The customer service was amazing. When I tried to order ahead on the app and I went in and got the food. When my drink wasn’t ready, they were so nice. I would definitely go here again

I’ve been coming here for years now as this is my neighborhood Starbucks- the coffee is always fantastic and perfect, but my god, the music!!! SO LOUD. If you’re looking to sit down with some coffee and chat with a friend or do some work, do not come here. The music is waaaaaay too long. I even have noise canceling headphones and it bleeds through. Typing this right before I pack up and head to another Starbucks :/

Coffee/drinks are good. very friendly staff, but this Starbucks is NOT study friendly. The music is always WAY too loud. Honestly feels like I am at a rooftop bar more than anything.

Absolutely awful experience and terrible coffee. Firstly, flat whites come in difference sizes - that’s ridiculous. A ‘grande’ flat white is just a latte. A venti flat white is just a bucket of milk with a shot of coffee - not sure who will order that. And don’t get me started with the temperature which is above what is expected for a flat white. What’s more, the foam was over frothed - lacked any taste. This topped with the fact that you are penalised for choosing oat milk, a more sustainable and low carbon alternatively. Ridiculous! I hate leaving negative reviews, but this place has let me down way too many times in the 6 years I've been a customer. Customer service here is almost always terrible, and they blame the customer when mistakes are made or orders come out 10+ minutes late. Mobile orders don't seem to be timed out correctly, with hot food items coming out way before drinks are ready. But the staff won't release your order to you until the whole thing is ready. I frequently recieve cold breakfast sandwiches because they've been ready way longer than the rest of my order. The only time I've experienced good customer service is when they aren't busy. This location can definitely do better.

Very busy place but the service was speedy and they got the coffee drinks right!

It’s great. In walking distance from my parents home. When my family and I visit we have someplace close for a good cup of coffee and treats in the mornings.

I use to pass this place and every time I would it would be soooooo crowded. I finally had time one day to go in. The place is so nice the coffee was delicious and fancy not like the Dunkin donuts coffee I am use to🤣🤣🤣🤣. Also the customer service was excellent I understand now why it's always so crowded. The delicious coffee and the excellent customer service. I will definitely be back💯💯💯💯

The medicine ball tea was great. It was soothing and I would drive miles to get service.

Terrible customer service. Every employee seemed to irritated to be at work and annoyed with every customer. Not just to me, I saw them make rude remarks to others

This Starbucks if the BEST. I will pass up other Starbucks to come here. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing and the customer service is great. My favorite drink is the brown sugar oat milk expresso... Everyone can't make this drink right, but this African American girl with a headband on with afro made my drink and it made me dance. That drink hit the spot. Thank you soooooo much!! Its an art to making them drinks and she put her all into it

My first time at this location and I must say, I love it. Plenty of seating for coffee drinkers. The cashier were very professional and polite. The outdoor patio is amazing. Friendly environment and also pet friendly, I found a new coffee shop.

Good neighborhood place. Baristas are all super nice and service is speedy and professional. Had a cold brew with milk today and my partner had a latte, delicious!

It’s always a weird vibe there, either the women or overly nice or they are very stale. I used to love coming to this Starbucks. I go on 95th and Ashland. It’s lots of space and the service is always with a smile.

Went there to meet with a friend last weekend and while we were eating a baby roach was crawling up the wall. When we asked for a refund the manager tried to insinuate that we brought the roach in. No apology no remorse no shame. Here’s a photo. I should have zoom out for store identification purposes but the manager killed the roach by wiping the roach off the wall with a wet cloth. 🤮

This is my daily go to coffee shop I've been to quite a few of them but nobody treats you like this one here this one definitely stands out above the rest to me at least

This place is perfect for coffee drinkers. The atmosphere is very nice and pleasant. The cashier was friendly a gave great customer service. His name Reginad and he's very professional and wonderful. The outdoor patio is amazing, beautiful scenery, pet friendly and kids safe zone. It was my pleasure coming to this location and I will be back soon. I highly recommend this place.

I love everything about this location except the loud music. I'm all for music played at an elevator level but they have this music blasting. I've asked the manager to turn down the music some countless times and she says that she doesn't know how.

The service was a bit slow considering that there weren't many customers there and I ordered through the app. However, the person who made my drinks was friendly. The place was clean & the drinks were prepared well.

I love this Starbucks. Always professional and they care about the customers. The baristas are so nice when I come in, it really helps a lot especially after a tough day at work.

I've aways liked this Starbies. Ample seating inside and out. Great staff and they offer all the seasonal drinks. The parking lot fills up fast but it easier to park on the street. If you are in and out I would bypass paying to street park

Nice atmosphere. Friendly, efficient Staff. Plenty of Parking. The Decaf Coffee I ordered was good but not spectacular. This is a good place to conduct a Business Meeting.

I have to admit, I do like their product. Love the coffee, and up until about a week ago a big fan of this location. I was waiting for my order and I noticed 2 young Chicago Police Officers also waiting for their order. I overheard one of the officers say that we better go, someone was calling for help. The woman officer approached the counter and said that they had to leave and they would be back. The woman behind the counter was so abrasive to the officer. I was shocked and disappointed at the employees behavior. She was just about shouting at the officer that her order was not ready. I felt terrible for these officers. Not very pleased with this woman who has worked there for quite some time. There is no need to be nasty to anyone.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. It's always clean, the staff great, and they make the best cough drops. 👌🏿

I’ve been periodically stopping by this Starbucks for a little over a year now and I have to say I’m consistently surprised with my experience. Comfortable working environment, with a unique layout, and a very accommodating staff. Definitely one of my favorites.

This is the nicest Starbucks (Aside from the mega one downtown Chicago) I have been in! Very spacious and a variety of seating. Great staff as well! Will definitely plan to return!
