    I recently booked two rooms at Al Mansour Plaza Hotel for myself and a friend. However, due to a sudden change in plans, my friend couldn't join me. Within an hour of check-in, I visited the reception to inform them about the cancellation. What followed was an extremely unpleasant encounter with the receptionist. The receptionist displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. When I explained the situation and requested a cancellation, he responded in a rude and condescending manner, stating that the hotel is not a supermarket. His tone escalated into shouting, which was entirely uncalled for. I requested to speak to the manager, but the receptionist outright refused my request, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected. Moreover, the condition of the room I stayed in was far from satisfactory. The room was dirty, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The state of the shower was particularly disappointing, with outdated fixtures that made it feel like a relic from the 80s. The behavior of the receptionist, combined with the unsanitary condition of the room, left me with a negative impression of Al Mansour Plaza Hotel. It is essential for a hotel to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a pleasant experience, but my encounter here fell significantly short of those expectations. I would not recommend Al Mansour Plaza Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay. The unprofessional attitude of the staff and the lack of cleanliness in the rooms are clear indicators that the hotel does not prioritize guest satisfaction. I hope management takes immediate steps to address these issues to prevent future guests from having similar experiences. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience, and others may have different opinions. However, I sincerely hope that your next accommodation choice offers a more positive and enjoyable stay.

    The price of the rooms, 2000QAR a night for the rooms and services they provide is totally a rip off. Maybe it was cause the fifa worldcup the prices were jacked up but man......the receptionists.....every one of them, a ball of attitude. It's like they are paying us to stay there. And the talking back by this one house keeping service guy, wow. Maybe he was just having a bad day but I'm not staying there again. Ishan the security guy was a cool chap though. Helpful and deligent. Oh and check in is a horror show. Waited an entire hour.

    Itโ€™s a nice place to stay in, plus itโ€™s affordable rates. Food are good as well, they will even let you choose upon arrival which cuisine you would like to eat for your stay. All in all itโ€™s a good deal.

    Road stay is better than this Hotel.Worst Hotel!!!!...I'm sharing this information that will help you before booking through Discover Qatar for Quarantine Hotel. Atleast,Please avoid Families and Ladies as precaution. My office booked for my One day Quaratine stay.From Airport to Hotel properly transported. No parking space available.Driver stopped road and rushed me to handover me around 12.30AM early morning. Hotel Security said me to sit at corner. Collected my passport and vaccine certificate to keep it in reception for room allotment. Oh bad!!!,time crossed around 3 am.Finally they said,No room available for me.Alongwith,4 more persons strucked at reception. I requests to help as I'm too tired and sleep.Can't bear to sit and sleep!!!. No room available until 5.30am. TOTAL 5.30 hours strucked in reception and can't go out due to quarantine restrictions.No Food,tea or Coffee atleast basic expectation. After a several government toll free complaints,receptionist alloted me a room to sleep around 6AM.around 10.30 medical team took Antigen test. Lucky that within two hours got a result and checked out.I found breakfast menu Arabic bread with dal and two eggs....Lunch box afraid to open and after checkout,I rushed to restaurants.No security to carry luggage while checkout. Mostly everyday Quarantine stays are sitting at Reception and no other option. Anyone ready booking quaratine stay here???.     I have never ever seen this kind of worst hotel In the world. I suggest friends to better stay somewhere else but don't go there.

    Rooms are fine but don't expect nothing else, needs to call several times for a bottle of water if you are lucky you will get,served dinner at midnight and lunch at 2:30.I was with family with 3 year old baby. Very bad experience, before you choose install Any food delivery app if you want to eat especially if you are with family.

    Worst experience in life,we booked for quarantine but they were unable to provide towels in 6 hrs and very pathatic representative on reception. Would suggest discoverqatar to ban it.No respect for customers.

    Very bad experience while quarantine stay. They will beg for checkout early once the test result comes even if we booked for 5 night of quarantine. First 2 days food was fine, then they started to change food as they wish.

    Spacious room and comfortable. Guards and staffs from the reception are hospitable and easy to communicate. The only downside is the delivery of meals for lunch, always late and there were instances that I receive the meal only when I call the reception to follow up.

    I went to their Bar. Black leopard is the name. Well decorated small bar. I love their sofas. Its comfy. But the music was irritating and the sound was too much. Our head hurts.

    This Mansour Plaza hotel is the worst hotel in the world I experienced ever. Especially their food is the most tasteless, dirty, smelly, and unhealthy I ate ever. For staff, I would say the unethical, inexperienced, and non-professional staff, especially the 2 receptionists females never know how to speak to their hotel clients. I would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

    Stayed here for a 2-day quarantine mandated by the Qatar Govt. Arrived in the evening so room was available and ready to occupy. I was taken to my room after a short wait and verification of documents. Once inside, I noticed that the wooden drawers would not slide out correctly and were in need of repair but overall the room was neat and clean. Some items (Bath Towel, Toothbrush, Toothpaste) were not present but a quick call to the reception and these were sent up shortly. The receptionist was polite and always sent prayer mat, water bottles, tea, sugar etc. immediately whenever I requested. Food was acceptable for a short stay. I had to review this because I was booked here before reading some negative reviews, and my experience was nothing like those reviews. Overall I had a good experience.

    Upon arrival in the evening for a quarantine stay, the smell of cigarette smoke is very strong in the lobby until I reached my room and no available bath towel right away. Whenever I am calling to the reception to inquire, the male receptionist will just answer a single question and drops the phone immediately which I find a bit rude.

    Really disappointed...there is no coffee powder,if your staying here for quarantine it's the worst place ..they don't supply the food what you have asked...they bring according to their wish.they don't keep the standard of a 4 stat hotel...

    First time booking in this hotel, so, it was quite good experience : the room was clean, the view was perfect. The whole equipment was very helpful: if you want or need anything you can ask ahmad, he will not hesitate ever to help. Maybe in the futur I will repeat this trip.

    Nice hotel it was comfortable and clean. I had a deluxe room with microwave and washing machine, apparently it was newly refurbished, it was ok but the bathroom was very small and tight. I was on the 2nd floor not a great view of the building next door and I could here the music from one of the night clubs late at night. Parking around that area is a complete nightmare. Special thanks to Ella at reception, very helpful, polite and attentive.

    Stay was good.. But cleanliness is not up to the standard. They generally hesitate to connect to clinic room all the time.. Breakfast has no option to choose. We ate same breakfast every day.

    I will not recommend this hotel. Managers on reception does not know how to behave and talk with guest. Treating people like working on streets. Answering by hand instead of tongue. They should know how to treat guest. Rich or poor, young or old, any nationality are paying you same bills. So you should treat all same. I also work in JW Marriott. And I never saw this kind of cheap behavior from anyone. He was manager, wearing specs. Behaving like college student.

    Really bad experience with spa massage center, i booked a massage for an hour and they only gave me 45 minutes session, and the staff is really not professional and donโ€™t know anything about treatment , really disappointment.

    Very good look from outside, but the carpets in the room corridors are old and a bit dirty, the food and room service is good, the rooms are clean and neat. For this reason, I give it a 4 star.

    Staff was very friendly and ready to help at all the time. My especial thanks to Ella. Rooms was clean and organized but does not have microwave and only give you 1 towel. The big inconvenience was that they only have UK electricity outlets so if you live in america be ready and bring an adapter for all your electronic devices charges needs. We also need to mention that key cards for the rooms stopped working several times but staff was ready to help and solve the issue. Swimming pool at the roof was really good and refreshing and they don't offer breakfast buffet due to covid 19 issues.

    Such a worse and poor service No food on time Actually joined for one day Quarantine and received my lunch by 1.30pm and Dinner by 10.15pm there is no kitchen availability for this hotel for Quarantine personals they order from outside. Not eligible even for one star.

    Nice large room (deluxe I think) with small kitchen area. I was on second floor, not a great view, some traffic noise and noise also from the nightclub at the hotel. It has got to be said that parking is a big problem. Staff were polite especially Ella who is at the reception, she was very nice and attentive.

    The Filipina reception is very helpful but the staff and maintenance are not they give me a room and the door lock is not working and my things were left inside and nobody makes way to open the door so the pilipina reception assists me to another room and told me to bring my things the morning after morning they keep me waiting and the Moroccan lady lie to me that my things are not there, and close the line for me, but when I went in front desk until in that time they don't do anything, keep me waiting for another 2 hrs. Just to open up the door, i will just give 5star to the Filipina receptionist and a negative zero for the other staff
