I
recently
booked
two
rooms
at
Al
Mansour
Plaza
Hotel
for
myself
and
a
friend.
However,
due
to
a
sudden
change
in
plans,
my
friend
couldn't
join
me.
Within
an
hour
of
check-in,
I
visited
the
reception
to
inform
them
about
the
cancellation.
What
followed
was
an
extremely
unpleasant
encounter
with
the
receptionist.
The
receptionist
displayed
a
complete
lack
of
professionalism
and
customer
service
skills.
When
I
explained
the
situation
and
requested
a
cancellation,
he
responded
in
a
rude
and
condescending
manner,
stating
that
the
hotel
is
not
a
supermarket.
His
tone
escalated
into
shouting,
which
was
entirely
uncalled
for.
I
requested
to
speak
to
the
manager,
but
the
receptionist
outright
refused
my
request,
leaving
me
feeling
unheard
and
disrespected.
Moreover,
the
condition
of
the
room
I
stayed
in
was
far
from
satisfactory.
The
room
was
dirty,
and
the
overall
cleanliness
left
much
to
be
desired.
The
state
of
the
shower
was
particularly
disappointing,
with
outdated
fixtures
that
made
it
feel
like
a
relic
from
the
80s.
The
behavior
of
the
receptionist,
combined
with
the
unsanitary
condition
of
the
room,
left
me
with
a
negative
impression
of
Al
Mansour
Plaza
Hotel.
It
is
essential
for
a
hotel
to
prioritize
customer
satisfaction
and
provide
a
pleasant
experience,
but
my
encounter
here
fell
significantly
short
of
those
expectations.
I
would
not
recommend
Al
Mansour
Plaza
Hotel
to
anyone
seeking
a
comfortable
and
welcoming
stay.
The
unprofessional
attitude
of
the
staff
and
the
lack
of
cleanliness
in
the
rooms
are
clear
indicators
that
the
hotel
does
not
prioritize
guest
satisfaction.
I
hope
management
takes
immediate
steps
to
address
these
issues
to
prevent
future
guests
from
having
similar
experiences.
