Super expensive, they used to be good back when they had pick up and drop off. my cat was vomiting, the doctor claimed he must have a virus that can only be taken from other cats even though I specifically told him, he’s an apartment cat and does not have contact with other cats. He was vomiting and feverish, they charged me 712 qar, 1 year ago when he had similar symptoms I paid around 300 qar with the pick up and drop off included, they didn’t even know to tell me what’s wrong with him. Very disappointing.

I had horrible experience with grooming, I hate to write bad reviews but I felt is my responsibility to inform those who loves their puppy to not suffer the way me and my puppy are suffering. 2 weeks ago I went for grooming for my dog they did horrible job as you can see in the picture and after 2 weeks my puppy start having Yeast infection/ ringworm. Since we have been home because of COVID 19 these days. He didn't have any contact with anyone except them. If you love your fluffy friend never take it there 😔

it was a bad experienced when we brought one pet here for check up and treatment but they always start asking for payment before the doctor able to see the animal. They also requiring our pet to undergo different procedures with high charges. We were paying 2k only for the injectible antibiotics. All in all we spent 8k rials for their treatment.without good result. We transferred our pet to other veterinary meds. Horrible experience.😠😠😡

They will always find the way to scam you and ask you for more money. I was told that if I didn’t hospitalize my cat with them it would DIE after 3 days (I had to pay 3k for the hospitalization). I didn’t believe that. I brought my cat to the gov vet and it was totally fine.

SCAM. money lover....not pet lover. normal market proce on the phone for dental cleaning and then...... As soon as i arrived, 140 for the visit, 400 for the blood test, and even before any finding .....2 000 for the clining (see attachement) Amoxicillin but my dog had no infection and Meloxicam is extra charge. i walked away and went to another vet who charged me the usual price.......50% less. stay away from this place

I gave one star for two reasons, first is the unreasonable high prices, without any logic justification. Second, my kitten has a movement problem, they made x-ray and consultation with unlogic treatment with NSAID which make her poop is red (digestive bleeding), without giving any Precautions regarding it. They are money machines without enough experience. Choose another clinic for your pet

Very Bad and Very Sad! Brought my anemic cat to be hospitalized. Only few hours later my cat died due to their incompetence and lack of attention and affection from the employees! For serious health services PLEASE don’t leave your pet there if you want to take back the pet alive!

I am a cat owner since my childhood and lived in lots of countries and never seen such a clinic anywhere in the world, they recommend food for your cat and you buy it then your cat throws up it everyday and this clinic refuse to change and refund it. They refuse it although this is Royal Canin food and on their website it says: "If you are not completely satisfied with the Royal Canin diet, you can return it to the pet speciality retailer or veterinary clinic for a 100% refund or an exchange." So try another place.

Boarding and grooming is good but I ain't very happy with what happened recently. My 1½ year old dog was experiencing some pain in the left shoulder region and whenever we used to pick him up he used to yelp and cry so we went to this clinic as we've been taking him there since he was a baby. We expected our usual doctor to be there who takes care of him as he's quite good but some other vet was appointed for my dog. When the doctor checked he said there's nothing and just gave a pain killer I suppose and told us that my dog might be doing some drama. My dog was fine the following night because of the pain killer injection but then the next morning his pain increased and he was shivering. We got worried and took him to a new clinic. It was a spinal injury and not a drama after all. They said if we don't take care of him well then he might end up being paralyzed. He is fine now though and under anti inflammatory medication. If we would have listened to pet vet care and gone by doing nothing what would have happened to my poor dog! They literally said nothing is wrong when it was such a big problem. I definitely don't recommend them !!!! Pls check out FIRST VET if you are looking for a good vet. The price range is less than theirs and it's more professional and responsible. Pet vet care is pocket ripping, too expensive.

I took my dog there, and usually they charge 50 riyals. This time they charged 120 and said it's because they renovated the clinic. I'm not there to take pics of the walls, I'm there to show puppy to dr and leave

Terrible and SCAM. Doctor only try to up their selling. They will try to make you pay more for what you came for. Scare you that your pet has this and that so you have to do a lot of test. Even try to charge you overpriced medicine.

Doctors and assistants in Petvet Care are amazing. My cat is always getting aggressive every time we visit any clinic. And I feel worried each time my cat is having his vaccine,deworming or grooming. This morning, we had a visit for my cat's yearly vaccination. And Dr. Masjid is very professional including all the staffs and his assistant. They performed the vaccination very well and they gave me assurance that all will be well. Thank you very much.

Very disappointing. They have zero human touch. An animal lover's nightmare. I brought a stray cat for treatment, and got very cold response.

Visited this clinic due to an emergency situation with our birds and they treated them with care provided the solution. Unfortunately we couldn’t find many vet clinics for birds. They were open till late (0130) even on Saturday due to Ramadan. They are located near the pet market in Souq, one level up.

Professional personnel, from the doctors to the grooming team to the pleasant guest receptionists. They give your pet the utmost attention and care while never skipping a routine basic checkup during a visit. From a hygiene perspective, the atmosphere is kept in good condition and the clinic is regularly cleaned and well maintained.

Our love birds had an issue that a general veterinarian was not able to diagnose it and then we found Dr. Teodor, who is a bird specialist he diagnose the issue and prescribe treatment that help them recover very fast while one of them was about to die. I totally recommend the clinic since their prices are reasonable too compared to other clinics.

Actually i want to thank DR Majid he has been so helpful all the times i visited there! Although some management rules are not satisfying. But DR Majid doe’s magic and he helped me several time in no time to heal my cat simba! Lots of respect.

My kitten had the best time at the pet hotel. Staff were so lovely & caring! They updated me with videos when I asked & were super sweet upon drop off and pick up. My kitten got home and was so happy, so I know they took good care of her. I wouldn’t trust any other pet hotel except this one for my baby! 🥰♥️

Used to be good. But now the quality has gone completely bad. Staff at reception don't have any communication skills at all, arrived and asked for pet grooming. Told us it will be done in 1 hour 15mins, after 1 hour they tell us that the groomers are not here and nothing has been done and that the doctor is busy (can see the doctor just walking around and not doing anything) Wasted my time and still kept wasting more time.

I love how they accomodate us. From the receptions, staff and the doctor. They are very professionals in this Job. Specially for my dog's. For a very reasonable price. The only veterinary clinic we've trust in Qatar.
