We hosted a surprise event here. Ms. Pranaya and Mr. Danny Enriquez were very accommodating and ensured that everything is well taken cared of, from planning up to the actual day of event. Plus, their room is clean and very comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was superb. Their waiting staff, Mr. Anas, was very courteous. This place is highly recommended. :)

Good place for bug families who want to stay for a longer time (a place where they can cook and wash their clothes.) However, very average furniture and doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Also, it has the worst lobby smell in the whole wide universe! I would not stay again here unless I have a family of 7!

Skilled management on handling cases, they responded well to my complaints and changed my room, I must say the room has spacious kitchen and bathroom, a really nice living area as well, with a private bedroom, very nice if you're looking for privacy and a beautiful sea view. I must mention that with fully equipped kitchen it is nice place for long stays.

I stayed in the hotel for five days in the finest suite in the hotel. On the first day, I faced 3 problems in the bathrooms. On the second day, I asked for coffee capsules, as we were five guys and the capsules were only 3, but the shocking answer was that a capsule was five riyals!! Is this reasonable for a five star hotel this bad? , My friend took his clothes to the dry cleaners, but surprisingly there was a delay and some clothes were lost and not brought. The room & location is beautiful but the experience was very bad.

Enjoyed my time here for the day pass at pool! Ms. Annie wassana always welcoming. Amazing Thai restaurant too. Great foods to all outlets with good service with a good location to get convenience to all landmarks and beach walk.

The night shift manager was helpful I was complain about the AC it is not working and he gave me now room. I arrived after a long road trip and I can't find the hotel because of the maintenance in the city and when I reach the hotel finally I told the lady in the reception that I had a bad time and i took 1 hour to reach the hotel! and she replied ( this is Qater) !!! without saying sory or I hope we can let you enjoy your stay and forget what happened.. or any other good answer.! also I found an insect in the room I took a picture of it. also the pictures in booking.com for the room was different than what I took.! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I lived in Centara for 2 years and my husband and I really enjoyed it. The staff is amazing and super welcoming. The apartment was super clean, very design and modern. For me it's the best hotel in Doha. The only issue for me it's the location and the construction work around.

This is an excellent property. The location is tip top. The hotel and management truly know what quality is. Room is very clean and spacious. From the moment I arrived , I was greeted by Friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome. And I want to thank Mr. Tharanga for helping us a lot. He helped us find our way to the restaurant and other areas, and helped carry Up's our luggage. Food is very tasty and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel, It offers a luxurious and memorable experience for guests.

The view of the room was amazing...the management is very good they listen to you when needed...it's a great option if you are planning for a long stay as they have fully equipped kitchen with even a dishwasher and a ☕️ coffee corner ( my favourite 😍).. Two bathrooms ..main bedroom and a small living room with a dining table -with a sea view. The location is tricky thought...because of Ashgal reconstruction the whole area is under-constructions which is basically affecting the whole area not only Centara..I believe once it's done , the accessibility would be easier for everyone especially that it is in the heart of Doha( diplomatic area)...city centre is so close if you wish to shop. The Thia restaurant is amazing for breakfast they have excellent service 😋

One of the best food and dinning experience, visited with the team for brunch, amazing taste of all the dishes. Excellent service by Monisha and Simran. I highly recommend Dalchini for anybody want to try Indian cuisine.

All staffs including ones at the front desk were so nice. I would like to appreciate a staff “Jane” for a faithful and reliable service at the front desk between the first check out and re check in on my second arrival. I like the init of kitchenette near the porch where I need the extra nespresso coffee capsules when I have a long term stay. The room has for my stay was spacious and neat except for exterior curtain wall windows due to construction sites around the property. The floor drain was still in trouble in the bathroom, with being clogged.

I had a great time at Centara hotel and was completely delighted with the whole experience. From the first moment of arrival I was greeted with a smile and this hospitality accompanied me throughout my stay. The room was cozy and stylish with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. The cleanliness and order also deserve a special mention - every corner of the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel restaurant pleased me with its variety of dishes and high quality of service. Breakfasts were rich and tasty, while lunches and dinners provided an opportunity to enjoy delicious dishes. Service left only positive impressions. The pool and fitness room were also great additions to my stay. But perhaps the most important thing about this hotel is its staff. Attentive, friendly and always ready to help, they created a special atmosphere of comfort and care. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I will definitely come back here again. Hotel is nice, people helpfull, Breakfast excellent even A la carte.. I love buffe breakfast but this hotel change my view.. Close to mall, just walking distance less 10minutes..( if you knew the direction.. ☺☺🤫🤫 ).. The view from my room are amazing.. Love to see the sunset and sunrise while stay.. Everything is WOOW.. I recommend this hotel for families, big apartments, nursery open 9:00 am , FAB breakfast buffet and good service swimming pool ( for kids ) , near to Gas station ( wogod ) including Super market, and City Center mall perfect location and view, just I didn’t like the bathrooms little old style .. but still high recommended to families have more than two kids …

I enjoyed my stay in this Thai-themed hospitality hotel. The Deluxe Room was spacious and the view from the large windows was really nice. Service is on point and staff are very accommodating, They allowed us late check-out. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet at Thai kitchen as It is a great value for money with a wide variety of choices. West Bay private beach is in the vicinity of the hotel and You can avail of a voucher from the hotel with which You can pay a QAR10 fees for beach entrance (Discounted Rate). Do not forget to ask for towels at the hotel as they are not provided at the beach.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in because of the superb service. The restaurant and buffet is clean and delicious. The room was spacious and view was great as well. The manager was accommodating and went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. The staff and reception were also amazing. They were also asking for what improvements they could make which I'm happy to share given that they want to maintain a high standard.

Very unprofessional and bad customer service for reservations. Not family friendly and not flexible at all. Would not recommend this hotel which charges extra beds for toddlers. There are many better options available out there who can accommodate families without hassle and stress free. If I could give a 0 rating I would!

Centara west bay hotel and resident Doha. one of the 5 star hotels which in my opinion is very beautiful and comfortable. comfortable rooms because there is a kitchen complete with its contents and there is a place for ironing and washing machines as well as for breakfast, the menu is complete and delicious and the employees are friendly and kind. planning to return to centara.

Amazing spacious apartments with an astonishing view of the Arabian Gulf and the skyline of Doha and The Pearl. The restaurants in the hotel are as good as the rooms. I do recommend Delchini, a progressive Indian restaurant. Thai Kitchen is a great place for fans of Thai food. I personally prefer The Mezze House, a Lebanese/Middle Eastern resto-bar with an amazing terrace where they serve exotic Shisha flavours. A must-try.

Very great location near restaurant and mall with Carrefour grocery store and a huge park all walking distances . The place is very clean and have all you need . The workers are very gentle and they speak good English . There is a gym and pool very well fornished and also there Is a baby place we’re the kids can do activities and play amd the girls that works there is very kind and gentle and she speak English … last time we went the baby place was close for Covid but I hope They reopened because I belive this is the Diamond on top for Centara since a mom have to make sure if safety for the kids

The rooms were big and nice with a good lighting, but it has alot of constructions around , the road was little bit difficult.

From the time of booking up to our check out, she ensure that everything is okay. They also upgraded our room to executive suite room for free and the room was to huge and beautiful. I want also to commend Rizal from the Restaurant for his excellent service during our breakfast he ensure that we are satisfy for the food they served and it was really good and delicious. Also one of the most tasty hotel breakfast we tried in Doha. They also gave us complimentary velvet cake and a letter, it was a sweet gesture. We really appreciate the overall stay and we'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Excellent stay!!!....yes,I've visited your hotel many times and found plenty of good services like, room service,internal bar, comforting room facilities, a very helpful location for a business visit etc...... In my opinion it will be better to add more services like..... A spa, entertaining games such as snooker,table tennis, badminton as well It will be more useful to your customers. Also I have a special thank for H.K supervisor know as Fazal who did a very excellent service....I personally recommend all customers to meet this person for a kind and very helpful service....

Excellent service, excellent location with very freindly staff The apartment was very well organized, it has everything. Good air-conditioning. The supervisors are dng a great service, specially supervisor Mr. Fazal was very helpful and management was very nice . the kitchen has everything you would need. You can really enjoy the evenings and the morning with very pleasant view with comfortable chairs and table. The fridge is a big one so it was great to fit all our stuff.
