wide bathroom. I loved the small TV in the Bathroom it is a great idea. The room had a Lovely modern decorations. Comfortable beds and beautiful window views. and the staff is very friendly. The Lobby is sooo beautiful, and the most important thing i really Loved is the Location of the hotel is in the middle of Mushairb area which it is the heart of Doha city, when you come out the hotel you will find the beautiful streets and cozy alleys of the Beautiful Musharib, with alot of choices of cafes and restaurants. Snd the trams is nearby and the atmosphere is amazing. I really loved my stay in this hotel and definitely i will come back to it.

Doha is a city oozing confidence and style, filled with modern shopping malls and traditional souqs. Park Hyatt Doha places you in the center of it all in Msheireb, close to many of the city’s most iconic experiences. The Amiri Diwan, Qatar’s seat of government, is within walking distance, and the historic Souq Waqif is moments away. There is also a grocery store (Monoprix) conveniently located in the nearby Msheireb Galleria Mall. All of the living spaces enjoy floor to ceiling windows and designer marble bathrooms with a deep soaking tub, rain shower, and vanity sink. The hotel is the perfect place to indulge in an exquisite culinary journey at restaurants offering the best in Japanese, local and international cuisine. Few views compare to the ones found at Sora, a Japanese restaurant perched 21 floors above the city. Parking is valet and the hotel is also walking distance to Msheireb metro station.

I love the location of the hotel in Msheireb, which has quite a European feel to it. Overall I had a good experience. The staff was nice and friendly but was missing the “luxury” vibe. The breakfast room was good but slightly too warm at times. The food choice was quite god though.

  • 4/5 A A F. 6 months ago on Google
The location is prefect and the overall experience is great ( thanks to FO team), but I have few comments: The Arabic coffee at the reception tastes anything expect an Arabic coffee. The breakfast selection was very limited and not enough service was available. There was no sign of Qibla in the room.

Great location and overall a very nice hotel. However, missing are the small touches that are expected from 5-star hotel, such as familiarizing the guest (especially if its a first-time stay) with the hotel its facilities and restaurants (such as location of breakfast restaurant, serving hours, etc). Second, hotel reception staff should not gesture with their hand to where the elevators are located and sending guests on their own to find the elevator and the room is not my expectations. Repeated signatures on duplicate forms and not being aware is unprofessional in my opinion. Furthermore, Sora atmosphere is dull and lacks lustre and ambiance. Finally, when reception staff confirms that I will receive points for my stay and do not follow-up is not once again a guests expectation from a 5-star service.

I'm so happy I stayed at Park Hyatt Doha. It will be my go to hotel now for all my business trips in Qatar. The rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable, quiet and inviting. The colors of the rooms and the hotel are relaxing and it's a good place to rest after a long day. The room service and breakfast were delicious. I also enjoyed their Living Room area to work from. The staff was very kind, a special shout out to Ward (or Wadad?) from the breakfast area who noticed I'm pregnant and took extra care of me. Finally, the location is great in the lovely Msheirib. Highly recommend.

Super nice location very modern rooms, the hotel management needs to work on their manpower capabilities and/or competencies specifically front desk & restaurant quality standards at those spots will require left up action through implementing TQM procedures in addition to brand positioning awareness that is equipped with big focus on customer care programs.

  • 2/5 Naser A. 5 months ago on Google
They have sent us a left over pizza for my boy from the room service and when called to address a complaint, I have received an answer “ sure I will send a new one” very cold and unprofessional response. Did not expect that from Park Hyatt. The hotel is well located and had a great hospitality service, but I cannot compromise such incident if it is related to my boy’s health. Update: Ramesh came personally to our room and offered us a chocolate tart, orange juice, along with the pizza we have ordered.

I stayed for five nights at the park hyatt in Doha with my family. As a globalist traveler -Globalist is the highest category of Hyatt loyalty program- I prefer to stay in Hyatt hotels wherever I travel, however, after my recent stay at Park Hyatt Doha, I am reconsidering my choice of Hyatt hotels. In terms of location, Park Hyatt is close to Souq Wagif and many restaurants in Musherib district and its a nice area, but it is also far from the important spots like Katara, the Pearl, and all the big malls by 20-25 minutes drive. The breakfast was really good, and the staff was wonderful, especially Hamza and the ladies at the entrance of the restaurant. The main reason for my low rating is the room's hygiene. In my first few nights I got allergic reaction (red spots) on my feet, which I thought might be mosquito bites, and then a family member got the same red spots the day after (we stayed in the same room). In the following day, I found a bigger red spot on my arm, which made me worry about the mattress and bedding hygiene. I pulled out the first layer of bedsheet, and I found 2 hairs that didn't belong to us, and I got disgusted and couldn't continue looking if there was bed bugs, but at first glance I did not see any. Moreover, the automatic curtains were stuck most of the time, and none of the housekeeping staff bothered to fix them. As a result, I emailed Hyatt hotels and the Visitors Relations Manager of the hotel, Ms.Salina. She called and investigated the issue and passed by our room and suggested to move us to another suite similar to ours. To be honest I was expecting at least moving to an upgraded suite, or getting a complementary dinner or even a fruit plate in our new suite, but nothing. We didn’t even get a call from the management if everything is ok or if we need anything. However, we went out and later at night when we came back to the room we found a flower bouquet without a card, and honestly it didn’t change my perception but it even made me sure that we were getting the minimum effort and the hotel management couldn’t careless, because I know what caring hotels management would do if such hygiene issue happened to a special / loyal customer. As I checked out, I spoke to Mr. Tarek, who was the only one who really tried to do whatever he could for us to change our perception, but as I told him it was too late, they should have taken action then, not now, when I was checking out. As a result, If I wanted to visit Doha again, I won't be choosing Park Hyatt Doha at all.

With the exorbitant price they charge the room service is pathetic for quarantine guests . The meals are not provided on time and is not of good quality. And extremely rude behavior from the staff . This needs to be checked up and guests should be treated with respect. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I loved my stay, a new property with a very strategic location, dedicated staff. Big well equipped gym and facilities. I noticed that men & ladies gym were segregated most probably due to cultural and religious reasons. Although men's get the bigger gym, steam room and the sauna were ladies gets the hot top and the 4th floor!! The breakfast was a la carte with variety of options to choose from, views from the rooms were beautiful. Definitely coming back soon.

Average experience, Adam was helpful while Alexandra from the spa very unprofessional not explaining the guest the hotel policy, she replied with the smile I m not able to use the outdoor pool because I m unvaccinated. Was Adam who sorted out the whole situation explaining was one unvaccinated guest using the pool and I need to wait until he leaves. The breakfast was good but nothing special, the bacon wasn't properly fried while the coffes were just warm.

Park Hyatt is a beautiful hotel 🤩 in Doha, Qatar 🇶🇦. It’s strategic location and staff are so lovely and supportive. 🙏🏼 It has very good cafes and restaurants next to it. I highly recommend you go to “Rusk Artisanal Bakery” for breakfast. Dior exhibition is 10 mins away. Our room was (twin bedroom) no view. But the Bathroom 🚽 is so nice. The marble is so breathtaking. One comment is that the complimentary coffee ☕️ is very bad, it’s very light and Tasteless. The coffee is transparent. I thought at the beginning I did not press the capsule in the machine properly but apparently that’s not the case. I think the hotel refill their own coffee in the capsule. But overall, my experience was nice and I’m very happy, next time I’ll bring my own coffee 😂

Had an amazing stay at this hotel has a very nice pool on the roof open until 1030 pm at night. Absolutely love the ladies spa area, has a nice jacuzzi, steam and sauna room. Came here on a vacation and Qatar is a must see country this hotel had Absolutely amazing polite and well informed staff for the area and things to do. The buffet cost about $34 US dollars i suggest going to the little market across walking and buying food from there. Stunner view from balcony and rooftop. Amazing beautiful accommodatable rooms, beds were very sturdy and soft. Room itself has bathtub with TV in front and great toilet/showers.

Great experience. Location is good. A lot of shopping, Souqs nearby. I guess my only complaint would be that every time I took something from mini bar they did not automatically re stock it. I had to call at front desk and request it.
